FedEx occasionally gives incorrect tracking info, and that is what is behind most of these They lied about when my package would be delivered reviews.When theyre right, though, theyre dead accurate. I got my package a few days earlier than scheduled, even.
Fedex needs to go into this location and fire everyone and start over with a whole new TRAINED staff and delivery crew! Crooks and thieves working there! Only delivery service in my area that I consistently have issues with items not reaching their destination or delays on deliveries. They must be giving a heck of a deal to companies to still use them to ship their products because their service quality is terrible.
We missed two deliveries. The first one we were at work yesterday today they claimed they tried to deliver but never knocked on our door. My girlfriend was home all day and never heard anyone knock even though she was literally sitting beside the door. Theres a 45 minute window between 6pm and 6:45 to pick up my package that they never attempted to deliver and I cant call anyone to ask about it because they have no local number
If I could leave no stars I would. This location steals. And as soon I can get my voice to the top of corporate/better business bureau I am there. They were to deliver a package ordered via Amazon and marked the package as left on the front door. On Sunday they claimed they tried to deliver (per our ring door bell no fed-ex truck came down street yet alone to our door that day). On Monday they marked our package as delivered, left at the front door. Again our ring door bell has video surveillance proving fed-ex NEVER drove down our street nor entered onto our property to deliver anything and hasnt delivered anything so their drivers are stealing. Call it an accusation or whatever, I personally dont care. You dont mark a package as delivered until IT IS DELIVERED.I have called the 1-800 number yesterday giving the information to file a claim, waiting for a call back and no response. I called back today again stressing that someone needs to get in contact with a manager and the driver to find out where this package is; again no response. This is completely ridiculous as I am now having to call Amazon, call the 3rd party seller, have them call FED-EX, wait for them to replace the item or refund me, and possibly not have a Christmas gift for the person I purchased it for. (Great Job FED-EX.... GREAT JOB).
Terrible customer service! My package has been sitting in the warehouse for five days. I get a email and a text daily saying my package will be delivered by 8pm every day. No package. Well guess what!It is still in the warehouse!I do not recommend this company
Sent me a notification that my package was delivered at my back door on Saturday at 3:13pm and I still have not seen it, nor been able to actually talk to anyone about it!!!
Fedex always I mean always never deliver my stuff on time. Or just deliver it to a different address all together. I wish I could pay to choose who deliver my package cause I would pay extra to not choose FEDEX
Bad customer service lost my express package gave me the run around the whole process I still haven’t got my package and been on hold for over 30 min. You would expect better from a company called Fed ex. UPS doesn’t have these type of problems if they did the would handle it 👎🏽
Fedex is the worst. Every time skme i buy from ships through them my stuff is either late damaged or somehow delivered to wrong address and returned to shipper. Avoid at all cost.

My packaged shipped from California with a delivery date of 9/21/2020. The delivery date changed to 9/19/2020 a Saturday as it close to my location. My package has been sitting at the facility since 5:35 am and its now 8:00 pm and I have yet to receive an update. It still shows in Greenville. Last I checked Greenville is at least an hour away from New Bern.
They keep delivering my packages to the wrong house despite the delivery address being correct and the houses are clearly labeled. Speaking to customer service is like speaking to a wall. They dont do anything to help you and the customer service number is a nightmare to try and navigate.
This place is a joke and the driver for my area has to be the worst employee in the world. I can not believe she still is employed with this company. This driver shows up at your residence and does not leave your packages then leaves your packages at someone else residence that is no where near you. Who ever is in charge of the shipping center in Greenville NC needs to be fired as well ! IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES AT ALL, OR ON TIME PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ASK WHO YOU ARE ORDERING FROM TO PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN FEDEX !!
I read all the reviews good and bad. I now have to add my own . I have two packages that are being held up due to localized flooding in our area. I do understand this, that some roads are flooded but not all. ( Thank God we are not on those roads, we are able to get to Greenville and they are able to get to us. ) If the delivery driver cant get to that first package on his delivery route, they wont deliver the rest of them. They will turn the truck around and send it back. I found out that our package which is on this truck with all the other packages have been sent back to the Greenville NC Fedex to sit there with the rest of the packages until the flood waters recede on that first road, of which there may be only one household, (God bless them), instead of going ahead and delivering all the other packages that they can get to, that one package is holding everybody in the whole area up. I currently have two packages that are being held up, (one from last week.) So if you are waiting for a package in the Greenville area be aware that your package may be on that truck that is being held up because of that one package. Thank goodness the packages, I am waiting can wait. But for those of you who are waiting for a package that is needed right now, you will have to call whoever sent it and have them reroute it to a local FEDEX pickup place, like Walgreens so that Greenville NC FEDEX can deliver it there and you can pick it up yourself. Took me 5 calls and and hour to find that out. And God bless and praying for all those ones that are in those areas that are flooded.
Already late on the delivery, I added instructions to deliver at a certain time after I would be finished with work, they attempted to deliver 3 hours before the time frame I gave.Unable to contact a human who can help, completely ignored instructions they told me to add if I wasnt going to be home, I would give negative stars if possible, putting my head in a blender would be preferable to dealing with them again.
I was home Saturday morning and it was just coincidence that I was checking the status of a Package that was scheduled for delivery today, I noticed the delivery status was, DELIVERED LEFT AT DOOR I went to check, no package at my door, while I was about to call FEDEX 1-800, The delivery driver showed up dropped a couple of packages off at other customers doors (Apartment building) But never came to my door, went back to his truck and by the time I could get downstairs he drove away,I also call the 1-800 (NO HELP) line and got the run around, needless to say, I never got my package, MY preference would be to NEVER use FEDEX, if you MUST, get the signature guarantee on delivery.Like my grandmother use to say, Something in that milk isnt clean
Package was marked as delivery on the 3/2 to my front door: however we was home and never received it. I didnt receive any help from the 1-800 number, they told me the driver went back to the house he/she delivered it to, but was unable to retrieve it, so I have to contact sender to file a claim. I live in a nice and quiet community, where everyone knows each other, if it was left to a home in this area, I wouldve had received it. I dont ever want to use them ever again, very incompetent driver. I dont have this issue with UPS!!!! Management is doing a poor job managing their employees with customers package getting missing on a regular with Fedex.

The delivery drivers could not be more incompetent. Requested delivery to my apartment door, instead they decided to deliver to the leasing office at 6:30pm (office was closed), then marked the delivery as failed since no one answered. Refused to come back and deliver to the correct address even though I called within 5 minutes of the first attempt. Now I will be going out of town to celebrate a birthday with no birthday present. Customer service is a joke, almost more so than the drivers. I sincerely wish I could rate them zero stars.
They claimed they delivered the package but never showed up. Went by to pick up package after calling ahead to confirm it was there. They couldnt find it and sent us on our way.
I am not happy with FedEx!!! We ordered a generator last week online, that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 9/12/18. Which was not. We received a notification 9/13/18 @ 5:18 AM that our package was out for delivery. I called them at 4:00 PM/6:30 PM expressing my concerns due to the hurricane and requesting for the drivers contact info because with UPS you can meet them with tracking number and get package as their in route. They refused to give me that. AND I had 3 customer service representatives lie to me stating they would run until 10 PM regardless. I asked multiple times to please check to see if it would effect delivery. They repeatedly told me no. Well 8:30 rolls around last night and we receive notice that our package went back to the terminal due to weather. I called back to FedEx and spoke with a representative and asked her to transfer me to a manager. I spoke with Robert from the domestic claims department. He was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! He did not seem a bit concerned at all nor offer to do anything about the situation and the false info I was clearly given. I will be going above him to have something done about this. Now I’m sitting without power and more than likely going to lose everything in our fridge, freezer and our aquarium. (Which FedEx is responsible for) 😡😡😡

Scheduled pickup 11/25 and it is now 11/28 and no ones came to puck up my package.........LAME LAME LAME.......and they said Im going to have to wait til 11/30/2020.........5 days for a pick up

FedEx delivery driver parked outside my house, looked for package, & then just took off. He didnt leave my package nor did he leave a doortab. When I called FedEx they stated my package went back to Greenville, NC & will be delivered the next day b/c I wasnt home. He didnt even knock nor come to my doorstep at all, so now I have to wait on my package b/c of the FedEx driver behalf👿👿(Keep in mind this has happened to me once before)I will NEVER get ANYTHING shipped thru FedEx ever again!!!!!!!!!!
Said they tried to deliver, yet I was home all day. They never showed up and no door tag. This isn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last they do this. I called fedex 1-800 number but they weren’t any help.
If you live in a gated community that has an office at the front Chances are they will not deliver your package at least not in Greenville NC I received 16 packages over the last two weeks and had no trouble via UPS and USPS but use FedEx over time and a package that shouldve been here on the 30th but instead it got pushed to the 2 ND of next year incompetent

Worst ever!Ordered, paid $50 to ship, one item arrived on time other still at FedEx halfway across the country! How does this even happen? Two packages sent on same day using overnight and one arrives and one is still at the starting location!!!!!!! Way to go Fed ex! We have the shirt for the doll that didnt come and that should go over quiet well on Christmas morning.
This FedEx branch is the worst I have ever heard of! I put a vacation hold on my custom MacBook Pro retina (specific to the teaching number) while I drove to Florida and back. They attempted delivery the day I left and sent it back to the manufacturer the day before I drove home!!! I called the customer service and all they had for me was an apology and no way of prevention, remedy, or making me feel like those responsible would be penalized. The only consoling thing the customer representative said was that it wasnt being sent back to China, so the return time from the sender would be faster.

So whats up Greenville Fedex yall just dont want to do yall job or am I missing something? I had a door tag on my door for 01/18/18 I dont use my front door so I didnt know it was up there till the next day after I got off work 01/19/18. I was working and was unable to sign for my package. On 01/19/18 I was up at 8:30am getting ready for work...( I work from home) Whole time my moms in the next room with my nephew till 3:30pm. I go to the door after I get off work to check the mail and see the door tag from yesterday and it has void written in where Im supposed to sign. So apparently the person came to my door and wrote void on the door tag vs just knocking to see if anyone might be home. Plus the TV in the front rooms on so if someone came the least he could have done was knocked to see if anyone is there like come on! FedEx is Greenville NC is the worst! Their service sucks and someone needs to go in there and fire everyone and start over! Because this is sad! Plus can yall at least be organized to the point you can at least tell me what time the package will be there so Ill know to wait! Smh!

By far the worst customer experience with a carrier have ever had. Driver lied about attempting a delivery, company stated they apologized and would send him back out before 4:30 same day and suprise suprise they did not. called then they said local office closed at 6:45 and its now 4:30 but they cannot deliver my package that they screwed up and tried to deliver at the wrong address or not at all. I spoke with one of the managers at the local company and he said the driver attempted to leave a door tag in the garage, I DONT HAVE A GARAGE!! he said he was sorry and would have my package to the house the next day. i am going out of town at 7:30 am and will not be there so that would no package yet again. 100% never go with fed ex crappy service again. i told the manager about his ratings on google and he said yeah yeah.

I was to be receiving medicine in the mail on Thursday oct 10th...I came home from work to find a note stuck to my door saying they missed me and that I could pick the package up at this location after 9:30 a.m. the next day. I went to do this promptly at 9:30 and was told that my package had already been sent out on a truck and that even though my slip said to come to the location to get my mail, that since I didnt call before coming to let them know to hold the package, they sent it back out. They offered nothing but excuses when I tried to get them to call the driver so I could meet maybe meet them somewhere in town and told me just to call in from work and tell my job I would be waiting for an important package that would be there sometime between 10:00 and 2:00...I have never used fed ex before when shipping my meds and will pay extra from now on to not use them in the future. YOUR COMPANY SUCKS AND SHOWED NOTHING BUT INCOMPETENCE AND UNWILLINGNESS TO SHOW ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS ISSUE OR TO HELP ME IN FINDING MY MEDICAL PACKAGE. I rarely use the word hate, but I hated my experience with you on this day.
Driver couldnt find my house and attempted delivery twice. Same address everyone else been finding for years. Get rid of the low class underpaid drivers. UPS never has issues finding my house
This company hires incompetent workers. Instead of ACTUALLY looking for the address something is supposed to delivered to, they just look for a name. Iff the world worked like that WHY even put address on anything? The package I am expecting is nothing life altering, but when they send me e-mails stating the reason the could not deliver were 1) Business was closed ( Office is open and manned 9-5 Monday thru Friday), and 2) Address was incorrect ( Double checked address package was to be shipped to and it is correct) this just shows me that they hire incompetent and lazy workers. The bad thing is we get deliveries to our office all the time from FedEx for official business, but because I was trying to have something delivered here that was personal, since I would be at work when it came, they can not find the address. This is unexcusable. Poor Poor customer service.
