In July my church had a silent auction to support missions. This company donated a year of pest control which I purchased. They are now insisting that they did not recieve tax deduction records (that our associate pastor sent them personally) and are refusing to honor the voucher that I paid $200 for. I understand that this is a hard time for small businesses but I paid for a service that they are now refusing and I will not be refunded for. Unbelievable.
