As a latino I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They dont care about you all they care about is meeting there clientele. They only place you where it’s convenient for them and not for you. They only only care about getting paid. My friend applied for a job there and was treated poorly and unprofessional at the end of the day, I would recommend anything else but this place to get a job.

Went in and applied for a job. They called me 2 hours later saying I didn’t take a drug test … even though I did. I called back and they said they probably confused me with someone else. I had to keep contacting my recruiter named Angie for my orientation information which she never gave me. Keep giving excuses and the run a round . Went to another temp and they got me the same job that I applied for right away. Don’t waste your time here. They have no idea what there doing.

I love the people there! Very professional and would 100% recommend! Those that put bad review on here is because they didnt try hard enough and quit like on the 2nd day.

This Place is the worst!!!!I went in filled out my paperwork.I was told by my recruiter that she would text me with the Address and time and date of my orientationI never received at a text or any kind of phone calls or any information regarding the orientationwhen I call back they told me again I will text it to you in a few minutes again I received nothing!!!! then they had d audacity to tell me that I missed orientation that I was a no-call no-show they are liars!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

Lack of communication and no matter if you do everything including background checks and drug test you’ll still get the run around. If your looking for a job to start immediately don’t invest your time. In otherwise put a application only if you desire a job in a month or so.

When I called, I was picked up by the nicest, friendliest, most helpful woman I’ve ever spoken to. She was understanding and patient, she gave me all the information I needed as well answering all the questions I had. Walking into the building, I was greeted a big warm smile at the front desk. This pretty lady was doing everything! She was on the phone, she was helping people on the computers, she was filling out paper work, she was running faxes; everything! She once again was very polite and helpful with me, and told me exactly what to do! She’s very fun to talk to and she loves to talk about her wonderful boyfriend. I learned a lot about him in my speedy visit. She even has cute pictures with him hanging up as well as some of her art, and her plants which she adores! All in all it was a great experience where I felt welcomed and respected. Will use again and recommend!

Save yourself the drama, hassle, and frustration. STAY AWAY. I have dealt with 5 different temp agencies aside from Cap City. This is the absolute worst, most unprofessional agency anywhere. They do not answer calls, respond to voicemails, do not give accurate information (if any at all). I have not had payment issues but others have reported this. The management and recruiters prefer to start drama and blame the individuals instead of holding themselves accountable and being professional. They degrade you, belittle you, and will literally scream at you in the lobby. For me, the straw was when I was supposed to have an interview. The agency was closed and I left a voice message that I would be unable to drive 45minutes in inclement weather to make it. They called me in the next day to their office with the promise of a new position. I show up to have the entire staff sit in the lobby and quite literally yell at me for missing the interview. I promptly left, and have been at my new job for 2 years. I am only just now leaving this review because of the terrible stories still circulating from this awful agency. They dont want you to work, they want to fight with you. If you are about business, dont go here because they absolutely are NOT about getting things done. 0/5 stars if I could.

On October 31, 2019 I was sent to Funai. I worked there for 4 hours. I called Capital City Services around 11AM and I got a voice mail. I left a message stating that the job isnt working out. I left to go back to my apartment, On November 8 2019. I called after 9AM and left a message that Ive not received the pay for the four hours Id work. I never gotten a response. I called again I got another voice mail. To this day I continue to get their voice mail.

I thought I was dealing with friendly professionals but in fact I was dealing with friendly a** wipes. They will deliberately smile while telling you an utter lie straight to your face. I called to inquire about an online posting of a position they had available and they told me yes they were hiring for that position and shift. So I went into the office with my updated resume and all the forms of ID required by them and completed the app and interview.They offered the position right on the spot and I felt great! But shortly after I left things changed. The recruiter Rachel gave me a call inquiring about my work experience in relation to the position offered. I informed of where and how long I have been in the position she told me great and I should receive a response from her by tomorrow as to when I could start.Well tomorrow came she never called so I called first thing the next day. I when she gets on the phone she says that she tried to contact me but kept dialing the wrong number, which was a bold face lie because she just called me less that 24 hrs prior. She then informed that they pulled the position and was now that they wanted me on 1st shift instead and which I objected to. She said she would call back if the position opened. She never calls back do I call once more I was informed that she she had left the office and I would have to call back Monday. Monday comes and Im put on a 15 min hold just to be told she was in an interview and she would be glad to call back me back. Never received the call back. Tuesday rolls around and I call once more. No answer. I have a friend call they answer immediately. I ask my friend to inquire about the same position which they say yes they do have it and there was high demand for it. By this time Im heated. I call back privately they answer I ask about the position they say yes they have it so i show up to ask for Rachel. First they tell me shes in an interview next they say shes in a conference call .I say Ill wait and they try and push a different position on me which I refuse. Long story short I think they were discriminating against me and were trying to be friendly about it but there was nothing friendly about getting discriminated against!

Very unprofessional! I could tell from the start I was dealing with very young kids. I asked a few very honest and professional questions and was treated very rudely. If the company using this service thinks they will get a quality candidate, good luck. Im appaualed at how rudely I was treated. 30 highly professional years in the business and treated like a fool even after I begged to have a professional conversation. I even called back to try to further discuss things only to be further ridiculed.If you receive a call from this agency, hang up immediately.

Was ok at first, walked in looking for a job and the interview process went well. Khris seemed like she cared and was aware I am currently under restriction for not being allowed to wear steel toe shoes unlike most but the time it took for a job that may fit was a bit of time. Though the supervisor for the first job was very unprofessional and being nothing but rude, insulting and uncomfortable to me and my mother the whole day. When we got the prep sheet there was no where in it where to park and when we called about his behavior they made excuses for him so this job was not a fit. Khris said she would find us a replacement job and it took her almost a week to find us something but she told us we would never have to walk in the building for a prep sheet that she would email us and she said we had to go up there.When we arrived for the prep sheet, she was told there was a doctors appointment and could not stay long yet we had to wait when we arrived to get there and we felt she played around giving us the paperwork. She didnt tell us anything about the job just handed us the paper and that was it. Mentioned that it had to be steel toe shoe knowing I am still under restriction that I would have to wear them knowing my doctor has not released me yet and when I mentioned I didnt have them and had not gotten paid yet she just shrugged it off and said well you can go to walmart and get a pair for $25 knowing I didnt have any money. Called to find out more about the job and was told It was an orientation and a walk through that we wouldnt be working that day .When the day came, most people were not at orientation cause I believe they were sent to the wrong building and then was mislead cause we were not prepared for what the day truly held which they wanted us to work but we didnt have any lunch packed or anything so we felt like we were set up for failure.Later that night, came down severly sick with a stomach flu with temps of 100.6 with them rising and ended up in the emergency room where we were there for many hours up into the next day. Our phones had died while we were there and when we finally were able to go home and charge them we got rude messages from April about like we blew off work and we got a text message saying if we didnt get ahold of some guy named Eric they were going to deactivate our rapid cards cause they dont do direct deposit. We are owed what money comes from the orientation. Am very unsure about if well get the money with the way things are.If I was anybody I would not work for them cause they are very dishonest for giving all the information so it feels youre set up more for failure than success through them.

The 2 stars is. It for the actual staffing but for their partners. The jobs itself is ok, but when it comes to the staffing the constant blame others is a main factor. I’m not sure if it’s just this one lady ( slight deep voice, usually get her on a Thursday around 2 when I usually call. So I didn’t receive a pay, first time ever working with the company by the way I call :Me: Hey, I was calling because I didn’t receive my checkher : and your just calling now ( rude voice and all )Me: i mean we get paid Friday and I was just asking this is my first timeHer: well payroll closes at 3 and we don’t have no records call Monday (click)Soooo through the job I work with them I asked them for an answer there response : showed me my hours that they indeed sent the information at the beginning of week, apologize emailed capital city about it and as well attempted to contact there corporate by email ( I mean googled the info tried to find an email the whole thing).Another issue is I’m calling capital city to check to see if my direct deposit was put in from when I gave them the voided check etc etc.. as soon as I said check to see if my deposit before the word registered can out of my mouthSame lady by the way “ we can’t control that that’s a corporate thing we cant look into to that “My response: but I gave yall a voided check emailed and paper for y’all to insert because that’s what the person I came in and talk to, to register told me to doHer Response: well I won’t be able to see til after you get paid we can’t do anything or control that that’s corporateMy responses: (shaking my head as I’mHanging up )

These people are a train wreck. Really please dont expect professionals. They are the rudest, most unhelpful team to be in contact with. I have not got paid for the work I have done yet, transaction pending....However I want to take the time to speak on my experience trying to resolve this issue. For a month and a half I called these people religiously once or twice a week. My name is Marjorie. I spoke with April, brittney, which is no longer there and Rachel. I got them all, all very rude and extremely unhelpful. They spoke as if I shouldnt have even been calling for a check I never received. Instead of being helpful, they avoided all contact with me and had no cares for the situation. April on multiple occasions has hung up on me. Snarled and snobby. They said they couldnt solve this issue right away, because it took time to look up information and that the manager Will was on a month vacation. Okay which one?While Will is on vacation they are not to contact him for any questions. Lies, thats not how things work, and When I spoke to Will he seemed to have taken no time to get check cut. What I want to point out is that every damn call I had with these people I left a message, my number, and a brief explination of my situation and was told by April and Rachel that I would receive a call back and that they will relay this message to will every single time. FYI it never happened, they pretended to take down information and discussion was over with evey phone call. When I finally spoke to Will he knew nothing about this, was told nothing, situation had to be explained all over, which I dont understand because Ive been making weekly inquiries. They Just didnt want to help and did not care to help. Manager gone and they dont have to do one thing. I can only imagine that this has had to happen to plenty of people. I mean who ever is running that ship needs to have serious conversations with there staff, because this is insane.

I called them to stop harassing me with robocalls. I got two more voice messages from them. I called them again, they were highly dismissive and called me sweetheart in a condescending and rude manner. No professionalism and no respect for the wishes of people who dont need or want their services.
