Had my vehicle towed to this location and when I released it for my insurance to go pick it up, they won’t answer their phone and let them get the vehicle. They will hold on to your vehicle as long as possible to get extra money for storage. Do not recommend any one to have their vehicle towed here.

Used roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed to a near by house. Put in at 12:00 needing my car towed. ETA was 3:24 they never showed called up and there and was told my car was up next to be picked up. They never showed called back at 6 and was told it would be about an hour before the tow truck would be at my car. Called again at 8 and was told another hour. My car was sitting at a church all day long waiting on them to come tow car. Horrible places to use. DO NOT USE THEM!

I believe my tow drivers name was Chad or Jamie but Im not sure. But he was the most professional and on time tow truck Ive ever experienced. Would highly recommend .

Waited over a hour then they never showed up absolutely disgusted

Called my roadside assistance and they contacted 85 towing and recovery. 3.5 hours later they picked up my vehicle and changed the app status to “towing.” My car was 14 miles from my home, so an hour after the status change I called to find out the driver was rerouted to another call. I’m nearing 5 hours since my initial call and my vehicle is still not at my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will be filing a formal complaint with my auto club and will try to get them removed from the dispatch list so other members don’t have to endure this unprofessional excuse for a towing company!

Very quick to help and Jamie was awesome at helping my family get our vehicle towed to our preferred shop. Will use again should the need arise and highly recommended!

Fast and professional service

I broke down on the side of the road. One of their fire fighter buddies called them and told them my Van was in his yard and needed to be towed. Mind you it was on the side of the road. The 10 feet that the state ownes not his yard. My Van was towed with out my permission and they told me the wrecker bill was $269. Be wear of this business!!

Terrible tried to charge me 450 dollars for one night. Not even 10 hours. Also my keys were lost during transportation
