The folks who work in my local operation for very nice. We did have an issue recently where the person who came damaged our fence and landscaping lighting. I contacted the owner... He never responded. Again, the people in the office have been very good though. One last and most important thing, we still have lots of weeds. Whatever they are applying, it doesnt seem to be working. Im giving them a couple more months to make it better before I look elsewhere for service.UPDATE- Three weeks ago, two Service Managers came to look at the damage. I was able to get it repaired and reimbursed. Happy ending!

Donovan H does a great job! Always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains things in terms that are easy to understand. Another company killed the majority of my grass a year ago. Donovan and top turf have done a great job getting back in shape!

Our technician Geoff always does a very thorough job. He provides a detailed report of the types of weeds he notices and what he used to treat them. Our yard isn’t weed free yet but it’s getting real close.

I called Top Turf on Thursday to express concern about some bushes and trees in my yard and they were swift to respond. Jennifer answered my call and set up a service call the next day. Josh came out Friday am and explained the problem and handled it immediately. I was so impressed and highly recommend Top Turf!

We had our 1st experience with Top Turf for fertilizing and weed control. I will be honest, it was a bumpy start as we require notification of prior arrival because of a gate and a dog, but they can only give a 1 day notification as scheduling is all set up and controlled by the computer. We did have some plans for the day they scheduled us, so asked for a time window, also not possible. So we asked to be rescheduled at the beginning of the next week. Apparently that is not possible; again, the computer generates the schedules. So we waited for their arrival. (The scheduling staff were very pleasant and polite, but the scheduling process is bizarre.) Geoff arrived at 1150 and performed the service. I spoke to Geoff several times during his work and at the completion of his service. Geoff is very professional and personable. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and he is simply a nice person. He is an asset to your company. Based on this we will continue our service.

Tim and Martin made the applications to my lawn and were very diligent in making sure that every inch of my lawn was treated appropriately. Tim took time to explain what problems he saw, what products were used to combat the problems, and recommended watering cycles. Very professional, courteous, and were both obviously committed to exceeding customer expectation. Job well done guys.

Too Turf has always done an excellent job of taking care of our yard. They leave very thorough instructions for our follow up routine. Very thorough in their applications (I sometimes see other lawn care companies in our neighborhood who FLY around backyards during applications.). Top Turf does NOT!

Ive had Top Turf for about 6 years between two different houses. My grass can be puzzling at times but they always keep after it until things are right. My technician, Jonathan H., is new to my grass and provided some good insights and an improvement plan that sounds doable. Hes the real deal and I am looking forward to working with him.

Greg and Dennis showed up to determine if army worms had damaged our lawn. They determined that they had on a portion in the backyard and while they were there corrected a mistake that would’ve led to killing the front lawn which was actually centipede grass(originally thought to be Bermuda). Big thanks to these two gentlemen.

The service provided did not prevent the lawn from having weeds. The only time my lawn didnt show weeds were in the winter months when the grass was dead. The service representative told me that it was basically my fault for having a balance on my account and prevented them to do what they needed to do to correct this issue. I did refused to pay a balance for a service that did provide the results intended.The balance indicates that the service was provided but obviously not done correctly or done at all. Very disappointed in the services and the customer service. I do not recommend this to be a service of choice for anyone.

Tim Frady was so nice when he came by to look at our lawn. He gave us some tips to get our current sod growing and was very knowledgeable.

If you sign up for their service, make sure they actually service your property! The first time they were scheduled to treat my yard they sent the technician to the wrong address, so my yard did not get treated that day. A week and a half later they scheduled the aeration, but no one came out that day. The weather was poor that day so I assumed they were not able to get to my yard but the next day I received an email stating that the service had been performed. I called the office and told them it was not done and they asked what made me think it had not been done so I told them that I was home all day and there were no holes or plugs in the yard. Three days later they did actually come out and aerate the yard. About a week after that a two-man crew came out to treat my yard. I was not home that day so I reviewed my security cameras and observed one tech treating my front yard but neither one of them even walked into by backyard, despite not having a gate or any animals in the backyard that would prevent them access. I called the office and verified that the service I was paying for did include the whole yard and then told them I had video showing that they only treated the front. I was told that a manager would come out the following day to take a look and discuss with me. However, the next day I received a phone call from the tech that “treated” my yard and he told me that he did the whole yard, front and back. I then told him that I have him on video only treating my front yard. At this point I was done so I called the office again and canceled my service and requested a refund. Two weeks and a phone call later, they finally refunded my money.

Darius is great. I was skeptical about weed control because of past experience with another company but it is amazing how quickly they got the weeds in my lawn under control. Five Stars!!Thanks to Josh all my trees and shrubs are thriving. Plus he answers all my questions about Watering, etc. I moved here to clay soil; I’d only known sandy Florida soil. Big difference!! He is always patient and knows his stuff.

Top Turf and their technicians have always done a good and effective job for me. They get in, do their job, and get out without disturbing me. If I have a follow up issue they are happy to come back out to address it.

These guys have done a good job in the past, but it seems to be getting worse. My lawn looked great and then, during their most recent visit, they put down granular fertilizer and the technician obviously didnt stop spreading in the turns. At each end of my lawn I have these huge brown spots and when I looked at them closer they are filled with granular fertilizer. I had to clean them out myself to try to keep the lawn from being ruined. When I tried to speak with someone they said that everyone was complaining of brown spots but it wasnt their fault. It was just in the environment. B.S.! Your technician carelessly dumped fertilizer obviously at each end of my lawn. I asked to speak to someone else and they refused. OK, you ruined my lawn and wont even talk to me about it. Ive sent many friends your way. Looks like we need to go elsewhere.
