If I could give no stars I would. I have over 20 years of forklift operator experience and have always followed safety guidelines and procedures. I suggested many safety suggestions to make the warehouse more safe for operators and pedestrians to operate and walk safely around the warehouse. Bumper guards for the I beams supporting the roofs integrity, guards rails for pedestrian walk ways, painted sign labels for isles, exits, restrooms, and others. 2 days later they let me go using the same reasons I suggested, for violating safety procedures. Poor management. Uneducated. 7 bosses and only 9 workers. Without the proper staffing and right attitude they will always have a high turnaround rate. No one wants to work for a company like that.
