I have mixed feelings about Firestone. Be careful which one you choose. I had very bad experiences with the Keesler AFB location and Courthouse road. The later turned a couple hundred preventative maintenance job into a thousand dollar debt on my Firestone card and their coperate headquarters did nothing about it except take my complaint. Be careful!!

Customer service speaks for itself. Im always satisfied!

Vehicle was taking in to be checked. Firestone gave their findings of the problem. After allowing them to fix the vehicle, the vehicle was returned for a problem that was nonexistent before Firestone touched the vehicle. Now Firestone has a whole new list of findings that was not observed during the initial inspection. Firestone replied that “it was missed during initial inspection.” These people are not reliable mechanics.

I continued to have problems with new tires that I purchased from them. I had to return twice before the issue was fixed. The second visit, I had to wait four hours before they even got to me and I had an appointment. Whatever they did while putting on my tire, caused an issue. The experience of having to constantly put air in brand new tires and having to repeatedly returning for something so simple is unacceptable and plain ridiculous. I will not return or use Firestone again.

Had an appointment for 1pm and was out by 2:30. Young man at desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I witnessed a very well run business. This was my first time at this establishment and it wont be my last.

The price was a little steep but there was full transparency and they called before any additional work was done. Quality work. No problems yet.

Overpriced parts preying on hardworking people. The service overrated charged my 5 times over price that it costed in store. Would recommend to find another shop bad business practices.

The Sunday staff the worked on my Car was awesome they were extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of their job and did fantastic work on my Car it feels like i am driving a brand new car compared to how it was before i went to see them. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle because they are the best and the price is affordable as well. I called several places for price checks and they beat them all!

You want an honest mechanic manager when you come into get your vehicle looked at. One that gives you the impression that you are family and they are here to take care of you. Well heres the place. There is no double talk just a honest evaluation and professional work. I usually can do most of my mechanical needs but getting older and just dont have the time. After my last few experiences with these guys I dont feel the need to look elsewhere.

Long wait to get in but they did a good job on my truck. Had oil change, tires rotated and balanced and alignment done. They had coupons for just about everything I had done. No complaints at all.

They took care of our car quickly & efficiently. The price was also fair for the type of tire we need. To bad it was not the same type of tire that we had previous on the car.

Went in for a simple oil change. Got a call saying theyre checking my entire car for anything and listed some things I needed to buy. I refused because it was way better priced for higher quality of what I needed elsewhere. I got my car back and it wouldnt start. All of a sudden all my lights for check engine, battery, ABS and others came on. I called and denied checking anything except my fluids when they even told me they did. Now my car is not running. Id much rather take it to another place or do any work myself. If I could put no stars, I would. Highly do NOT recommend.

Almost always finds something additionally wrong, and does not completely correct whatever the original issue was. I was charged for an alignment AFTER they had mounted a spare tire with a bubble and threads showing. Who does that?

I was in trouble with a nail in my tire and 50 miles to get home. I went there when they were close to closing and even though they were totally booked already they still took care of me. Thanks guys awesome service! Special thanks to Mr. Petitfils for being really great and making it happen.

Called at 9:00 this morning needing two tires mounted and balanced. Fella said sure. Itd take maybe 15 mins each. Asked if I made it there by 5 it would give them enough time. Again, sure. Got there before 5. Now it takes at least two hours they say. Come back another day and leave it they say.

Had service done on my transmission. An hour job that took three hours. However, the manager did not charge me for anything because of the length of time it took. New manager in charge, clearly is trying to change things. They will definitely see me again.

Horrible! I waited for you a till close for them to tell me I only asked to have my car diagnosed about brakes and rotors. I asked the to see what was need and let me know but I also said fix it. They stayed they could fix it and 6 hours later I was told come back tomorrow morning.

Long term customer, giving up on them after they refused to mount and balance 255/35r20 tires on new 20 wheels. They said they couldnt mount the tire due to the aspect ratio being a 35. 2 Problems with that, first, theyve done it several times before for me on 17 and 18 wheels. Second, I listed the tire size in my special instructions in the appointment I scheduled. They called and verified before I showed up. Then, when I arrive, they refuse, TURNED ME AWAY AT THE COUNTER.

Needed a set of tires for my Scion XB, contacted Feltus at Firestone, not only was he quick to get me more than 3 quotes. He listened to what type of tire I was looking for and used his Knowledge and Skills to help me get the most suitable tire for my vehicle. The price was the cheapest I could find on the whole Gulf Coast. DEFINITELY will do business with them again for my other vehicles.

The woman in the office, Jessica, was really nice. She came outside and had a conversation with my husband and I and was playing with our dog. I had an appointment so I didnt have to wait for them to start. The guys fixed the car and we were good to go. It also didnt take as much time as they had said.

They checked all my tires and brakes and made sure everything was great to get back on the road again very courtious workers making sure that there cars or trucks were fixed so they could happy and have a excellent day

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I have had two bad experiences there regarding communication and customer service. The first time they failed to reattach a part under my car and it fell off completely, after a simple oil change. The second time I was provided specific information (after he looked me up in the system) by a tech on the phone and then was provided different information the next day when I arrived. Overall, disappointing and frustrating experiences. Id rather drive to Keesler and get great customer service than drive down the block and go there again.

This place is horrible. Take your car here if you want to be ripped off. We had an issue with our back tire making a winding noise and vibrating. So we brought it in to have them rotated and make sure the tires were ok. When we got the car back they indicated they found no issues with the tires. Upon leaving the vibration started again, now moving to the front were tire was placed. Went back and they indicated the belt was broke inside. I could clearly see this with my own eyes and is not something that should have been missed. We were days from going on a trip and this could have been a life threatening disaster. They are also very good about tacking on other NEEDED items, when you take it somewhere else only to find out those issues are nonexistent. Going here will cost you money in the long run.

I had my A.C. serviced at the firestone in biloxi on pass road and they did not fix it, in fact they made a simple A.C blowing warm air worse!!!! My compressor was making all kind of noise and blowing cold to warm air. So i did not want them FRICKING nothing else up so I took it to gulfport FIRESTONE on courthouse and they fixed it right!!!! So i will be going to the courthouse location for my auto needs☺

Oil change was overpriced. Very friendly staff, but the dealership offers the same oil change for $20 cheaper. I had a coupon for $10 off so the price difference was only $10. Thats the only reason I decided to get it done.Chevrolet Sonic LT
