I have never had a tow truck get to me as quickly as Tesla. I only had to wait 25 minutes and thats because he was in a different town. He was very friendly and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely use this company again!

Kevin was great when we were stranded on the side of the interstate with a completely flat tire. He towed us to a safe location at a near by gas station and changed our tire. He was quick and very helpful. Thanks!

Did what they said they would do. My truck broke down on 385 and they towed it to the shop I requested. They were a few hours later picking it up than originally planned, but they called to let me know they were running behind. The driver sent me a text after my truck had been dropped off that night letting me know it was done. I also requested a copy of the receipt so I could be reimbursed for the tow. Quality service, but the response to text and calls was a little slow. I would use this service again.

Just called them for a tow a few miles down the road. I’m about a mile from him on Woodruff Rd. Guy told me he doesn’t have anyone that can tow right now. Not an estimate of how long it would be for a wait, but that he “can’t tow it right now, thanks goodbye” Will never recommend this place.

Rude and tried to charge me 90$ to tow me 4 mins down the road. Asked for a quote and he hung up on me when I said I’d call a few more locations first

Needed them to tow my car about 10 miles, cost $70. Took a while to get to location, understandable though as it was during lunch time on Woodruff. Both employees I spoke to were nice and helpful.
