Went to get a pedicure and they have a menu of about 8 different pedicures! I got the desert stone because a hot stone massage is included and I love it! Prices are reasonable. Wendy gave me my pedicure and she was fantastic! This was my first time here, but I will be going back very soon! Also I received a punch card, so after a few visits I get a little discount! I saw several ladies getting nail sets and they looked amazing!

Friend made an appointment for the both of us to get pedicures and manicures and they were way too busy and shouldnt have taken us. We had to wait past our appointment time then they took us one at a time. I sat at the pedicure chair the whole time my friend got her nails done and I decided not to wait around for a manicure. There were at least 12 people in the tiny building with no place to sit and wait. Definitely will never come back!

It’s decent didnt clean the Residue off fingers was lowkey hard on mg fingers my first and last time coming here

I came here to this salon as my other salon was booked so I showed a nail tech here a picture of how I wanted my nails done and it was no where near what I asked for. I shouldn’t of paid $123 for the poor job. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here anymore for back up. Very disappointed

This place is very clean and it has a restful environment for getting your nails done. Pricing is good and you get 1 free drink when you get your nails done which is nice. I love Tina and Nyuyen they always do my nails wonderfully!

I had an appointment today at 5:30. I showed up early just to check in. They had me wait all the way up until closing. Wasted my time. Never got seen.

Dont go here. They do not follow covid practices and both mine and my moms mani pedi were horrible. They dont clean in between clients and the lady I had was rude. Definitely a waste of money, time and a treat day.

Overall my experience with Snazzy Nails has been great. They are affordable yet still give a quality spa pedicure. Every time I go in, I see a variety of people enjoying their services, including several men who appreciate the foot soak and massage. When I want to treat myself, I definitely feel like Snazzy Nails is worth my $30.

I liked them better when they were Paris Nails. Technician didnt really seem to care about my preference. Pressured to use shellac that wasnt even close to the original polish I chose, and they chipped right away.Could have been worse, and a very clean facility and that was very important.

Never again!! I was horribly frustrated and annoyed. I spent 3 hrs here just trying to get my dip taken off and redone. I called ahead to make sure they knew how to do a dip nail. They said yes and can I come in 20 minutes. I agreed. So I came in and we spent the next 20 minutes back and forth explaining what a dip was! They said oh we can take care of that. I told them and showed them exactly what I had. Then I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get a person to help me. To which I had to explain how to get the dip off and they ignored me. I said soak it in acetone they tried to file it off. I was so angry I wanted to walk out but they had already cut my nail with the dip on it! So they were jagged so I couldnt walk out then. They asked me to move three times and never once cleaned the areas between customers. It was so unsanitary! Once they listened to me and we got going on putting a shellac on because they could not in fact do dip, they asked me to wait because a customer had an appointment with the girl doing my nails! Are you kidding me!! Plus the actual manicure was about 5 minutes she barely touched my nails and rushed so fast. I will NEVER come back.

It was my first time coming here and I loved it ! My nails came out the way I wanted ! I recommend this place to anyone that hasn’t been here. I am definitely coming here next time . Tony did a great job on my nails :) !

Kim and Tony are wonderful. This salon is the best ever. I have been all over the USA and have tried many salons. You wont go wrong with having them do any of the services!

Worst customer service ever. First of all I walked in and asked if I could have my acrylics removed. The lady asked if I wanted a full set I replied nicely and said no thank you I just want my acrylics removed. She then asked if I wanted the acrylic powder over my regular nails. Once again I replied and said no thank you I just want my acrylics removed. She said it would be a few minutes, no big deal. I am standing because they have no seating for people that are waiting, which is also not a big deal. She then told me to sit down at one of the tables. I sat there for 20 minutes. About 10 minutes into me waiting, One of the nail techs finished up with the customer she was with. Then she started cleaning up and doing all these random things that really couldve waited. At first I thought maybe she just likes a clean workspace no problem if it takes a few minutes but after about 10 minutes of her not even acknowledging me and continuing to stare out the window and do pointless tasks, I left. I dont expect to be serviced as soon as I walk in I dont mind waiting my turn but Im not gonna wait 20 minutes while somebody stares out the window. Granted from a business standpoint, she wasnt super excited because I wasnt going to be spending that much but at the same time I wasnt using any of their products, so what they were making for me was all profit. I definitely will never go back to this place.

I made an appt last week. I showed up on time for my apt with Kim the owner. She was just starting to do someone elses nails. She ignored me and lost my business. How rude to do that to a customer. I worked my entire day around being on time for my apt that I made in advance. Terrible way to run a business!!

I’ve been here a few times and I absolutely love it. It’s hard finding a good nail salon, but these guys are awesome! Tony is amazing as well!

This was a very good pedicure that lasted longer than most. HOWEVER...I really use this time to relax, no chit-chat, zone out. Everybody was eating very fragrant food. One tech was eating pistachios out of their shell so every 30 seconds was a loud Cccrrrrrraacccckkkkkk. I was the only person in the place. All other techs had headphones on. I wish Id mine. It was irritating as hell. My tech did nothing to quell this noise. I really wish people would eat in the break room.

Very quick and nice job! Got a mani and eyebrow wax. The lady even fixed a nail that I found crooked without an issue. And the lady was gentle and understanding on my eyebrows as it was my first time. I will be going here again!

I go here for their pedicures with the hot stone massage. I have always been happy with the service. They offer you something to drink, they are very clean and the chairs are very comfortable.

Good service, friendly staff, they offer a complimentary beverage including wine. Nice way to relax.

I have been going to Snazzy Nails in Gresham for years; even now as I live in downtown Portland. Kim and Tony are remarkable owners and very very good at mani/pedis. I even have a have nail salon in my residential building and still no one compares to Snazzy Nails. Highly recommended.

I got q powder fill. The lady that did my nails was extremely rude, made multiple comments about my nails. She almost made me cry. I couldnt believe honestly how I was treated.

I started coming here when I started work over at Biscuits Cafe a few doors down. Although I dont always get the same tech because I dont make appointments and my nails come out different each time, I never leave disappointed and they always look great! This is a very friendly and inviting place. Complimentary drinks with your service and the owner is great at showing her appreciation for returning customers and the prices are fab! Its perfect for me to go right in when I get off work and they get me going right away without a wait! Love this place.

Terrible customer service.I called ahead (Albeit same day) for two children’s manicures.Birthday present for my child’s friend.While waiting 20 minutes PAST the time we agreed to they sat the children down in chairs to wait while they took in someone with an apt that was 15 min after the kids.Terrible.Never returning.

Went in for a full set of nails and a pedicure and also tried lash extensions. The experience i received here will not make me return. I did give the place a second try and received the same if not worse experience. During my nail service I was cut and started bleeding. During the pedicure the tech didnt even cut or file them down. The eyelash experience was probably the worse!!! the tech spent 3 hours on them during the process my eyes burned more then usual when applying the lashes. when she was done the lashes were sticking out in every direction, balls of black glue were on my lashes, she attached them away from my natural left a big gap. I informed them it was burning and that it was also poking my eyes but they insisted it would settle. I went home that night it got even more irritated. I called them back 2 days later and they could not understand my complaint and there was no way I was going back. luckily 3 days later $150 worth of eyelashes fell off! be careful on the prices they have a bad habit of adding up on services with nails.It seemed to be a clean place exception of workers eating outside. I will not go back.

I went in there for a pedicure and it was going good until she scrubbed my feet and ended up taking some skin off making me bleed. She didnt even say sorry she sprayed something on it which made it hurt more. Then she applied something to stop the bleeding. I didnt even receive a discount or anything. I highly DO NOT reccomend this place to anyone.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Snazzy Nails, and love the work they do.

While my pedicure was ok, my manicure resulted in a lot of cuts around my cuticles. One of those got infected and was sore and hot to the touch for several days afterward, despite constant cleanings and home treatment. I dont want to have to nurse a wound after a manicure.
