Hanna Nails would have to be my most favorite nail salon that I have ever been to and I highly recommend this shop.FoSho !

This place is shotty at best. The were extremely rude to my daughter Bc she touched her nail on the plastic shield. My nails are overly painted and very uneven. Would not recommend.

Ive been getting my nails done by Hanna for about 10 years. Shes so talented and has now become a family friend. We followed her to her new salon (this one) Hanna Nails and it truly reflects her attention to detail and ability to make her customers feel relaxed and at home. If you want a great manicure surrounded by great people, come here!

Ok first they were very disrespectful and snappy, like they were in a hurry. She sounded nice over the phone but once we got here it was like a whole other person. Way too pricey when I can easily go to my usual nail tech and get something cheaper. I don’t recommend keep it moving.

I called yesterday and asked if they could get me in and out for a gel manicure on my lunch break, and the nice lady I spoke to on the phone said that they could. True to her word, I got a beautiful manicure and got back to work in plenty of time. Clean salon and very friendly, caring staff. I will definitely be returning for all of my future nail needs and I will be referring friends and coworkers! Thank you!

I politely asked for medium length nails and got extra short nails and a side of attitude. My paint is currently chipping off as I type this, but they were very quick to take payment. The lengths are uneven and it’s obvious. It’s the closest nail salon to me but I’ll travel further to avoid ever stepping in here again.

This was my first time at this salon and I was very impressed. Very professional and Hanna knew almost everyone that walked in by name! Will definitely be a returning customer.

Hannas is the best in Greenville for a good reason. She knows so many of her customers very well and that goes such a long way. The salon is always clean and they have many offerings -- the pedicures are the best!

Hanna, her husband Kevin and there entire staff is wonderful! I have seen all, and all are very talented! I do usually see Daniel though! Im a hairstylist and are very particular about the filing around the edges, and thickness. Daniel has ALWAYS made them perfect! (I do powder). I feel like family when I go! I’ve been getting my nails done for years. this was my first time going to Hanna Nails. I always balance nail hygiene with healthy nail balance. I only get overlay on my real nails. First time I’ve ever had the overlay burn when being applied to my nails. When I informed the nail tech, he said no worries it’ll go away in a minute. They also over charged me for the price to get overlay and gel on my real nails $55. Normally only have 1 nail tech work on my nails start to finish. I had 3 different people swap out and it showed. Three days later soaked the acrylic off and 2 of my nails were discolored. I will never go back. My nails now look unhealthy. Terrible products, service & Terrible Prices.

I just went 9 hours ago and got a mani pedicure, everytime I asked for a price it got moved up, I looked in the book for the costs and the total wouldve been around $80 to $90 but I was told $110 and one of my nails is already messed up

I have been coming to Hannas Nails about 2 years now. I love her salon they treat you like family,when you walk thru the door Hannah greets you by name I have never been to any other nail salon that knows all their customers by name. I live a good ways from her salon but I dont mind making the sacrifice to drive for the service that I receive from them if you havent been here yet I highly suggest that you go I promise that you will not be disappointed!

This place is wonderful. It is VERY clean and the nail techs know how to do nails. The price is on par with many other nail salons but I think for the price, its a great value. I got a Spa pedicure (there is a regular pedicure) and a regular manicure which cost about $45 but like I said, what comes with these treatments makes up on value. Its the little touches like hot oils for the pedicure, the LED lights in the soaking tub, the cocoa scented massage butte, legit callous remover butter and a 6 minute massage (with the Spa Pedicure) that is actually 6 minutes and is an actual massage. There is complimentary water also. I was a new customer (at the time of this post) and the nail techs are super kind and very friendly. Also, the place was very relaxing with soothing music. I will definitely be comming back again!

Too pricey wouldnt recommend. I cant even go to the ones locally for a good price or quality. I Have to go to the ones cross town to get better service,reasonable price and awesome work for what I want and I dont get anything add like nails just simple pedicure with gel polish wont go back continue to go where i usually go first time last time. P.s my Gel polish i paid $55 dollars for not even shiny like it usually are.👎🏼

Hannah and her team do a great job! A family owned business and it truly embodies that. I am always greeted with a warm smile and happy hellos from the whole team. Their service and product is top notch.

The best acrylic is done by David or the guy in the first chair on the second row. I saw him for two years and had maybe 2 nails break which wasn’t his fault.

Friendly serviceUPDATE!After going here for 2/3 months its okay. Every time you walk in its awkward...The good service after a while fades. Your nails will last if you get them done by Hanna or her husband - other than that the last 3 times I had different people do it and my nails werent done right or even lasted. Which is crazy because DIP Powder/gel nails last about month and Ive had to go in more than once in a month to get them done. The last time I went the girl I had was so gossipy with the other worker and I kept being left at the table just because the owner and her husband were having a disagreement in private.

I got my nails done by T and she did a great job but was not friendly at all. She didn’t speak to me at all unless she was getting frustrated. It was my first visit. It seems like the employees were nicer to the regulars that come in than the walk-ins. Very upset with T’s customer service.

I would not recommend this place. Not too many friendly faces, but they were extra friendly to their regulars. They rush you through the services, half do their job then charge your extra money youre not aware of.

My mom paid for my nails before she left told them exactly how I wanted them before she left and paid. Seem like there was an attitude about how I wanted them. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ And on top of that they just sit there and keep looking at you make you feel uncomfortable.and here it is my 5th day and a nail done came off

I very rarely will rate a nail salon poorly because they can be so hit or miss but THIS was the worst one I’ve ever been to. After two days my polish was completely chipped. I came with a friend and they RUSHED my mani/pedi then had us wait an hour for someone to do my friend’s dip nails because the woman she was originally with didn’t know how.My nails look hardly any better than they did before I came in, the service they provided was totally rushed, and I wasted $50 for NOTHING. 2 days later and I’m at home trying to touch up my nails with my own nail polish. So angry. Do NOT waste your money or time here.

Prices are good and they offer great color choices for mani/pedi’s. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the massage chairs while I’m getting a pedi. And, I like that they do eyebrow and lip wax.

They are thorogh! Wonderful job but be ready for them to really dig in.

They were extremely rude to me and my 4 year old daughter when we went. Will not be back.

I went one time and was helps by the tech Daniel and had a good experience. Quality nails and understandable pricing. I went another time for the next set, to get the acrylic removed and switched to the SNS powder which is what I am more comfortable with. I sat with my fingertips totally submerged in acetone for over an hour. Finally Hanna, who I believed to be the owner of the store, came and ripped the remaining acrylic from my natural nails. she said that the acrylic was way too thick and that was the reason why they were not soaking off, keep in mind I got my nails done at her shop. I made it very clear she was hurting me and she continued until all of the eight remaining acrylic nails had been removed. She then quickly rushed through my S&S set. I have never been in so much pain at a nail shop. Not only from getting the acrylics ripped off my nails, but for submerging my fingers in alcohol for over an hour, which has left my fingers incredibly dry to the point I had to see a doctor for a prescription cream
