Walked in to this location at 5:20pm to find 2 people sitting in the waiting area and 2 people having their hair cut. I was told that they were booked up for the day and they close at 6:00pm. Never seen a business turn away a paying customer 40 minutes before they close.

Great times to go are tue and wed. Less of a wait (if any!).

I had a good experience, minimal wait time and I looked a hell of a lot better when I left there

Excellent experience 👍😁I wanted to add to my review regarding the stylists who work in the Grove City location. All businesses are currently experiencing a major difficulty finding additional staff to run their business. I walked in this past Friday to find this location packed with people awaiting patiently to get their haircut. There were only three girls for the amount of customers. I just hope that the current team in this location is taken care of since they all work so hard for their customers. It is really hard to find good reliable workers today. I hope that they are compensated well and also are still given the time to spend with their families. I have seen employers lose their best workers due to being overworked. I really hope that does not happen in this location because I always have a great experience here and the current stylists do and outstanding job!

Went there and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She almost completely shaved the sides of my head off. The top of my head is WAY TOO short. I essentially went there to pay $28 to nearly get my whole head shaved. Awful never coming here again.

Never good when you leave a haircut to immediately go buy a hat. Just paid over 20 dollars for a buzz cut after I asked for a 2 on the sides and trimmed up top. Will not be back. I was offered a free haircut on my next visit but it’s unreal they would believe I would come back.

I have been going there for about 6 months and love their haircuts! I have been getting my hair cut by Renee. She is the best. She takes her time to do it right and knows what she is doing. I don’t like the fact that you can’t make an appointment with the stylist of your choice. It is hard to plan your day when you don’t exactly know when you are getting your haircut. I get their MVP experience which is very nice. Their prices aren’t cheap, but fair. I will keep going there.

Flip a coin, heads you get a haircut you love, tails you walk out in shock in how bad you look. Ive gone here for a couple years and half the time I wonder why. The most recent time has left me looking like Burt from Sesame Street with a comb over and Im done with them. The MVP with a massaging shampoo is always nice though, thats all that kept my review above one star.

Best place to get a mens hair cut period. Renee is incredible and the only person I let cut my hair! All the staff is friendly and welcoming, use online check in to minimize your wait as theyre busy, but theyre busy because theyre the best. Period. Ask for Renee, get the MVP, thank me later.

My experience was awesome it was my first time so i got the MVP service for no extra cost. I was seated fast and the service was out standing. I walked in there with a mop on my head and i told her how i wanted it and she did better then i expected. I will alway go there to get my hair cut and you can bet that i will always pay the extra for the MVP service. The price was cheaper then what i expected also it was only $19. Over all they now have my loyalty to this location for sure.

First time coming in. I expected a wait time, it really wasnt long at all. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. Kelly did my cut and she did fantastic. Got the MVP add on for free because it was first time, will get it again.

I enjoyed the experience and will be back again but since the switch from paper check in to their electronic there are several problems. The system is extremely slow, very buggy and the hair stylist are not technologically trained for these systems. Either make a working smooth system or go back to the old system. Service is typically slow, but they are always pleasant. I always get a great haircut and they do a great job on my beard. The MVP package is very relaxing and refreshing. They offer a veteran discount.

Always get the MVP, The hot facial towel and the scalp massage during the shampoo are the best then follow it all up with the shoulder massage. Doesnt get any better. Spend the extra bucks and splurge on yourself, you deserve it!!!!!!

I had asked/told the stylist how my 9 year old son wanted his hair cut.... well that is not what happened. The top was cut way to short for what he wanted. We have gone to sports clips in North Carolina so many times and they have always listened and always did it correct. This time WOW I am not happy at all about this style.

Absolute hacks, cater to men to an extreme, and cant work a set of clippers to save their lives. Gave them two chances to do a high-and-tight, ended up both times with a 6 inch Mohawk and no fade at all. Extremely disappointing and will not be returning. If you need a simple haircut, maybe, but otherwise find a decent barber.

Most of the stylists do a great job. None of them do a bad job. It can be EXTREMELY busy, Saturdays being the worst day. The online check in is worth it.

The stylist that took me back will remain unnamed, however she was most surely drunk or on some sort of drug. I specifically requested the full map package, and did not get anything included in that package. She shaved half of one of my eyebrows off and didnt seem to notice much less care, asked the same questions over and over that had been repeatedly answered, immediately started cutting my hair MUCH MUCH shorter than was asked to cut, kept telling me her life story about how she was a single mother and needed tips to pay her bills. Overall my experience was the most awful time Ive ever had in any sort of haircut facility. Do not let any blonde, curly haired, tattooed, pierced stylists touch your hair.

Very understaffed on a busy weeknight. The people are great, very nice and competent. Problem is, there were two on a Wednesday night. 6pm, eight people waiting, and only two barbers. Sad. Since they dont take online check-in, appointments, or anything else I was forced to wait 1.5hrs.If not for the great staff, Idve left. Serious business flaws, but my barber told me Saturday mornings are the only time they ever have everyone there working.

I have never went to a barbershop that was so slow. It took 1 hr and 20mins for 3 stylists to cut the 6 ppls hair infront of me. Ive been going to the grove city shop for 6 years.
