I get my hair cut by Carla. SHE IS THE BEST! Always gives me what I want & gives wonderful advice.

I have been here a few times not and very impressed both times I normally get a fade and they cut and blend it really well always nice they were little behind today but still really nice could tell they were trying to catch up definitely coming back

I previously always used this Supercuts when Alex worked there, she moved to California. I tried the salon again a few years later and found Carla. She is very good and I am once again happy with my hair. It means so much.

I had a wonderful experience here on December 7th. Unfortunately, I didnt get my stylists name - or I just dont remember... but he gave me a GREAT cut! He was quick, which I appreciated because I was on my lunch, he was friendly and listened to my needs. I feel so much confidence with this new do. Ill definitely be coming back for a trim in a few months.

I feel very safe there. It is clean and masks are worn. Only one or two stylists so lots of open space.

This is the Supercuts that I always go to. I live in the area so its convenient. Everyone there is always courteous. Currently they only allow a couple people inside at once. Masks are required which can be a little tricky to cut around for certain cuts. I cant thank the people who work there enough. Thanks for all the extra things you do!

I have gone here a couple times in the past 2 years. Every time they have been just great, theyre nice and friendly. Its always a fun experience.

I had 2 appointments back-to-back for my kids. She sent me a “your appointment is canceled “ email AS I STOOD THERE talking to her to check in. Than she said I could drive out to the Troutdale location if I wanted because they are slow today.I made the appointment instead of a walk-in because I can’t afford to be driving back and forth from Boring hoping to catch a walk-in availability. I’m not driving further out of my way or returning to ANY of the Super Cuts’ locations. Very unprofessional to waste a customers time/gas and cancel as I’m standing in the shop and to try to play it off...not too bright- emails are TIME STAMPED! 🙄🙄

Ive had pretty mixed experiences here. The first time I went there for a color service, the young woman doing it made the experience incredibly uncomfortable by complaining the entire time that she was staying late (which I certainly hadnt asked her to and I came in well within the published window). She then left halfway through and someone else took over. The next time I tried to get it touched up, also within the time window stipulated on their website, no one on staff could do color and they sent me away.All that being said, this was quite a while ago. I take my daughter there because she likes them and theyve always been really wonderful with her. I wont go there myself, but Ill likely keep taking her.

Its been awhile since I went anywhere to cut my hair, ill usually just cut it myself but being my wifes birthday I decided to get a haircut she would like. I didnt make an appointment but I didnt wait long at all. I cant remember the woman that cut my hair. But she was very friendly and did exactly as I asked. Might even consider just coming here from now on.

Me and my boyfriend came about 30 minutes before close and they were able to see my boyfriend no problem for a wash and cut! :) it came out so good! Both the women there were so nice and open to talk! We’re from Washington state but if we’re ever in the area we will def come back!

Not a good experience on my last visit. Prices have jumped up drastically for a simple men’s haircut. Stylist had many distractions during the haircut which could have led to this. Was never shown the back of my head to see how she did and came home to people noticing this..

I was a walk in and had minimal wait time on a Sunday. Store was clean and organized.Katie was very personable. Understood what I wanted and did a great job! 👍 I will be returning for hair cuts.✂

The Women and Men here are always friendly. I like how the employees greet you as soon as you come in. I feel welcomed and recognized. The lines are never crazy and the wait line isnt bad at all. I enjoy coming here for a decent haircut that is worth the price.

I called ahead and had my name put on the list. It was a Saturday morning. I asked about the prices and if they could change my red hair to Blonde. Megan is a Magician. She did an incredible job fixing my self made disaster.Since I did spend 3 hours getting my hair done, I was able to see how the other hairdressers preformed. Each one of them were polite and attentive to their clients. They were very busy. They have a seating area for about 6-8 people. But unfortunately several gentlemen left because they didnt want to stand. There was at the most a half hour wait.I was told that Sundays are the busiest days.I will be returning to Megan for my next appointment. They are priced reasonably.

We understand everyone gets busy, but you dont have to be rude. There was no place to sit so we were going to wait in the car. We asked if she could call us on our cell phone when it was our turn. She said no and we would just have to watch. Some customer service.

I saw Emily K. Yesterday and I had an amazing experience! She corrected my color that was keeping me from ever wearing my hair down and she told me what she thought would look best and totally nailed it! My hair is blended and feels so healthy after getting it cut. Emily also waxed my eyebrows and Im very pleased! I am normally such a baby about waxing but her technique was so great that I hardly felt any pain and my eyes barely watered! Thanks again Emily! Conversations with you and Zach totally made my day! Ill be back!

I will always come back to see Jessica. I have always been uncomfortable specially because my scalp is dry. Jessica was proffesional and was very attentive with my requests. I wanted something different than my usual so after having my hair grow foe ao long i finally decided to get a style. I didnt even know how to ask for a style so she helped me pick a style and I am really happy with the results. I was treated like a king with the hot towel at the end and washing my hair was over the top. She had a great attitude and made a difference in my decision to come back in the future. I would recommend coming here on a weekday if youre walking in. It would be best to make an appointment because Jessicas appointment schedule is always busy. Thank you for making me look goooood.

Ive never had a bad experience here. They always cut my hair exactly how I want it. Especially my bangs. Im very picky when it comes to my bangs and they cut it perfectly.

When I sat in her chair I request that she Not cut my bangs short, she Did cut them very short I was crying when I left. Her words of comfort to me was it will look better in a few weeks. I will never ever go back.Her name is Courtenay......she is Very Uncaring

Went in to get my hair dyed blond and purple. Was told they couldnt do blond because they arent allowed to dye blond. So I told them to dye it all purple. After the stylist started dying my hair she tells me that she can only dye the parts of hair that were blond before is all she could do purple. She did a horrible job my hair is so blotchy looking. I paid $74 and looks worse then if I had done it myself. Dont go to them if your wanting a dye job not worth the money

So when I went in I got my hair cut by a girl named Emily. She was very nice. The first day after I got my hair cut I thought it looked really good and she did exactly what I wanted... But after I went to go style it I noticed in the back of my hair there was a medium sized chunk of hair the was cut waaaayy shorter then the rest of my hair. Although I did ask for layers they started from my chin down. This chunk of hair was about to the top of my ear. Very noticeable when I styled my hair, not so noticeable when I letmy hair air dry. I sapose you get exactly what you pay for. Although I did tip here well. I think next time i will just wait for my regular hair stylist has a free spot.

Walked in for a quick haircut (a-line bob) only waited 15 minutes the stylest talked to his other client (a friend) while he paid zero attention to me and butchered my hair litteraly everyone i kniw commented. Pissed

My hairstylists name was Courtney and she gave me the best hair cut and style I have ever had and she is the sweetest thing ever and gave me exactly what I want.

Well its supercuts.what do you do?

I went in to get my hair cut all one length about an inch long. And when i got home it was all uneven, multiple different lengths, it was short in the front like how i wanted and in the back it was all different lengths and choppy. I dont recommend getting your hair cut here.

This is a Taco Bell, but it is not a corporate store so the prices are a lot higher here.

Worst haircut ever! Spent a total of 4 minutes cutting my hair, missed a patch on my neck and forgot to trim around one of my ears! Absolutely worthless.

I had been growing my hair for over 6 years, it was down to my hips. i knew the ends were unhealthy and that i would have to loose some length, but the girl cutting my hair took DOUBLE of what she told me off. she told me she would have to take 4in, my hair went from my hips to my shoulders, thats NOT 4 inches!!! and then she told me she would do a little layering and she did NOTHING. i have dark hair so when she showed me the mirror i couldnt see and had to get back to my kids. and this was all the day before christmas too. so there goes about 3 1/2 years of growth in 10 min. and she wasnt even very nice about anything. i think if she would have said, i have to take off more i wouldnt have been as pissed the next day. NO ONE I KNOW WILL EVER GO HERE OR ANY SUPERCUTS AGAIN and i hope, if you actually like your hair, you wont go here either

Last 4 weeks ive come in once a week. There was over an hour wait time. This was the last time I attempt to come here first.
