Construction equipment blew off a truck while I was on 385 and blew out my back passenger tire. Within five minutes of my pulling to the side of the road, Rick pulled up behind me and said he saw what happened. He offered to put on my spare tire at no charge and proceeded to do the job in the threat of rain and lightning, expecting that I would accept his offer. When he was done I said I wanted to pay him and he quoted a very modest fee. I insisted we increase it by a third. Rick worked with his own safety at risk and his offer to be a good Samaritan was exceptional. I immediately put him in my phone as my Tow Truck contact. And recommended my daughter do the same. I highly recommend that you do the same too.

Rick was my knight in shining armor! I had a bird strike on my way to Charlotte on Jul 4. After being on the side of the road for over an hour, I was beginning to debate whether I was going to have to go potty on the side of the road. Rick drove up in the nick of time and whisked me off to the NC welcome center! He helped me get my bags in and out of the truck and reassured me that he would take great care of my car. In all of the activities, I failed to take pictures of the damage to my car, but Rick didn’t. He sent pictures the next day, which he took when he dropped the car at the dealership. He literally thought of everything! Thank you, Rick for excellent service!!

I was on my way home to Atlanta from a weekend at a university leadership retreat when the bottom of my car began to drag. I pulled over quickly and called Mountain View Towing. I was stranded with a dead battery at a rest area on I-26. Rick with Mountain View Towing just happened to be there to tow another disabled vehicle. This “knight in shining armor” stopped and jumped my battery. Not only did he refuse to take payment, he also took the time to direct me to the nearest auto parts store to purchase a new battery. Mountain View Towing is fantastic! These folks go the extra mile to assure that the folks they care for are really cared for. I leave in a different state, my child’s car broke down in SC and Mountain Towing was willing to do wage was need to make sure my child was safe and her car was taken to where it could be serviced. Further there is no doubt in my mind that I will call upon Mountain View towing again.

My daughter was in Greenville from out of town and had two front tires blow out. I googled a roadside service and saw this company. The owner operator was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond and out of his way to help my daughter. He called me and texted me every step of the way. He towed my daughters car to a repair shop and stayed with her until she was being attended to and called me when that occurred also. Sebastian was a true professional and above all just a great person. He is also a US Marine Corps Veteran, as am I and I would absolutely recommend this company for any vehicle needs if in Greenville SC. You will not be disappointed. Absolute professional.

I’m on the way to work and bam, a FLAT TIRE! I called another company and ended up waiting 2 hours with no ETA from a driver at all! I ended up calling Mountain View Towing and Rick was a very kind man and told me to stop calling him sir lol. Rick was very helpful and let me know the name of my driver, his location and a ETA! Unfortunately while Rick’s driver was on the way the other company showed up.Their prices are great and awesome customer service! I will definitely use this company going forward !

Rick provided better service than one could ever expect. Not only was he timely in his arrival but he called with status reports on his progress coming to us.Rick was courteous, friendly, caring and most of all, professional. Not only did he take care in loading and unloading our vehicle into his truck, but he also made sure we made it to a safe destination.Being stranded on the side of the perilous Interstate 85 is somewhat disturbing. Rick came quickly, his pleasant personality helped to reassure us.

I was put in a situation where I had no transportation and needed my vehicle towed to a dealer in Greenville. My Honda Pilot was all the way in Anderson and Rick was still able to deliver in a timely manner. He is the reason I have reliable transportation once again. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others!

My car broke down at my work, but I couldnt have it towed to where I wanted until yesterday. When I called my insurance agent to set up the tow I requested a specific time for it to be picked up as I wanted to get off work and then meet the tow truck at my destination. Mountain view towing was able to schedule a specific time which I know is sometimes difficult for towing and they were super communicative when they were headed my way, calling me 3 times or so in order to keep me updated on where they were. Im super satisfied with the service provided.

The best way to explain how good Mountain View towing is, is to tell the story about how he took a 6ft log out of the bottom of my jeep. I was off-roading in my jeep and ran over a 6ft log. The log got lodged in between the drive shaft and gas tank. So I called Mountain View towing after. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem, came up with a solution, and got the job done. He was able to take the log out in less then an hour. Easily the best roadside assistant service in South Carolina. But not only was he good, he was very respectful, genuine, honest, and overall a good guy. If ever in a pinch, Mountain View towing is the way to go!

My car was dead on the 4th level of a parking garage. I was worried and doubtful about getting the car down to the street. They PUSHED THE CAR DOWN 4 LEVELS and hitched it on to their tow truck. They were prompt, flexible and extremely helpful. I absolutely recommend their services!

Mountain View Towing came to my rescue quick and in a hurry. I was thinking my car was going to need to be towed because of a flat tire but they were able to quickly patch my tire to get me back on the road. You cant beat the service and the price.

I cannot say enough about Mountain View Towing. My daughter, who lives in Atlanta, was on her way home from a weekend trip in Columbia. She called me from a rest stop about halfway in between the two cities saying something was wrong with her car and she had to pull over. I knew I had to get to her but I also knew I was over 2 hours away and she was alone, sitting at the rest stop. Desperate, I googled tow companies near Laurens SC and prayed someone honest and trustworthy would come up. I called Mountain View towing and immediately knew my prayers had been answered. They walked me through how to get my daughter’s location to them, called my daughter twice as they were headed her way making sure she was still safe, arrived in under one hour, assessed the situation and fixed the problem on site! Then, they called this very worried mom and assured me she was good to get back on the road but followed her for about 5 miles to make sure nothing else went wrong. I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone. I pray my daughter will never have to use them but feel much better knowing we now know of such an amazing company if she does!

When my car was dead and stuck on the third floor of a parking garage, it took the owner no less than a few minutes to arrive and assist me with getting my car going again. He was friendly, kind, and extremely professional in the service. I cannot recommend Mountain View Towing services enough.

Let me tell you how great this place is. Did not even call them...I turned around in a place I shouldn’t have and my front wheel got stuck in a ditch. I’m sitting there with one rear tire in the air trying to figure out what I’m going to do. Rick happened to drive by, stopped and helped me at 11:00 pm. Not only did he skillfully get my truck unstuck from a precarious situation, he wouldn’t accept payment for the job because he just wanted to help me out of a bad situation. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Give business to a company like this that genuinely cares for the people they are helping.

Mountview Towing came to my rescue yesterday when I had a flat tire. I just moved to the area and am not familiar with any towing services. Mountainview responded to the call from an hour away (when no one else would) and quickly found the hole in my tire and plugged it, saving me another trip to a tire store. I recently was traveling out of state when I was unfortunately involved in an accident. Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance immediately responded on impact asking if I needed medical assistance, police or towing. My car was inoperable, and Mountain View Towing was notified. Within minutes, Rick was calling for location info and confirmation. He kept me updated until arrival, always courteous and professional. Without any means of personal transportation, Rick went out of his way to drop me at an Enterprise car rental, only to discover with Saturday hours, it was closed. He then volunteered to drive me to the Greenville-Spartanburg airport to get me on my way! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rick and Mountain View Towing.
