Horrible service, I’ve called 4 times today haven’t gotten a answer. Informed delivery said I had mail coming today . Nothing came, last Monday I was missing 2 letters from my mail . It’s been a whole week and it hasn’t shown up .

The people who work here are extremely kind. They are always quick to ship my packages and have been helpful with any questions I’ve had. Best post office I’ve had the pleasure of using!

Friendly staff at this location. It is a little silly, though, that USPS doesnt have its own general purpose printing on-site, and can only make use of QR codes for shipping labels.

I have called the post office 8 times in the last hour, I’ll get placed on hold and then hung up on. Anytime I call this happens. It takes for me to file a complaint with customer service for me to get anywhere with them. They’re not reliable at all and I’m fed up. I’m trying to run a business and I can’t even get the materials I need from them bc no one ever answers the phone

The post offices here in Greenville seem to be filled with a bunch of petty people. This one seems to be the worst. You cant even ask a simple question like, wheres our mail?There have been missed deadlines for work because they have our mail on hold. We didnt ask to have our mail put on hold. We set it up to be forwarded at a later date.Also, the postal carrier has started misdelivering our mail. Other neighbors have brought us mail that was put in their box.I feel its being done on purpose for daring to ask any questions.Weve tried emailing, calling, going directly to the post office, and we arent getting our regular mail.This has been going on for weeks now.

I love this post office location so very much. The employees are so courteous. Theyre knowledgeable, smile, and get me out the door quickly. I have such terrible experiences with the office on Memorial that I will save tasks up so as to go when this location is open.

The 1-800 number provided did not resolve my issue. There was an estimated 2 hour wait just to talk to someone. I got a notification from Amazon that the package was not delivered (NOT USPS). The carrier did not even leave a note to reschedule a delivery time. Funny thing was that the second package in order was delivered fine.

Please... please... please, bring my larger packages to my porch when you deliver! Cramming them into my mailbox is damaging the products I’m buying. Two days in a row I’ve books delivered... both crammed and forced to fit into the mailbox... both heavily damaged. Please stop doing that.

Great customer service. Ive been using this post office for over 10 years, both business and personal. The building is a dump...all post offices around here are, but the employees are wonderful.

The worlds chillest post office. Super nice and knowledgeable staff that work crazy fast. I dont know how they manage to deal with so many students and still keep their cool.

Called today to ask a question about zip code. Phone answered promptly and the lady was so nice and informative. She didnt rush me off the phone. Unlike the one on 2nd Ave. that rang so long I hung up.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! Waiting in line to ship Christmas packages when a postal employee came out and said she has to lock the door because they close at 12pm. Why make everyone wait in line and THEN tell them to go home (especially after being told already that we were the last in line for the day)? Why not stop people from getting in line in the first place, if you know you will not accommodate them? Do yourself a favor and ship UPS instead!

By far the fastest and friendliest service out of all the USPS in Greenville. I will intentionally drive all the way across town to drop a package off at this location.

I had placed my mail in my mailbox on the 6th of june for some important mail to be mailed in by the 15th and seen the mail man take my letter and it wasnt delivered to sender and caused me to miss out on something important for my 4 children now i have to wait until the end of the month to receive my benefits for my food stamps which is not fair because they have to suffer because of it and this is the 2nd time this has happened within a year it needs improvements
