The service was very bad and not clean or professional. my nails are extremely bumpy and not straight. do not recommend.

I have been going here for a long time and today I want to get my nails done and I ended up not liking the color but I felt way too uncomfortable to say anything. so I start Havin anxiety attack and started crying and felt like they were making fun of me. I had such a horrible time and when I call to see if I can get my nail color change I would have to pay an additional $20 to what I already paid which was 30. This is horrible customer service.. I hate My nails and feel horrible and embarrassed.. no one should feel like that when getting their nails done...

Amy was amazing. Kind, sociable, transparent. She did my brows, full set and pedicure. They sre opened 7days a week.

Was recommended to come by a long time customer, and my usual place was closed Sunday. Decided to bring my son with me since hes got some pretty nasty blisters from basic training and these ladies really did an amazing job! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and the lady that did my full set of nails was fast and skilled! My nails lasted longer than they ever did before. I highly recommend everyone to check them out!

This was the worst experience ever! The took the toe separators of my co worker then put them on me. Super rushed. I have nail polish all over my skin.

Ive been coming here for several years. The salon is always clean and the quality of the work is excellent. They really care about doing things right. Love it!

Tip and Toes is my go to place. Havent been since before COVID started and it was nice to see they are using products to keep themselves and customers safe.

I only go for waxing and pedicure. Waxing is standard just like any other place. Let me tell you about the pedicure tho!! I literally will only go here, you get the longest, best massage ever with the low cost pedicure. They paint your nails then give you a massage till they are dry! Its amazing! I love it!

They stand by their work! I was not satisfied with the finish on my dip manicure and stopped by to see if they would fix it. May took care of me quickly and my nails look perfect!! Great service and I will be back!

I first started going there to get my eyebrows done then my nail tech went out of state so I took a chance and went there and Ive been there a couple times now and they do an amazing job in your clean and then never Overlook they get me right into a fantastic job and Im willing to work with.

They cut all my toe nails way too short. Talked on the phone during, rushed. I was uncomfortable in the chair. AND the water was cold. Won’t be going here again! After I told her my nails were all grainy & not smooth she said after I take a shower they’ll be better and lathered oil all over my toes and had me put on my flip flops so now I’m sliding around. My toes seriously hurt. I told her it was too short and she said no cause my toe nails will rise up 🙄 not a good experience. And one coat of nail polish cause she was rushing after she got a phone call.

Pedicure was not bad, rushed but not bad. Got a full set by April who is claimed on here to be really good. And it was THE WORST set I have ever had done. Very rushed did not take her time to make sure my nails actually looked good my nails are flipping glued to my fingers, like to the skin. Pieces of acrylic stuck all over my fingers. I wish I knew how to upload a picture on here because it is horrid l and q nails on 122nd is a much better option

Tips & Toes, in Gresham, Or. was the WORST EXPERIENCE!! I ever had at a nail salon... I brought my granddaughter in for a Special Day w/Gramma!My granbaby didnt get a pedicure or manicure that I asked for a Fun day... she gother nails all painted On Her Lap!! I dont get that when my nails are done. Why ruin the Experience that my Granbaby wanted to be Like Gramma!!Terrible...

The staff is always so nice and accomodating. They do not speak excessively to each other while servicing you. Very professional! The facility, equipment and implements are always very clean. I have been coming here for years for pedicures and have always enjoyed my time here and the quality of service that Ive recieved.

My daughter and I have had our mani/pedis here for 5 yrs now and April is an amazing artist at what she does! No one can compare... Great salon! Linda and Andi

I came in & showed a picture of what I wanted. Second time coming because the first time was alright for a cheap price. But this time I come in and she didnt say anything to me while doing my nails.. I asked for coffin shaped but they came out really square? At the end so I asked if she can make it thinner at the end slightly. Thats usually how I get them done. And shes like ok. But doesnt do it. I remember going to the nail salon in Gresham station & was told that if I wanted them closer to my cuticles to ask so it doesnt look like I need a fill the first week so I asked and she said no because it wouldnt be safe w the machine shell use to file my nails that shell nick me. So Im just like alright... &I she processed to file them w the machine and nicks me anyways repeatedly. After the 3rd time I didnt take my eyes off them cause it hurt. I asked for clear but the polish looked really old so I switched to nude & she does them only one coat really bad paint job, & asks if I want more layers... I mean yeah??? It was really patchy even after 3 coats. She checked if they were dry and smeared them so I had to do them again & wait longer..its almost closing time so I just dont say anything about how unhappy I am but go back the next time I dont work & the lady who did my nails was told to do it again by the owner & she was really salty, saying theyre already coffin shape but when I do them at other places they dont look like they did this time. Just needed a little thinner at the end & a better paint job. I just wanted my money back. It was a bad job. Crooked even. She tried to use that my fingers were crooked and no matter how hard they try itll still come out crooked on people.. like girl. Your girl just doesnt know how to do her job. I just said Id go somewhere else and I did ( belle nail & spa) same price but wayyyyy before Service & customer service! Dont come to this one.

Save yourself and never get anything waxed here. First time I went to get my brows waxed they made me sit out in the open in the pedicure chair while they waxed them. After going back an entire year later. As stupid as it was of me, she took a chunk out of my brow. Never had good service.

Ive went 3 times and the price for gel manicure (my real nails no tips) changed drastically.. Overpriced for 15min manicure w/gel? Hurry they and dont do a great job.. Im done.. Ill go somewhere else
