I went in with hair as long as my picture you see here, I told Bethanny specificallyI havent had a hair cut in over a year because Im afraid of it getting cut too short, she said not to worry, she wont chop it, I felt confident because she is the owner and has been doing it for 30 years and was extremely nice, however I walked out with half my hair it is up to my shoulders and my bangs are above my eyebrows, when my husband looked at me I thought he was going to faint, she cut an easy 4 inches off the back and I I am devastated at 50 years old it is going to take a very long time to get back what she cut off!!!!!
