Randy at PinPoint Pest Solutions treated my house for bugs about 3 months ago and I was extremely pleased with his services and the way he presented himself. I own a home with an inground pool. Its on about an acre. Been here for 7 yrs now and every year and have found wolf spiders in the pool on an almost daily basis. Enter PinPoint early this year (2021). Since their 1st application I havent seen more than 3 of the spiders. Mosquitoes usually require a respray between scheduled applications, but those are free and the techs are very responsive. Have nothing negative to say at this point. Highly recommend.

Randy, the technician that came out to spray the house was thorough, professional, friendly, and very careful to explain the process.I expected him to just spray but One thing that really impressed me was that he used a long-handled brush To remove spiderwebs from under the eaves around the house.I did not get this kind of service from the last pest control company that I called.We were pleased with Pin Point Pest control service and Randy’s very personable, no-pressure, friendly attitude. Pin Point has been treating for mosquitoes and out side perimeter of my home for over a year now. I have to say I have not seen a bug in my house in a very long time. I have a heavily wooded area and they do great job reducing the mosquito population. My wife and I can actually sit outside in the summer time with no bites!! These guys are top notch. When we moved into our house last April the mosquitos were terrible. We called Pinpoint to set up mosquito reduction treatments and could tell a difference immediately. After the second treatment we didnt see another mosquito for the rest of the summer. We added the general home protection this year and look forward to seeing the results of that. Excellent locally owned company that you get the great customer service and integrity from. I called on a Friday afternoon and was sold on PinPoint after speaking with Joe. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to come out first thing the following Monday which was amazing. The technician that serviced my home was Randy. He was extremely professional and polite and also very knowledgeable. I honestly felt like I was dealing with the owner on how he carried himself. I was immediately able to trust he was going to do a great job with the mosquito application. He was happy to answer any questions I had - most techs (not PinPoint - this was first application) dont want to be bothered at all.
