My first time in. Brian was my stylist. He was very professional with a calm touch. He gave detailed instructions on how he was cutting my hair and what to expect. It was my first cut in over a year!It turned out fabulous!The price was decent since I did get an awesome “massage like” wash and rinse ;)Thank you Brian 😊I love my new look🤗

I am conflicted about this visit. My hair was quite uneven from my last cut there, and I didnt realize that, but now I know why I was having problems with it. That soured my attitude. This time I received a much better haircut. There was good comraderie between the staff, but only one stylist answered the busy phone. I understood why it had to be answered but splitting up that duty would inconvenience one stylist and her customers less. My stylist was ready for me right at the appointment time. She was friendly and skilled. So there was a mix of good and not so good.

Brian was awesome! Very personable, and did a great job on my hair. I will be going back.

Have been going to Buckeye Parkway location for 8 years (myself & sister). Have also taken our mom on several occasions. Cassie is a great stylist always get our appt with her. Everyone is polite, friendly & always speak/greet & acknowledge you as a client of the salon. There is no goofing off between clients/down time. Someone is always sweeping up or folding towels etc. Stylists are friendly & professional when answering the phone. Everyone seems very knowledgeable about products to use & helping you select the correct one for your needs/hair types. We have used stylist at our nail salon. Only because it was convenient to get hair done at same time nails were getting done. Have always gone back to Holiday Hair & Cassie!! 🙃🙃

Brian Smith apparently has no idea what a pixie cut is. On his 2nd chance he left me noticeably with one side shorter. I went somewhere else and got what I asked for

Stylist listened, was friendly, overall did a good job. A little pricey. If you are looking for a quick cut for 14.99 this is not the place.

I was charged $70 for a wash, cut, and style. After leaving the salon the curls fell out within 10 min and the haircut was botched. After 2 phone calls with the “management”, I was told to come back in 2 days later for a refund. I drove 45 min there for a refund of $25. This salon staff is either brand new to the game or extremely dated. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 0 stars.

I have been having my hair cut at Holiday for years. Best in town!

This place is a shame so we all other of them we went there for a family hair cut and well cut my little kid hair one side longer the other shorter, just general rude service, avoid that place if you care about your kid and money

If i could give a -5 star i would the owner completely messed up my eyebrows more like basically took them all off and are not even at all horrible horrible job please spare yourselves and pay the extra money and go to a real professional. Dont know how this place is still in business.

Loved my hair stylist!

A two and a half hour wait for an eyebrow wax is beyond absurd. The staff are rude and I can gladly go somewhere else with better service. If you dont want to accept a walk in, then you should be in another line of work.

I have difficulty finding a stylist who can get my hair cut and styled correctly, but this salon is the best,!
