I am currently sitting outside of Adecco located at 3047 turnberry ct, it is 4:20 pm and today is Tuesday February 23rd and the door is locked. I am in my car with another person, but i watched another individual walk up to the door and they could not get in. All Im asking is that you guys please update your business hours because its a little confusing as to why your online business hours say you close at 5:30. I dont think its fair to waste peoples time. Especially if there are still workers inside the business that can assist in helping us get matters handled.

The hiring process was fast and easy but I’ve been trying to contact them about an issue I’ve left voicemails and I still haven’t received a response.

I applied online and received a date for an interview right after. When I began my interview I was told the position I applied for had no openings, so he set me up with a different job. I took a test then sat with him for over 45 minutes doing paper work. We finished and he told me I should receive an email later that day regarding details on where to take my drug test. which I never received, I followed up with him the next day. He asked me when could I start, I replied and he did not reply back to me so I called the office the receptionist assured me my recruiter would return my call and I haven’t heard from the office since.

If I could give a negative I would. I waited 3 weeks to get paid just to get ripped off for a days pay. I called several times and left messages, finally went up to the office, then had to keep texting the lady on when I was going to get paid. They failed to put me in the time clock which I was actually clocking into. They said I wasn’t in the system and had to manually put in my hours but first had to contact the employer. Employer lied and said I didn’t come in on a Saturday and they still HAVENT paid me for. If Adecco would’ve done their job and put me in the system I would’ve been backed up by proof and been paid ON TIME AND IN FULL. There are cameras and papers I’ve signed to show I was there, yet NO PAY! If you have bills to pay don’t go here. They also tell you that you have an assignment then turn around saying there’s no openings.

Beware job seekers! Many many years ago, Adecco was the standard for temp agencies. Now they are absolutely horrible. They gave my son 2 start dates, then a third. When people are given backgrounds and drug tests, then told they have a job lined up, with a specific start date, they stop looking elsewhere. They take what they were told at face value. These yokels dont even bother to tell you the dates are moved a month back, so you can keep looking for other jobs. People have bills to pay, they need to feed their families. This particular agency doesnt care about any of that. They should be shut down for screwing with the lives of people who want jobs. People who want to work are their paycheck, they will learn this at some point. Learn from other people, stay away from these people. They are also very rude when you call them out for their bologney. Beware!

Adecco + Epiq offered me a job and let me and two other people go immediately after one week of training due to not enough work. I got hired on with around 12 people, it went down to only 7 by the time Friday after the first week rolled around. Then at the end of the day Friday they let 3 of us go for absolutely no reason other than not enough work. The Adecco employee working at Epiq had the audacity to tell me at least you can sleep in this coming Monday now! Sorry but Id rather be working the job I was OFFERED rather than sleeping in, all because Epiq and Adecco BLINDLY hired 3 times as many people as they needed just to let half of them go after a week. Unprofessional, disgraceful, and no respect for another persons livelihood. I do not recommend using Adecco - you are better off getting hired somewhere directly.

I work through Compunnel staffing which is through Adecco. I received a job offer & after one full day on the job, due to misleading information on transportation i couldnt complete the assignment & let my recruiter know ASAP. The recruiter tried to ILLEGALLY threaten not to pay me & told me that it was apart of company policy if i didnt at least complete 2 days of training i wouldnt get paid. ( little do they know my boyfriend works for the state ) So my boyfriend told me to file a claim with the Department of Labor & EEOC because that illegal & no where in the company policy nor offer letter did it state such. After reading several reviews im not the first to complain about not getting paid or having an incorrect paycheck. If your somebody who has medical issues, catch public transportation, or kids & rarely miss work or cant complete an assignment for a legitimate reason think twice about working here

I am hoping to change my experience which was unbelievable. I calledAdecco to let them know I was unable to attend an orientation because I was extremely ill and was completely taken aback by the way the rep answered, her exact words were this is a job you dont just call in the day of orientation to say you are sick, you should have called in last night. But I wasnt sick the night before I woke up with a fever and the flu. I think that was completely heartless and she showed no compassion.So, do they really care about their employees or the money they are making. she was extremely rude and didnt even wanted to hear what I had to say and just told me to have a good day.

Had interview set at 7 am. Place was closed called to reschedule and cant get anyone to answer phone . couldnt call me to let me know they would not be there. Sorries company ever F--- ADECCO

I would give 0 stars if possible. Why even have a website when none of the jobs posted are even available. They never answer their phones. The message says theyre closed when theyre supposed to be open and if you show up during office hours the doors are locked. Horrible company and would never work for them... especially since it seems like you wont get paid. BBB needs to shut them down, theres plenty of other employment agencies in Columbus that do an amazing job and could easily take their business after being shut down.

Recruiters have no common sense. Set you up with a job and then tell you last minute its not available. No matter what, every mistake of theirs ends up to be your fault. Their corporate are completely senseless too. Dont even bother.

So got hired on with this location for a job at a call center at eqip. Was told that I would be told the start date and be ready to start soon. A month goes by with no answer to when I start and I get a email saying no more room for the job. When I got hired the lady told me that all I would have to do is to call in if I see a job I like since I was already hired on through the company. So today I see that the same call center is hiring again. I call and get a different lady to which she goes she dont see me in the computer and that Ill have to redo everything. I told her that I did already do everything and got the pay card too. She then ended up finding my profile but still told me I have to cone down and do another drug test/ more paperwprk. Even though I was told I wouldnt have to this again. Ive notice that the employees here I guess get a percentage of ppl they get hired and mess with ppl trying to get jobs. Dont go here or through this company till they fix this problem.

If you want a job dont ever go to this place . People whoever works there as a recruiter are the worst i have ever seen in my life . So unworthy unqualified to even talk to d job seekers . I would highly recommend other great places but not this .. they will keep u waiting .. ungrateful people works there

I was solicited on the phone for a job. The caller said “they” were seeking to fill a position at Epiq and Epiq would be the “employer” if I took the job. Unbeknownst to me though, the caller was an employee of ADECCO and, in fact, the employer would be ADECCO, not Epiq. Belatedly (I was not acquainted with “ADECCO” but I am now…LOL), I realized that the reason the ADECCO employee literally lied to me about who the actual employer is simply stems from the fact that ADECCO skims money off of the wages paid to you. ADECCO directly hires workers, who are then “farmed out” to companies such as Epiq and the skimming is executed as part of that contractual “arrangement”. Although ADECCO wants to skim your wages and keep some of your money for themselves, to effect such a plan they don’t want that skimming (the theft of wages) to be TOO OBVIOUS to you (if ADECCO truthfully told you that they are stealing from you, would you work for them?) and so ADECCO’s solicitors simply lie about who the ACTUAL employer is.Unfortunately, inasmuch as I was duped, I agreed to an 8 AM interview for this job at Epiq at what turned out to be ADECCO’s office, not Epiq. Upon walking in the door at 7:50 AM, the ADECCO office manager told me that they don’t schedule appointments until 9 AM! As thieves, they’re not even well organized! In the course of this ethical miasma, I also discovered that ADECCO is deploying an unethical and abusive mandatory screening tool. Any employment with ADECCO is “at will” which means that ADECCO has an almost entirely unfettered legal right to fire YOU for any reason, or no reason at all, at any time. But even as ADECCO can unilaterally do whatever they want, whenever they want, in terms of firing you, ADECCO has deployed a “predictive loyalty screening tool” to “predict” if YOUR LOYALTY to ADECCO will be permanent, undying, unconditional and absolute. The reality is ADECCO’s loyalty to you WILL end the instant they can’t make a fast buck off of your hide while ADECCO expects the EXACT OPPOSITE circumstance from you; the QUESTIONS in ADECCO’s screening tool clearly reflect ADECCO’s “intent” that your loyalty to ADECCO be permanent, undying, unconditional and absolute even as ADECCO executives knows that ADECCO ALONE, as a BUSINESS, has the legal upper hand, that is has the UNRESTRICTED right to fire you at the drop of a hat. My advice or conclusion is you will be better off seeking employment in an organized crime ring or the Mob; ethical standards are higher there, pay and benefits are MUCH higher, you’ll have better job security and there will be fewer employment practices that are flat out ABUSIVE of basic human rights.

I still waiting on pay check from the 30t . And now this week too. This is 4th time this happens. 1st time had wait 3 weeks for 1st week check. 2cd week took a 8 more days past due pay finally 3rd week work was paid right. Have to fight to get paid.

If you need a part-time or full-time or seasonal job Adecco is the way to go they will treat you right and get you started and on your way. I appreciate everything that you do. Thank you

Dont recommend this agency at all. I went in for an assignment and I kept getting told the client was changing the start dates. I also talked to another person who kept implying I wanted her to pay my bills due to the lack of employment and that was never said to her. I was ultimately terminated because I supposedly fell asleep and because I was struggling, which I never said either nor did my trainer. Ill be contacting the EEOC to file a report.

Other reviews are true. the people who work here are rude, never answer the phone and will find some way to mess up your check. stay away

Everytime i call they have me come in just to put me on a waiting list or to tell me they cant help me they have wasted my time on 5 different occasions if i could give 0 stars i would they lady at the front desk is always rlly rude as well

The receptionist is terrible, she rude over the phone has a bad tone, but will tell you that u have a bad tone. When shes the one hanging up on people during business hours and putting people on 20min. Please you guys need to replace her asap.

My wife worked an assignment for them for 1 week, SHE HAS NEVER BEEN PAID. It has been one excuse after the next. Avoid this company at all costs if you want to be paid. We are 3 weeks into the fight and still get the run around.
