Hoa was meticulous and did an amazing job. My nails are ready for Disneyland. Everyone was so friendly and this is definitely my new nail place.

Today was my first time at File U Fancy, and this will now be my regular nail salon!Hoa did an amazing job on my nails!She took her time, and I didnt feel like she was rushing to just get me out the door like salons I have been to in the past.This is also the best fitted and comfortable full set Ive ever had! And the first time my nails have not been overly sensitive and sore after getting a set put on!Everyone was friendly, the environment was clean and welcoming.

Really expensive, when my mom and myself got our nails done cost over 100 dollars I think 160? for nails we chose off of their website! Took 2 hours and when my mentioned to me how expensive their prices were the man stopped and said he wouldnt continue if my mom didnt stop talking about their prices. We felt bullied into their services. They did not tell us prices until after they already started and our nails were not overly crazy on design.. I will never be going back nor recommending them.

This place is amazing! They make sure the job is done well. You do need an appointment and they book up fast. Still, amazing job.

I had previously gotten my nails done at another place, and it wasnt until afterward that I realized I didnt like the color with my skintone. I got them redone here and they look great! Its such a calm environment and the nail techs are sweet.

Just received one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. Attention to detail and thorough. Technician scraped all the nasty off and shaped my nails nicely. Got a mimosa while enjoying all this!

I would have given them five stars however this nail salon is extremely overpriced. I’ve been to the nail salon where they serve you food and mimosas and my nails have never been this much. I came to get a gel pedicure and a fill and it cost me $108. I got charged for The shape of my nails being almond. I got charged for the length of my nails which are medium length. I’ve never in the history of getting my nails done in any salon have I been charged for the shape of my nails. I can understand the length because the longer your nails are the more product they have to use but my nails are literally standard length. Definitely my last time coming here.

Decided to venture out and try a new place to have a pedicure done. This place had high reviews so I gave it a try. It was a good experience but not an amazing one. The lady that did my pedicure was very sweet and did a great job. The atmosphere is quaint and there are no super harsh smells like some salons. The price is high though! I got a shellac French tip pedicure and it was $57. I have paid that much before but it usually included hot stones, wax wrap, oils, and what not. This pedicure was just your VERY basic pedicure but with an price tag. Thats why Im only giving it 4 stars. While the experience was pleasant, and she did a great job I wont be back due to the cost. Its hard to when I can go somewhere else and receive a more enjoyable process for the same price.

First time going to this nail salon. What made me chose to go here were the amazing reviews! My technician was Michael! He did an amazing job! He took his time and made sure that everything looked perfect!I usually always get dip powder on my nails and usually at the other salons that I would go to there would always be glue on my fingers or they wouldn’t really care about my cuticles...I am very pleased with my manicure! I will definitely be coming back!

Hands down the beat nail salon I’ve ever been to! I came here to get my nails done for my Mom’s wedding and the technician was a man. I can’t remember his name, but he took his time and actually made conversation and wasn’t awkwardly quiet or speaking in another language with the other technicians (which I really appreciate). They offered me a mimosa which I gladly accepted lol. He was very polite and very professional. He used clean tools and gave me the file he used on me when he was done. I’ve never been as satisfied before with my nails. I reside in Pennsylvania but I would definitely get my nails done there if I lived on Oregon. 100% Recommend!

They have a large selection of colors compared to what Ive seen at different places.However, the reason Im writing a review is because this place has awesome customer service. They treat the customer like a human, not like a number/transaction- like all of the other places Ive been to. EVERY single nail tech there genuinely asked me how my day was. It was so hard for me to find a nail salon I could regularly go to where I felt like I was being treated well, but once I went to File U Fancy, I knew I was going to be a long term customer!p.s. I saw a blonde haired lady named Elena (sp?) and she was really sweet

Very lovely people. I’ve been here a couple of times and love the service they provide. I think they thought I was not satisfied with their work, and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. After I walked out one of them came out to make sure I was happy with my nails, and then I received a phone call later in the day. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails done. The person doing my nails was very sweet, and offered me a drink. She made sure my nails were perfect and made sure to fix any imperfections.

Best place Ive ever been for nails. Didnt go in for about a year, and when i dropped in, Michael remembered my name and that it had been awhile! You really are a person to them and not just another job. They love doing nails and it shows! They all do a superb job!

This is an awesome place to get your nails done! I walked in on a Saturday morning hoping for a pedicure. They were booked almost the whole day but they were nice enough to squeeze me in even got a shellac! The only stipulation was I had top wait about 20 minutes between the cleaning and putting the polish on but who cares! Between the awesome massage chairs and free mimosa I didnt have a care in the world!They were so sweet too! They continually apologized for me waiting! While I continually told them I was just ecstatic they were nice enough to squeeze me in!I absolutely love the color that I choose too! My toes are a little odd shaped but thats only because part of my big toe nail was fractured. Considering the shape it was in before they did am excellent job.I defiantly will be back!

This was my first time, and I was kindly greeted by all of the staff. I had to wait about 5 minutes, but I didnt mind especially since I was given a complementary glass of wine. My technician was just wonderful. She suggested a beautiful color, and took her time to take sure that the shellac was smooth and even. Ive been to over 20 salons in Portland, and this is by far the best!!! I used to be a nail technician, so I know what to look for when it comes to nails. This salon definitely is 5 star.

The guy took his time on doing my nails, my left hand was done okay and my right hand not even an okay. Half of my nail were crooked and uneven, they look bulky and not well polished.

I love this place!!! I have gone to so many different nail salons and this is the best one yet. I have gotten my eyebrows done here and i love how they do them, not thin like other places and i barely feel it. I also have gotten gel full set and solar i they do those great too, they take their time just to make sure they are perfect. Amazing service and staff, they are so so nice and make you feel welcome! Just call in first because they are sometimes busy because the have so many regulars come in.

I am in a wheelchair and AKA Actually just just needed my toenails clipped so my socks wouldn’t catch so Hannah clipped my nails and file them down it was so nice and gracious. I was not able to get into the spa Chair due to my disability so when it was all said and done and I would not except any money even after I insisted! Needless to say I recommend this place highly! My wife will definitely become a regular customer and bring a lot of friends and family. It’s great to know there are places with that kind of customer service out there!

They did a fabulous job on our nails. My daughter and I got the basic acrylics. The only reason I gave 4 stars is we had to wait a while even though we had an appointment. They were behind and we were there much later than we planned on. Otherwise, we absolutely love their work!

This place does such a good job, and takes great care of their customers! When I initially came in they were booked during the time I was available, so I made an appointment for the next day. When I came in the following day, they greeted me by name, and thanked me repeatedly for being willing to come back. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They take the time to make every single customer feel special, and I never once felt rushed. Now for the manicure itself? That was fantastic! I work in healthcare and rock climb so I wash/use my hands a lot. Its been 3 weeks and my shellac manicure only has one small chip! Definitely give this place a chance (just call ahead!)

Great place to get your nails done.

I will never go here again. I called and scheduled my appointment for a pedicure (25$) and a full solar set (starting at 40$). The pedicure went great, the only reason I gave two stars.When I arrived I showed the guy at counter how I wanted to do my solar set and he said it would be no problem just pick the color I wanted to use for the ombre. Once my nails were started i asked for a coffin shape and was told it would be 62$ for short, more for longer. So I said never mind, I wasnt going to pay an extra 22 dollars for my nails to be shaped a little more. So, I asked for squoval. It was still 52 dollars, not sure why it was 12 dollars more but I said eff it, I didnt qanna keep going back and forth.Then when the guy started to apply the pink it was completely different than the sample nail I picked from. At this point Im already super upset and on the verge of tears since I went in with a clear idea in my head of what I wanted and none of it has gone right. Not to mention these were for my wedding.So altogether I ended up paying 86 instead of the 65 I was quoted.Flash forward to later in the day, I realize every single nail on my right hand is longer than my left hand.This was a terrible experience from start to finish, not including my pedicure
