ClearDefense adjusted my quarterly schedule a week early as requested and we’re great to work with.Greg treated my home and arrived on time with a smile on his face. He reviewed what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns (very professional). Greg was extremely thorough and inside and outside my home. When complete he asked if I had any questions and then reminded me my garage doors were open. I’m very happy with ClearDefense, trust their level of service and highly recommend them.

Ben, our service technician, provided a quarterly pest (rodents, bugs, spiders, etc.) inspection and prevention treatment. He came to our door to let us know he was here and explained what he would be doing, asked if we were having any problems he needed to address and let me know what areas he needed to access around the house. He was very polite, professional and thorough. This has been our experience every time we have had contact with Clear Defense Pest Control. We couldnt be more pleased with their service.

Ben was our tech this visit. It was our second. After the first visit there was a huge difference inside and out. This go round Ben hit the whole outside as well as the hot spots that I mentioned. Very friendly and fast. The products are child/animal/plant friendly Wich is a must have at my house. At this point I would definitely recommend the company.

These guys are great!Tim did a great job today doing our regular Pest Control treatment. He went over the entire house thoroughly. He even took out some wasps nests on the shed for us. Clear defense pest control, has been doing a great job for us since we got them a few years ago. Especially since some in the house have severe insect allergies, it is very important. They are responsive to any calls with great customer service. Special thanks to our technician, Dylan, for keeping us bug free.

It quickly became clear why ClearDefense Pest Control has so many 5-star ratings. My technicians, Ben and Kyle, were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood exactly what they were doing and how to keep my house protected from all sorts of pests. There were a lot of companies to choose from, but given my experience with them I’m very happy with my choice.

Ben came as scheduled, then explained what the mosquito treatment would entail for this month, making sure we had no pets outside. I asked if the upcoming October treatment could work around our back yard wedding reception to benefit our guests from mosquitoes. Not only did he make notes, but assured us he’d see that he would be our service man that month and look closely for any ant hills as well. Very friendly and professional!

NICHOLAS EMANUELE was my technician. He was personable, professional, and on time. He explained what products they were using and why, he looked for trouble areas in my house, and set traps to identify any bugs that may be traveling through. Yet another quarterly service was performed by Kyle today and, as always, the customer service was top-notch. I havent had any issues with insects since their services began over 2 years ago. Most insects I do see are dead or dying. Couldnt be happier with their attention to detail and professionalism.

Dylon came by to perform our monthly mosquito service. He was extremely professional and thorough. We’ve also been having some issues with gnats inside, so I mentioned it. Dylon added a couple gnat traps inside and gave clear instructions on managing them.

Most recently, Ben Wallick came out to our home for a routine monthly mosquito & quarterly pest service. He explained everything he was doing, he brushed all the gutters for cobwebs, and checked all around our property for any issues. He was very professional and detail oriented. We absolutely LOVE ClearDefense Pest Control! We had originally scheduled them to come out a week in advance, but had last minute company and needed the ants GONE! Tim showed up THAT day to make it happen for us (also important to know that it was right before a holiday too). Tim spent almost 2 hours in & outside our house making sure everything was perfect! I have not seen not one ant since! This is the second home weve used ClearDefense for and I could honestly not love this company any more than I currently do! In addition to my quarterly contract preventative inspection, I recently had a problem with ants in my kitchen. Ive had them before, years ago, so I knew what a menace they can be. Clear Defense was there the next day. They had asked me to put some honey on a piece of cardboard and put it on my counter the night before. That way they could find their trail and see how they were getting in. Worked perfectly! They put out a gel on the floor in the corner where they were coming in and went under the house and found the source. I havent seen an ant since then!!!!!Love these guys. Their technicians are very friendly, professional and considerate of the fact that I have pets too. I highly recommend them.
