Marissa is an amazing stylist and I highly recommend her. Also she has a cute botique in the salon. Ten Salon will not disappoint! They have so many services to choose from.

Didn’t paint nails to the cuticle or sides. Had to tell to paint end of big toe. Also when went to pay by cc, was charged 10%!!! I know cc usually only charges 3-5%. They knew we were new and potentially long time customers: NOT NOW!!! They had no drinks, not even water for sale and it was really hot. The place is decorated really nice. It’s been a few months.

I went for the first time today and had my nails done by Sha and WOW!!!!! I had such a great experience!! I have been doing my own nails for a few years now and was ready for something different! I am so glad I decided to come here! The environment was so clean and warm and the people were so friendly! Sha was so easy to talk to and really wanting to make sure I was happy and was getting what I wanted. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

It took me 2 weeks to decide to post this review, because ive been here many times and have always saw the same 2 girls for my nails and they always turn out perfect. This last time I saw a woman named barbie and my nails turned out horrible. Ill post the pictures i took once i got home, Its silly but I definitely cried after lol. I wish now i would have asked for the owner but i just wanted to leave. My nails were horrible, i was bleeding and on top of it, I paid for that experience. This is my first poor experience here and from now on Ill make sure to only book with Maggie. I also included a pic of my nail today where its all chipped off

Our first visit to T.E.N. highly recommend, the staff was super friendly and did a wonderful job on our nails! It was also my first time trying the dip for my manicure, Lisa did an excellent job! She was very attentive to detail and making sure my nails were perfect before she was finished with my manicure! Definitely going to revisit!

This place was recommended by a friend and is now my forever place! Melissa did my nails and they turned out perfect and exactly what I asked for. Ive made another appointment to return. They also do hair and facials. I will probably make an appointment for those services in the future as well.

Was a bit of a mix up but the owner was very apologetic and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and then some. Ended up getting a full set of nails on the house. Great nails and a refreshingly great experience. Will definitely go back.

I moved here over a year ago and needed a new salon that felt like home. After days of searching, I came across TEN and immediately knew this was my place. I go to Sha for all nail appointments who has become someone very valuable to me personally. She works with my crazy schedule and even Lisa has had to step in a few times; she is great as well. I also have had my eyebrows waxed twice here and she did a fantastic job too. It is so clean, comfortable, and a fun environment. Would highly recommend for any service they provide!!

Im giving them a 2 star because the lady I spoke to while waiting for my lady was nice. I spoke to a lady on saturday about doing my nails. We scheduled for 9am today. (Tuesday). I told her specifically I had to be back home by 10 so my husband could go to work and yet she scheduled me for 10. Was very excited to get my nails done. After waiting for 20 minutes decided to not waste my time any longer. Very disappointed.

I love having my nails done here! The best. All of the techs are very professional and so nice. A full service salon. Very clean and everyone always in such a great mood. Its just the thing I need after a long day at work or with my kids.

As a person who travels for work, it can be hard to find a place to get my nails done. T.E.N. Salon exceeded my expectations. Stephanie did such an amazing job! She was also friendly and welcoming. I cant wait to go back next time Im in town. Im also looking forward to utilizing their many other services available.

Stephie micro bladed my eye brows and they look WONDERFUL! She was so kind and let me know what to expect and talked me through the whole thing. I had no eyebrows and now I do and they look so natural. I highly recommend her!

I love love love my hair! Marissa did a fabulous job. I live in Ohio now but she is worth the drive to come back for her to do my hair. The best highlights I have ever had and she is so fun to talk too.

Went here for the first time today to have my nails done. Ashley did an amazing job she took her time gave me exactly what I asked for I couldnt be any happier. Ive had my nails done in the past a lot and Ive never had them turn out this amazing! The prices are fair I will only be getting my nails done here from now on.

Love the new decor and that there is more space with this new location! Got my nails done by Shae, she does a fantastic job and is always super sweet and I recommend her to everyone.I recommend making an appointment as they can typically get you in pretty quick (Ive been able to get in within a day or two of me calling).

I really wanted to love this salon. The decor is beautiful and the staff was very nice. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30, I showed up at 4:10 preparing to wait a little, but they were able to start me right away. My appointment was to have gel polish done, I did have gel on my nails already so it needed soaked off. The tech was new so I assumed it would take a little longer than normal, and she told me she was working on getting her time down. At 5:30 my nails were being painted and another appointment for a pedicure showed up. She was bouncing back and forth, becoming a little flustered. She lost track on what steps she was on and messed up one of my nails. She filed my nails into a natural round shape, midway through said, I hope this is okay. Although I prefer a squared shape. I had asked for chrome on all 10 nails and she said she thought it should only be applied to a few. One of the few I had chrome applied to was barely visible, and she told me I could come back the next day to have it touched up. The chrome has completely come off of that nail, its been 4 days. - being that I had been there so long during my appointment I didnt have any additional time to spend there the next day. I had polish on my finger I had to pick off. I ended up leaving the shop at 6:45 that night. I understand new staff has to learn one way or another, and overall she was very sweet and nice to talk to, but I believe if Im going to be in a salon for a 2 and a half hours for gel polish, there shouldnt be many issues and I shouldnt need to come back the next day.

Patti is AMAZING. She is the massage therapist at TEN and is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and professional. She listens very intently to your concerns; mine is a new nerve issue I have going on where my upper right side body always feels like its falling asleep, a pins and needles feeling. Having had nerve issues in the past herself, she knew exactly what to do and even at moments when she found the right trigger point, completely relieved my pain!!!!!! If you are in any kind of physical pain or just want a quality massage to treat yourself, I HIGHLY recommend Patti!!!!!!

I had a appointment at 2 (I had the appointment for 1 month) and 3 different people ask me if i needed help i told them i had a appointment with someone 45 minutes later a 4th person ask me i told her the samething 5 minutes later she came out and said will we find somebody that will do your nails i will never go back

WOW. Not only was cleanand stylish the customer service was amazing. I went in told ronnie well my ends are split and damaged. I didnt even have to finish my sentences, She knew exactly what I wanted. Great clips would ask me a dozen time. Definitely going back. My hair feels and looks so great! Thanks Ronnie!!!!

I cannot express how much I love this place! I had always been the person that would just go to random nail salons, as I had never found one that I liked enough to return to time and time again, up until I started coming to T.E.N. About a year ago, I wandered in this nail salon looking for a quick fill. I knew that they mainly worked by appointment, but accepted walk ins as well. Barbie, who by the way is AMAZING, had an open slot in her day and was able to help me out. Ever since that day I havent been anywhere else but to T.E.N. She finds a time that fits my schedule and hers, and will even schedule out our next nail appointment. Once you start going to T.E.N. you will never look elsewhere again!PS: I cannot wait to schedule out my Bridal appointment with you guys :)

I had booked an appointment a week in advance for a manicure and pedicure. When I got there at my appointment time, I was told that the person had left an hour earlier. They had somehow assumed my appointment was an hour earlier when I had specifically made the appointment a week in advance. On top of that, They did not even offer an alternate appointment or offer to make amends and asked to contact the stylist if I want to . Shouldn’t it be their responsibility ? Overall, this place is very sloppy, behavior is rude and I felt I was not important as a customer. I will not be returning to this place again.
