The person who came for the services was quite friendly and he did his job quite well. We did have issues with roaches inside and he did attend the issue and explained would take at least 2 weeks to see any significant changes.

This companys sales representative and servicemen have always been prompt, professional, and thorough in all our dealings with them. Most recently, we were having problems with wasps and stink bugs invading our sun room, and after treatment, we saw one dead wasp and two dead stink bugs. That was it. Problem solved! HomeTeam Pest Defense always provides emails prior to the scheduled visit to be sure the client has time to ask about issues they are experiencing. When the technician arrives, he comes to door to say hello (and is always so friendly and professional) to be sure you have no problems you want addressed etc. Should he find any problems, he is quick to offer solutions and be sure everything is put to right ASAP. I can only say positive comments about HTPD on a whole!

Called them after I moved in and noticed I had an Ant problem a few years ago. Came out and treated my house. Technician was very knowledge and boted it may take a couple of extra treatments to solve the issue based on the type of Ant. Service came out 2x over the next month and successfully treated the area. Since then havent had any issues with bugs around or in my house. Excellent work for a good price.

My husband and I have used Hometeam pest since our home was built over 12 years ago. It was great in the beginning but with each technician we notice they’re not as efficient or effective. I use to love how the company and technicians made sure the quality inside and out was a concern. The technician would ring our doorbell and ask if service inside was needed and were there any complaints. However, now they only service the outside and it’s less than the time the use to. You have to reschedule an appointment if you want your inside serviced.

Brittney was awesome. This was my first service. She went around the house with me, explained what she was looking for what they do. I am new to the state so she explained what I might expect to find when I am gardening. She knows my subdivision well and told me what she sees going on in the area. I learned a lot from her.

The Taexx system is a must if you are building a new home. Further, HomeTeam Pest Defenses service is second to none. The weep the exterior for spider webs, spray around the full exterior of the house and, as we needed on their last visit, have no issues coming into the home to spraying throughout.
