We used Reach Local for several years for both PPC and SEO. Our costs per click increased every year, while our placement remained low on the page (about 7 or 8), and our organic result were invisible. We took over our own SEO and PPC, and have seen tremendous improvement. Our costs per click are less than half of what they were with Reach, and we place in the top 2 of results. Frankly, we feel cheated and robbed.

Was verbally told one thing, got another. Shortly after starting with Reach, my sales rep was fired. Nobody would tell me anything. The product eventually worked, with the help of a good account rep, but their product used antiquated proxy sites that do not help my companies organic SEO. Their product is effective, but so is Google Adwords.I told the Sales Manager that I wanted to quit, numerous times and agreed to abide by the contract for 6 months. On the 7th month I have been continuously charged for services. Their stance is that they need a 30 day cancellation, which I had given from the beginning.After complaining, with no response from the Sales Manager, I was contacted by somebody else who gave me a small refund of $700. Thats a far cry from the $2,500 they owe me.Stay clear, these guys are gave me a the short end of the stick.
