I would give 10 stars if I could. My daughter was traveling from Maryland back to college in SC at 1am in the rain on I-85 when her car slid off of the road into a road barrier. Thankfully, she was fine but her car wheel was bent. The police called Johnsons Towing and they arrived in minutes. Anthony took very good care of my daughter and her car, making sure she was safe and that her car was safe. I would definitely recommend Johnsons Towing services for anyone needing help.

Ant Jones was very professional. Contacted me to let know his exact arrival time to my cars destination per GPS. Contacted me on his way to the drop off location. He took my car of the bed with ease. Did NOT scrape my back bumper on the pavement like most companies do. Wrote me a receipt and went on his way. Thanks so much guys for getting to me that early in the morning without hesitation.

Im sharing this post because Injustice is everywhere. My husband had a car accident back in May and Mr. Johnson towed my husbands car personally. He was shady from the time the truck rolled up. I ended up having to call the South Carolina Troopers Office to get the extra fees dropped. I would not recommend Johnsons Towing to ANYONE TO TOW, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This business has been in the community for a long time. Mr. Johnson is very well known and connected but that does not give him the right to overcharge and mistreat people. I would go so far as to say taking advantage of our community for those who dont understand or know that they have a right to challenge any Injustice. TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT, THATS ALL#notoneredcent

I could not be more pleased with the price and service in replacing the tires on my Nissan Rogue! I had shopped around and the dealership price was phenomenally high. Johnson’s saved me quite a bit overall. The icing on the cake was my muddy car being returned clean and shiny. Great price, wonderful service and No surprises! Johnsons 24 Hour towing may be decent towing your vehicle, but DO NOT have your vehicle repaired there. They are unprofessional and will not return phone calls, they will give you the runaround, add charges to your bill and if your vehicle is not fixed they will do their best to NOT give you a refund. Oh, did I mention they like to keep cars for at least two months? This business is a big NO NO! Please do not make the same mistake.

Used them today to tow our car to shop. Despite the fact that it was a busy day for towing companies they showed up in about 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Great job!

The experience was excellent. I called to get my car towed and the staff was helpful and everyone had a great attitude concerning it was last minute.

Very rude and unprofessional. They get one star because the drivers are courteous and doesn’t take too long to come. I dealt with this company on different occasions and it’s the woman you talk toon the phone that needs a course in customer service and fairness. Oh and they don’t have change(but they are a cash only service), and depending on the driver he may or may not know what he is doing and would tell you they’re not responsible for damage. Ha! This place is a joke. Call anyone else! Please!

Absolutely dishonest people who dont follow thru with promises made to fix things that they were at fault for because of their drivers ignorance. Then they try to make it out to be your fault. Got a lot to learn about how to conduct business and be professional. Seemed like.it wasnt the first time they have scammed people into signing paperwork to cover their own behinds. Wouldnt recommend if they were the last company available.

I called with the most frustrating situation....a loaded, broken trailer. Several other towing services in the area gave me the run around, and after waiting for almost three hours for the towing service I had called, I called Johnsons Towing. They were incredible, they were there in 15 minutes flat, in the pouring rain, and had me home in about 30 minutes. I would, and already have recommend them to anyone they are great. Friendly, courteous, fast and most of all careful!!! They saved the day!!!!

My family has used Johnsons Towing for the past 15 years and they are always there when we need them. They do an outstanding job on servicing our vehicles and getting them back to us in a timely manner.

Im a 40 year old heart failure patient thats on hospice and my husband and I called them today December 7th 2018 we was in Greenville SC and needed to be towed to Pacolet sc and the lady that answer the phone was such a awsawes lady who helped me. The tow driver was there within 15 minutes. The sweet lady told me she didnt want me out in the cold and I thank you for that because a small cold could go straight to my heart. The tow truck driver was such an awesome man very friendly and put our needs 1st. He was such a delight to talk to. This company was such a blessing to us. God sent us some angels and he knew we needed them .I would tell anyone they are crazy if they dont use this company. My God be with yall everyday at work and at home and my God keep yall safe out on the road. My husband and I want to thank yall from the bottom of our hearts. I wish I was able to select no stars! The only stars I received was a headache. First, the so-called owner has his uneducated daughter working for him. I think her name is RUDE. My sons car was towed there after a wreck and when we picked the car up, it had been broken into and the tires were exchanged with some no tread tires. Question the owner (I think his name is IGNORANT) and he cannot even produce a police report. Take your car to Johnsons If you think Im rude you should meet my daughter Towing and you will regret it. I have reported them to the BBB.

Quoted 200. Got rdy to get car it was 250 got there. Was verbally assaulted by owners daughter. I had 260. I asked for 10 back. The daughter told me they didnt have 10 but they are a cash only company after being attacked by the owners daughter i had to pay 283 to get my car out! The whole family was there cornering me in the barn house made office. Owners daughter pulled weapon as well while child was in the car. Very nasty and rude ppl. Will NOT RECOMMEND if it was the ONLY tow open !! I would put my car on my BACK

I wouldnt suggest working for this company, youll be the only driver, working constantly with 0-1 day off. Get cussed out and accused of tearing things up and will be stuck in and old beat up truck and get cussed out for tearing it up when it goes down.

Dishonest people who say they are going to fix something they damaged, and dont fix it. Then bully them into signing a statement saying they fixed it before they would give up the keys to the car! Real class right there!

I called 433 am and they said they are not coming out I. The weather guess thats not a 24 hr service
