Excellent moving experience! Theres no way we could have knocked out this move without this team running the show. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, teamwork, and manners of the guys from Superior. This was our first move hiring a company, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. DJ, Matt, and the rest of their team were amazing to work with! (And lets be honest...they did the real work.)

This move was straight forward, but tight due to logistics with an un-crating company set to arrive at our destination, but with a fairly large time window. Due to the efficient manner of Superior when loading their truck, it all worked out. We moved a full storage bin from Greenville to Washington, with some fairly large and pretty delicate antique pieces. Patrick and his team, Matt and Eli were extremely capable and very careful with the antique pieces they were moving. They were just generally good people to be around and chat with as well. They were very courteous, and patient even when we didnt have an ideal location for a piece of furniture and they were holding it waiting for our instructions! They actually performed much of the work that we felt the un-crating people should have performed and did it with a smile and much more carefully than the other group would have. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to make a move locally or out of state. They are that good!

Movers did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and careful at packing the truck, making sure all furniture was wrapped or had blankets on it, and they were very quick too. Also very affordable. They offered to put things exactly where I wanted them in the house and arrange things for me and hook up washer/dryer if I had wanted them to. Definitely will be recommending and using this company in the future.

Superior Moving did a phenomenal job moving an upright piano for me and I cant recommend them highly enough! Wow! Superior Moving does indeed live up to its name! The guys arrived 20 minutes early and quickly identified which items to move first to the truck. They delicately disassembled my furniture (bed, TV mount, table, etc) and stored them securely in the truck. DJ and Eli were extremely responsive and dutiful to any concerns or requests I had. They took care with my cargo, and I felt as if they personally were moving their own items. I am relieved to have used them at a time when moving is stressful and overwhelming. If I could give negative stars I would. This mover damaged my furniture in my move and then avoided me in trying to come to a resolution. In the middle of resolving our case through moving help.com the movers removed their contact information and refused to respond to me. The movers placed fragile items under heavy boxes and used my box spring to secure the entire 15’ load. They shouldn’t be trusted with your belongings, or even an empty box. During the resolution they insulted me by stating that I was in need of money which is why I chose my method of moving. I am doing just fine and simply wanted a smooth move. Now I am out of an $800.00 bed. Please do better.Disappointed customer.

Matt & Ryan showed up at the agreed upon time and immediately began to load the truck for my cross town move. They worked quick and expertly packed the truck in order to avoid having to do multiple trips. I was expecting the move to take at least 6 hours, but they were done in 4.5 hours. Move date: January 31, 2020: Moved this past weekend. Patrick (Rudy, as called by his employees)was very responsive leading up to the move. He came in and looked at all that we were moving. He also gave advice that would help in the decision making over what to and not look for in a company and how to compare the costs. He also gave us options on what type of pricing to use. He is very professional and stands by his price quotes. All his employees were polite and responsive. The always called me Sir. Which is nice to see this day and age. They showed me respect.Prior to the move. He came out about 2-3 weeks prior to the move to look at what we intended to move. Received a quote within 2 days of the visit. Was waiting for other estimates to determine which company to go with. He recommended getting at least 3 estimates (I got 5). The estimate received was not the highest but not the lowest. He was honest with me and did not have any added or potential hidden costs. He did not put down any other company but he did say what some of the pitfalls were with some of the larger companies. Had to say, he was correct, when asked about their costs.Moving Day: Showed up on-time, he and his workers got right to work. They protected all the items that needed protection. We had a lot of old furniture and some heavy new furniture. The took very good care of all of it. With one small exception of the queen size bed center support. Nobody could find it when it got to the destination. We moved only an hour away. 4 person crew at original site, 3 person crew at destination. They ran out of room on the first truck and went to get a trailer to get the final few items. Everything made it successfully and they put all the items back together with nothing being broken.Final Billing: Even though he underestimated the weight, he stood by his estimate provided. I was extremely pleased with the work that Superior Moving and Logistics provided. I have moved myself in the past but with this experience, I would use Superior Moving and Logistics again.I highly recommend. Leave moving to the younger backs.
