If I was only rating the pedicure it would be 5 ⭐s. If I was rating just the manicure, itd only be 1 ⭐. So I averaged the rating to 3 ⭐s. The royal pedicure is TO DIE FOR. Me and my bae decided to pamper ourselves & we were not disappointed with the pedis! We were walking out of this salon on clouds from heaven!The manicure on the other hand felt rush & paid the price. Anna, the manicurist who did my nails was apparently the only one answering the phones & helping customers at the front desk. The french tip didnt cover from one side of the nail to the other (see photos) & I pointed it out to Anna, her response was that the side would smudge (because I have chubby fingers).To me, a good manicurist can work with skinny & chubby fingers. Ive had manicures where the nail artist got every little gap just fine, & just touched up the cuticles around the nail. They look fine from a distance, so if youre not OCD, you should be fine- but up close you can really see the gaps 🥺Also, the next day, the edges of my French tips started turning brown. This is partially my fault, as I smoke. However, Im used to a gel manicure sealing at the edge. Apparently this one didnt. Take it for what its worth & how it applies to you.

I came with my daughter who was behaving the whole time. If they don’t want children here at all that should be kindly stated when I came in. Was not happy with the way my daughter and I were treated.

Michell did my pedicure and it was amazing. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. She took her time and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed like I have at other places. I will definitely be back!

Came here several times, they were always able to fit me into their schedule, kind workers and always a relaxing experience. I dont do my nails often but when i do this place is my go to!

Got a pedi with my husband. The sheet they gave us to pick the type of pedi said it would take 40-45 mins... it was done in 30. Felt rushed even though we were the only ones there. Place was clean and the staff was super nice, but disappointed at how rushed it all felt.

Ive been a few times and they do a good job but are regularly out of colors. The last time I went I probably picked 8 different colors that they didnt have before I found one they did!

There are always extremely nice and are taking great precautions during Covid to keep their customers safe. I usually get a dip manicure, however my sister gets shilac manicures and my mother in law will get pedicures. All are great services!

Very friendly, clean and relaxing shop. They remove shellac & dip powder the correct way and do not rush the process. Annie takes her time with each client, with the integrity of the nail being her main priority. If you have chewed down, brittle broken nails Annie can help you grow them out. :)In response to the review who was upset that she had to wait to have her nails soak and be removed: this is the proper way to remove. Many shops will not care about the integrity of your nail & remove the dip or shellac the wrong way. I would rather be patient and have my nails in the best shape then to have them rush. Nirvana also does not use u.v lights to finish the dip powder, like some shops do. She also uses the best quality product.I highly recommend Nirvana to try dip powder, as it is rare to find a shop that does it correctly. Also, finding a friendly atmosphere is rare too. Pedicures are excellent here as well. She also offers a rewards system too.👌🏼👍🏼

I was so glad to have found a salon that takes their time to go thru the process of taking off the previous nails correctly. Making sure that your nails are cared for correctly.I am very happy with how my nails turned out!Can’t wait to return to do my pedicure!

Not my favorite experience. I usually do my nails myself but was going on vacation and couldnt bring my manicure stuff so opted to get my nails done to last a few weeks. I already had my nails shaped how I like and had pushed my cuticles as I dont like getting them cut, but she still filed my nails vigorously even after I insisted not to. She didnt like they were slightly different lengths and kept complaining about how much shorter my index nails were, that I should cut them all. I had to keep saying I dont mind them like that, I enjoy my natural nail lengths. I brought my own glass file but they still used one from the shop. They didnt charge for the file, not sure if they reuse them but they kept it. My nails looked crooked after she filed them. I got a shellac French, $25. They only do the white tips here instead of the pink with the white, it may cost more to get a proper French. After everything she filed the end of my nails again, which Ive never experienced before. I didnt think theyd last too long, and was surprised they didnt start peeling for a week. Overall they lasted the whole trip and I soaked them off at home after 2 weeks since they were peeling pretty bad. There was no wait to be seen, only one other customer at the time, it was awkward in there for me because it was so quiet. They did talk to each other a bit through the process but not as much as I have experienced in the past at other places, and it didnt bother me. Tip is cash only. I felt obligated to, so I still tipped even though I was a little peeved at not getting the manicure I expected and having my nails ravaged by their file. Im just glad they lasted the length of my trip, and I only had one nail year off. Id pry come back if I needed my nails to last again, but I much prefer to do them myself otherwise.

Im a retired nail tech so Im super picky about pedicures! Ive had services done all over Portland Oregon city and Gresham! So far this is the best place Ive found in Gresham. A little jewel in a strip mall ! Dont be fooled by the location. Its all about the service and the massage!!!

Husband and I came for the first time. Deluxe pedicure was great. They time the massage so you know you really are getting the full 12 mins. We made an appointment but he had to wait for a few mins till another person was free but he just enjoyed his massage chair. Offered coffee, tea, or water. Nice and relaxing environment.

I have been going here since before I got married,... so that makes it 6 years now. Annie is my go to, only because she knows how picky I am with the shape of my nails. She also makes it personable and asks about my girls, and how bad my husbands feet have got (LOL) Ive gotten regular polish, shellac, dip, and solar. And I have always been taken care of. Ive gone to other places just out of convenience, and have been left disappointed and to come back apologizing that I went somewhere else and have them fix my nails. It is always a nice welcome, and I have gotten to know a few of the lovely ladies that work there. I have sent a few friends there who have been happy with their nails, as well. Just make sure your telling them what you want. You cant get mad when they do something you didnt exactly want, but you kept quiet and got mad later about it. And sometimes their super busy, make an appointment. Its worth it. Also, side note, if you make an appointment with annie, just know that she seems to be queen bee there, so she may start your nails and have to stop to make sure others are happy and taken care of and are being heard and understood. I dont mind it, and she always takes the best care of me.

I love the place! Ive been going for 2 or 3 years and always get an awesome shellac manicure. my shellac always last about 3 weeks or until I grow bored of it. Highly recommend. The pricing is great and so is the service!

I have been coming here a decent amount of times and my nails turned out great. I am not one to complain but I made an appt for a shellac manicure and showed up got in right away and while my nails were wrapped up in tin foil another lady comes in and wants a pedicure and manicure. The lady who was working on me left and started on the other lady I was waiting for about 15 min no apologies, or any explanation after she was done. I would recommend asking your customers if its okay to start on somebody else because then I might have been okay with waiting. But the lack of communication was the problem and because of this I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I always feel special when I go for my shellac nails and pedicures. I am offered a cup of tea or water and always greeted with a smile. I have had a few scheduling snafus, but it was easily explained and all was forgiven. The salon is clean, bright, modern, and most of all, very peaceful. Annie always does my nails and pays attention to detail. Lisa also does a great job. I have been a customer at Nirvana for almost three years. I broke up with my old salon and will never go back. Nirvana is the only place in town for me.

Tried this place for the first time. Not Impressed. First off the nail color I chose they were out of also Nails were very thin. Went home and within a couple of hours I had broke a nail. They fixed it the next day. The lady was not gentle when fixing the nail. When I told her it hurt she said sorry and kept doing it. I will not go back.

My girlfriends and I all LOVE Nirvana Nails. All of the women that work in the salon are so kind and they really take care of you. The deluxe pedicure is AMAZING and worth every penny of the $35.00. My Shellac nails always look great for weeks after seeing them. My favorite aspect is the atmosphere- it so peaceful and relaxing and the massage chairs are so wonderful!

I chew my nails and I have never gotten a manicure before, always been super self concious of it. Well Im glad i decided to chance it for an event I am going to, I couldnt be happier with their work. And they made me feel comfortable and didnt talk about how bad my nails looked previously. They were super gentle with my cuticles as well. They have earned themselves a new regular customer. Super happy with what was done.

Wow. Just wow. I was there over a month ago to get a shellac pedicure and the polish is still as vibrant as the first day applied. By far the LONGEST lasting color. The massages chairs are wonderful and the staff so kind.

Tammi was very pleasant. The place was clean and the massage chair actually worked.The music was relaxing but repeated too often. I got the pedicure with a calling and felt it was worth the $35. The technicians did not spend the whole time yelling across the salon to each other as I have experienced in many other salons. Overall it was nice enough for me to go back.Just wanted to add that I sent my friend Lisa to Nirvana and she said her technician whose name was also Lisa did a great job and she really liked the place.

The people here are so kind and work so hard to make sure your nails look perfect! I got mine done for prom and I was amazed on how great they did.

I write this as a husband who drive his wife all over the city over the course of 18 months to different nail places. Needless to say, I can only assume she is a bit picky. After the first time here 8 weeks ago she is already looking forward to going back. I havent asked much because im thrilled she found a place, even if its a bit far from us..

Pros: clean, friendly, massage chairs, free drinks, good work Cons: limited color selection (like 100+ vs 200+ so maybe a non issue for anyone else), only average leg massage and extras with deluxe pedicure...I will definitely go back because my toes look great and I enjoyed the service without conversation (dont love chatting during pedicure). It is exactly what you want at a strip mall nail salon.

Very nice for a strip mall salon. Not a lot of chatter between staff and as the other review mentioned no staff yelling across the room. Quick, tips with gel polish came to $40 but didnt include hand/arm massage. Their chairs all matched and looked great; Ill definitely try a pedicure there soon.

Went there without an appointment. The nail polish I had chosen was practically empty apparently (you look at sample nails). Two coats put on and it definitely needed a third or even a fourth coat. Got them done two days ago and you can see way too much growth already. Completely missed one side of my thumb. Could see my nail through the polish once I left the salon and was really able to look. Positive note, she did good on my eye brows. I wont be going back. Cheap but crappy job.

Super fast but the quality was effected...I got a full set fill and a shellac polish change.She didnt take off ALL OF THE PINK POLISH... And i changed to a vBlack tip so you can see the pink spots..My black tip turns blue in the natural sun light and the actual acrylic isnt cleaned up.. Over 30 bucks too...

Such poor rude attitudes. Very unprofessional. I didnt even stay to have anything done. Simply walking in I knew it wasnt gonna happen. The counters all dusty on the black part of the wall facing customers. Dead bugs hanging & dead tree deco. Hard wood benches to sit on when waiting. Then they have their display nails in a case box(s) on a shelf on the wall. Well dont pick them up or youll get yelled at. So the ones not on eye level you have to bend over or tiptoe. I dont have a good back & my pregnant daughter that was suppose to get her nails done too is not suppose to be bending over due to shes already gone into preterm labor & still has 5 & half weeks to go. The lady even had to correct how I put it down by moving it a hair. Lady try some dusting & cleaning before you worry about if stuff is straight on a shelf! Try removing the dead so you can attract the living! No air cpnditioning too by the way. Nothing like sweating while being pampered! No music. No TV. Just silence in a room full of strangers. No thank you.💅 👎👎👎

This is one of the worst places I have been to, I went to get my nails done after having the worst day at work yet and it started with that I asked for a silver holo and the color the OWNER used was the wrong one. I said Thats not that color I asked for and she said Oh on the second layer it will be that color Me not knowing a lot about nail polishes was like oh okay awesome and let her continue. When she put the second layer on it was NOT that color at all, and was VERY see through so I asked for a third layer, hoping it would look better oh how naive, she then said Of course! But your nail will be thick I was just like thats fine, as she was doing the third layer I asked for 3 different designs and she couldnt do any of them. Finally I just asked for a spider web. The spider web looked like a kid drew it, didnt get a good look again till it was too late. I asked for a spider and she said she could do a dot because the nail was too small I didnt answer and suggested she put a black gem on it instead and in the middle of me talking she rudely said no and put the dot, I have horrible anxiety it can sometimes get to the point of where I will start crying so I shut down, the owner had to ask someone how to draw the spiderweb and dot as well, if she couldnt do any designs and had to ask the other one why couldnt you have had someone that has more experience in that do it? It was only me and one other perso . $51 for that.... not good price paid it anyways. I drive home, mistake number one, and start really looking at my nails and I am so very disappointed. The shape is horrible very very bumpy and the sizes of each nail is WAY different, a couple are also going a different way then straight on my fingers if that makes sense. The color is see through and just glitter pretty much, I saw that the Spider web looked like a child drew it and the dot was so stupid looking, I should have taken picture but I had a horrible day before all that and that just made it worse so I just painted over them, mistake number 2, they look a little better but the shape is still horrible. The next day, today, my step mom said she would take me to go try to get a refund so I can go and get them fixed somewhere else, maybe some money even and them take the nails off. We get there and explain what happened and she says This isnt the original color is it? My stepmom No because the color was not what she wanted the spider web was so bad she didnt even want people seeing that after paying $51. The owner Oh thats why they are so bumby and the shape is weird Me holding my hand up showing the nails that go a different way rather then straight! This is not because I painted my nails.... She then just argued with us saying because I painted my nails they got all messed up and that she cant give me a refund but cant take off the nail polish I did because thats why they are shaped weird. And that she asked me if everything was okay everytime she did it for this reason, she did ask me yes but did not give me enough time to answer at all or didnt care that I didnt say anything and continued! Also kept saying I have done this for 30 years and they looked beautiful before you painted them. Tried to get another customer involved. I am just VERY VERY disappointed with this place with their just overall service. Cant believe she argued with us about this when you can so plainly see she messed up.. $51 down the drain. Do not recommend AT ALL. Dont even want to give a star but they do not give me an option, sorry for it being so long also!

Completely remodeled with new chairs and supplies. This place is VERY clean and the service is great! They pay a lot of attention to detail. If youre looking for a place that is clean, affordable, friendly...I would highly recommend Nirvana.

Went and got acrylic nails done, they are very very thin, not something I have experience at different nail salons, no acrylic over the ends so plastic nail is exposed. did not file under fake nail so it is very rough, they look ok just not sturdy like an acrylic nail should be. it was my First visit and most likely my last. 1.5 days later one has completely come unglued. Also wanted a pink line on mine and all they had was red. Every product she used was almost out and did not look sanitary at all. Used old used nail files on my nails. Just very unsatisfactory salon.

Hit or miss if you come here. Most times Ive had a great time and service and other times Im leaving with some less than amazing nails. Ask for rounded but natural and I get square. The color is not done dark enough and you feel rushed to leave. It really depends on who you get though. Annie is really good.

I like the fact that the staff here wears uniforms. I also like the fact that you can select your nail color not from a bottle, but they have pre painted nails for you so that you can see what the color actually looks like on a nail. Very clean very efficient very affordable. It is my ever constant go to for shellac

Amy, did my pedicure and while she is very nice; she cut my thumb cuticle so bad it has now become infected. I have twice had to lance it and put antibiotic ointment on it, it has still not healed. I hope I dont have to see a doctor to take care of this. I do however, like the Shellac polish they used.

This place is not good for stilleto nails. I paid $50 to do cat eye nails, and the woman who shaped my nails did a horrible job. All of my nails are curved to the right, and the woman stated (sometime your finger nail goes like that). Ive never been to a nail salon where they said that to me, and never screwed up like this. Never going back, and not worth the money. What a waste. Oh, and they use the same nail file for everyone who comes in. NOT sanitary. Hope I dont get an infection.

All I wanted was fake nails and nail polish, the lady I think she was the manager did the whole thing differently. I ended up with bubble nails. They were busy and she rushed my time, to get to other customers.

Clean, relaxing music, quiet. I think Anna runs the business and shes very astute, attentive, and fast.

I got there at 5pm and they manage to get my pedicure and fill done in 90 mins. Which to me seemed faster than normal.Clean establishment. Quite. Not a lot of talking until the end of my fill.The only thing that upset my experience was she hurt my pinky nail while filing off the polish. When she was done filing I looked at it (it was completely fine, no injury, didn’t hurt anymore) and she apparently asked my about the length and I didn’t understand her. I thought she was asking if the nail was okay. And I said yes. When I realized later she wasn’t going to trim them down I asked for them to be shorter and her response was... I asked you and you said okay. It seemed snotty and then after that she would stop talking to the other co-worker.I will go back because it’s the clean. I hope the next time feels better.

Jenny, the girl who did my nails was good at it but kept asking questions I had already answered multiple times. There were 2 other people hovering over her as she was doing them. I tried taking my mom and 2 sisters to have a girls day but my mom and 1 of my sisters ended up leaving due to the disrespectful child at the front counter getting upset at them looking at the nail cases. She sat on an iPad scrolling through Facebook when she couldve been cleaning since that place is dead there were barely any people no music or t.v. to entertain you. There were spiders and webs all over the dead plants. When they asked why my mom left I told them the lady at the front was mad and she didnt like the disrespect and then they all started talking in their language laughing and being highly rude. Not gonna be my choice next time.

I really enjoyed my shellac mani/delux pedi at Nirvana! I didnt have an appointment but was taken in right away, my cuticles were treated gently, polish was painted on perfectly, massage was nice, the inside was clean/ambiance was relaxing, and I was offered hot tea! I have tried other nail salons in Greaham and have finally found one I will visit again!

I drive in from Sandy just to come here. After the Deluxe Pedicure with callous treatment, my nasty Diabetic feet are soft and smooth!

Horrible place went there and was greeted by this one asian girl with purple shirt. She didnt smile nothing i walked in and she started asking me can I help you. Then she went and said acrylic or manicure i said i havent decided i need to see some to vhoose what i want this evening. Then She spoke her nagive languge to this one lady and the all of them responded back saying native stuff (chinnese) then the lady said come back in 2 hours... Umm excuse me what 6 of you only 3 cusomes... Never going back.
