Randall was great. From call to loading was only 30/40 minutes. Loaded my car with care and wasn’t bothered by me watching. Price was fair and inline with others that I called, he was the only one available and chanced it. Would use again.

He was very polite and helpful. When he arrived to tow our car our ride home was still 15 minutes away and he stayed and waited with us. And we needes my car backed up a steep narrow driveway, I didnt think he could possibly do it but he backed up and put my car exactly where I needed it. I was shocked, he really knows how to handle that truck like a professional. It was very good price, much less than I expected.I would recommend him to anyone needing tow service. Worse customer service Ive every encountered, the driver told my son 1 price to pull his car out of the ditch but when he got there the tow driver Randall stated that he was taking the vehicle with him. We went to pickup the car and Randall was every rude and stated that he towed the car because it was involved in a wreck but the car was drivable and when questioned he just said we are not going to argue and youre right we are not this is just the first of reviews and phone calls to file a complaint. I wish I didnt have to give 1 star.

Driver quoted his price and his ETA over the phone. He showed up in a timely manner, same price. Extremely professional. I will use this business from now on. Id recommend to everyone.

On 3/2/21 I was headed to a funeral in Greenville at Woodlawn Cemetery and as I was coming down a back road making a sharp right turn when my front left wheel started making a grinding noise really bad then I heard a pop yet I kept driving up to the top of a hill where I came to a stop because in the road in front of someone’s house and at this point the tire was barely rolling and I could feel that it was off almost by the way it would roll. As I got out to look, I could see pieces of my wheel bearing and smoke coming from under and the inside of the wheel hub. It seemed as if my bearing and wheel hub were completely shot. I have State Farm and filled out via the app the roadside assistance form and within 10 minutes I had my claim in and I was notified shortly after that by another local towing company that they would have someone out within 30-40 mins to assist me. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WAS AT 2:12PM. It was now 3:15PM. I had been waiting now at this point around an hour with no call from the company who had previously told me 30-40 mins so I called back in hopes to find out where the tow truck was and received no answer. I then waited another 20 mins and called with an answer only to be told they were behind on my claim and it would be another 30-40mins. At this point I have waited almost two hours with no tow or anyone to call me saying they were x amount of time away etc... So I called The Towing Service seeing that they had good reviews already and the fact they were less than 5 miles from my location. The phone was answered promptly and I was assisted with ease, they took all of my information and I was told they would dispatch a truck to my location shortly and the estimated price for the tow and distance I needed to have my vehicle dropped off and an ETA of 20-25mins. They arrived took very good car of my Tahoe being in the condition it was with the wheel about to basically break off of the wheel hub. He loaded it very carefully and with finesse and ensured that the vehicle was secured to decrease the tension on the front left side to avoid any further damage in transit. We arrived at the destination he promptly unloaded my Tahoe and was careful and once again worked it off of the back without causing any further damage. Successfully the vehicle was on the ground and at its destination for repairs without the wheel being in any worse shape then when he arrived to pick it up. So all in all they are prompt and know what they are doing in plenty of different situations. Oh and the estimated price was spot on as that’s all I was charged ($75) pretty affordable and better than others I had checked around at. I would recommend them to anyone who is having any kind of towing needs or services that they offer.

Man let me tell you. 1. Why can’t I give you more stars??? 2. Screw AAAI called AAA after being on the phone with them for 40 minutes promised help then 1 hour later end up getting a call back just to be denied the service.In need for a towing I called these folks answered the phone right away and helped me with no promblem charged me only 150 to get my car towed so when I got my car I up the price to 170 for the very fast response and quick service. When I say I highly recommend I highly recommend these people!!!!

VERY VERY OVERPRICED!!! $300 for a winch out. Took them 5 minutes to get the truck out, after they stood around for over an hour. Don’t believe their estimate they give you on the phone. They will find any excuse to double or triple their estimate(the guy’s name is Grant by the way)

I never review any business, so when I take my time to review anyone, then it must be amazing. My brakes went out in my car. I wasn’t sure who to call towing wise, so I googled and this was the first place I called. They quoted me a reasonable price to tow it from Greenville to Easley and they arrived at my car within 20 minutes. Very fast, very professional and the guy who towed it for me ( I apologize I can’t remember his name, I’m always bad with names) was super friendly and cheerful that it was contagious. I felt bad that he got stuck in the traffic on 85 but it didn’t seem to dampen his mood. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need another tow. (Knock on wood that doesn’t happen though!)

This guy is an owner operator one man show with his wife or girlfriend riding in the front seat with him she answers the business line while hes talking and driving on the other line! She hung up on me once when she asked me to hold on and I could hear him talking in the background, and if that wasnt unprofessional enough theyre completely out of control on the on the road! Hes a dangerous driver, he almost wrecked into the back of me several times because he was following too closely on 385 while he was towing someones black BMW. His reasoning was that he was in a hurry he had a wreck somewhere else! I told him that following me too closely was not going to make the people in front of me go any faster, and his response was for me to go to hell. Dont trust these people to tow your vehicle anywhere and watch out for them on the road theyre dangerous!

Excellent-the car was locked with the front wheels near a wall(front wheel drive), and he was still able to get the car up on the ramp and towed- and back down at the dealership. very reasonable price, too.

Before he decided to tow my car he looked at it and checked to see what was wrong with the car. Gave me some advice on what I needed to do and told me what was wrong. Was very professional and polite.

Worst company I have ever came in contact with. Took two days to get my car back. The man I encountered was the most unsympathetic person I have ever met. Do not bother with this company if you don’t have to.

Way too high.. I just dont see myself paying almost 300 dollars and it havent been a whole day.. Thought he was reasonable because he towed my suv for a reasonable price .. But I guess not....

Beware!!!! They are very sneaky and deceitful. They switch prices on you after theyve towed your vehicle. They get in your business instead of just doing their job and towing the vehicle. Not good business people or practices....trust me....try another towing service.

The driver was really helpful. He checked out the car before towing and helped me figure out what was wrong with it.
