Best staffing agency I’ve ever been a part of, they got me in real fast, and were able to work with me to find me the perfect job! Overall great experience definitely will and have recommended to friends! The staff there was very friendly and always kept it professional! 10/10!

I just started my work assignment from the job store and I love it!! The company I was sent to is amazing! My husband has worked there for 5 years now and he was also hired through the job store. I was hired the day I put my application in and had my start date as soon as I signed my papers

The only job they want to send people to is UPS. Then they over staff at UPS and u can never get ur hours. Dont let the pay fool you. They also did my interview and went over personal information out in the open for everyone to hear. Its not a horrible place but they dont have a lot of places for jobs and they are unprofessional with the interview process.

I was called in for an interview for a position. I scheduled a time to have my interview. When I walked through the door none of the recruiters knew why I was there or what job had been offered to me. I went all the way through the interview process. The woman talked down to me. Treated me, like, I didnt know what a warehouse environment was like. Even though, I worked in warehouses the past 5 years. Im overweight and the woman kept noting on that. Acting as though I was too physically unfit for a mail sorting position. That walking would be involved. How insulting. They said theyd get back to me in a few days. I waited to hear back. Nobody got back to me. I called in three times, until, finally I was told that the position I applied for and interviewed for was filled. The spot was filled BEFORE I was offered the position. Misleading and total waste of time. Worst temp agency EVER.

I work for five days and they are refusing to pay me they said there not paying me until I show up and they want me to give half my paycheck to them as a termination fee

If it was possible to give this place a 0 star rating I would. I have gone through other temp agencies for work and received to notch treatment. I actually worked for this agency when they moved from High St to Grove City and quit because they were so disrespectful. After reading the other comments Im truly not surprised about peoples reactions to the staff. Avoid this place at all costs.

I actually Liked my experience at the office . It was quick and iinformative . The Only thing missing was that they didnt let me know that on my first day, I needed to be there two hours before my actual shift start . So I had to Leave and come back the next night . They were friendly towards me and offered Good conversation . I do Like the Job they offered although the end shift time is misleading . I expected full time, but it ended up being part time which is kind of a problem but not exactly, it depends on the person I Guess .

Part of my job is to help clients gain employment. While out running errands I noticed The job Store. Being new to the area i decided to try this facility out. I helped a client out by taking him to The Job Store on Stringtown Road. Upon arrival i was appalled by the lack of professionalism. First impressions are important and nothing about this facility was impressive. Upon arrival I saw three employees sitting behind desks. An older man who was sitting in the back doing nothing but answering phone, a dark haired woman who was sitting at her desk starring out the window, and a blonde who was going over an assignment with a client. All of this while four clients was sitting in the waiting are. We waited for about 10 minutes while only one employee was working. After the blonde was done explaining things to her client, she called over two young men who was waiting for an interview. The interview took place right in the open with no walls or barricades to help personal info stay private. She conducted the interview going over all info of the clients for everyone to hear, social numbers, phone numbers, addresses, the whole bit. Not to mention she kept interrupting the interview to take phone calls I could not believe it! Very unprofessional. Everyone waiting in the waiting area could hear everything they was discussing. Another issue I saw was how she talked to the potential employees. She talked to them as if they knew nothing! While the blonde conducted the interview, the other two employees continued to nothing. It was not until my client and I got up and got half the way out the door that the dark haired lady decided to do her job. And once again his interview was done in the open for everyone to hear and as she asked him she too was answering phones. She even asked him his social while on the phone with someone else. At this point I Got my client and we left. This place was very unprofessional, had no regard to the privacy of potential employees and I can assure you that I will not attempt to use this company again. My suggestion to you is to utilize another temp service for your needs until they can get it together!

Worst place ever please dont waste your time there. I was working at peir one and there was a new superviser there harrassing workers, and me i drove to the job store and told them to please find me something differant. They said no. I put in my 2 days notice and told them i needed something else they said we will no longer send me on any assignments they are terrible!!. The blonde that works up front is very rude also, she told me to go to McDonalds. Never will i go back to that joke.

I wasnt going to post a review for the experience I just had with them today but after calling Karen and requesting the corporate office contact number and not receiving it I am disappointed with the customer service Ive received with one of the recruiters in the Grove City, Ohio office. I came in for an interview for a first shift position I actually saw on Craigslist but they were not offering that position and the position they were offering was with a client that I particularly dont care to work for and I expressed that to the recruiter then he challenges my disinterest in the company, then I go on to tell him about the hourly wages Ive received from my two past employers. And as I was explaining my situation he cuts me off being very offensive asking me well what skills do you have because 12-15 dollars an hour is a lot of money, then starts to go on a rant about it at that point I already was done with the conversation and I was just waiting on him to finish what he was saying. Then I thanked him and as I was walking towards the door to leave he said something about me not making that much hourly and one of the female recruiters he was training during our interview laughed. The main thing that Im disappointed with is his ignorance because if he really wanted to challenge the wages Ive received in the past all he had to do was Google the entry salaries for those employers, very unprofessional staff! And I do also agree with Kimberly Clay on the issues of the lack of confidentiality with our personal information and the recruiters acting as if we are just complete idiots! Stay away from this place!!! There are many other staffing agencies with better employment opportunity that will treat you with respect and like you matter!

My girlfriend worked for a company thru Job Store after 5 months they called her to the office n told her that they had ended her assignment because the company did an investigation about how she treated people n that she didnt know how to treat people to all this they never gave her a written or verbal warning.
