Cash only, ripping you off if they are called via police.36$ storage charges per day.135$ for pulling out the car in a crash (no care given, as usualy doing more damage than the crash itself)240$ for towing 10 mi because cops called them.90$ otherwise.If I were you, I would look elsewhere 100%.

I would give negative stars if I could. They take advantage of you and will force you to allow them to rob you or keep your car. My car was there 2 days and had to pay over $900. Horrible character and a bunch of crack heads.

I was in an auto accident my friends car they towed the car to see the towing and then they let somebody wasnt me Im $28,000 in the car negative somebody come in at 4 and get it and now I dont have it what am I supposed to do

CASH ONLY RIP OFF. $300 PLUS to tow a few miles. Say they cant take debit or credit cards so they have to tow to their lot, then want to charge for another tow to car repair shop. UNETHICAL. And state patrol was who called them. Thats just WRONG.

This company is a big rip off, especially during this winter snow that we had this weekend January 21-24 2016. My car broke down on US 25 Thursday night, and the next morning SC State Trooper help me, they call CIty Towing which has a contract with them. This Redneck company charge me $352.00 I ask the guy on the phone why it was so much, he said they charge me $118.00 because they had to use their winge to pull my car out of the snow. Well dont you have to use the winge to pull the car on the tow trunk. This company is taken advantage of people, and this is not right.
