Do not use them, they hold you hostage when you have to switch to another insurance company. I have been trying for weeks to switch and they will not release the information that the new company is asking for.

Always had good positive customer service and any question asked I always got good feedback. Theyre always willing to somehow make your insurance cheaper which is a good thing. I had Allstate for long time and Im never going to change. I give them a two thumbs up plus another one.
