Since Ive been hired on, now working at Magna through Hire Dynamics, they have been nothing but responsive and professional towards any questions or concerns that I may have. Not only that, they treat you like family and keep you updated with everything that you need to know going on at your local branch,even promotional events. Review update, quickly got me a job just, not what I asked for. Also once I got the job the communication ceased all together. Once I was ready to switch jobs no one would respond to me. The only reason they got one star is because of the lady visiting from Asheville was the only one who helped me when I was trying to get a car. And their call line assistants were terrible too. Would recommend if youre extremely desperate and dont care where youre working at.

These people never stick to their word! Sent me to a place of work with no information, then shorted my paycheck by $200 and THEN when I tried to confront this to have it resolved, they only paid me half my check amount AFTER ignoring my calls or giving me the someone will call you back after speaking to such and such and never did. Only reason something was done because I called HR and the plant itself. Sad excuse of staffing agency and Ive told EVERYONE to NEVER come here no matter what! You people are a joke screwing someone out of their paycheck!!!

If you submit an online application and call to schedule a phone interview...DO NOT expect a follow up call on your scheduled interview time and date. DO expect background noise like TVs and barking when you call.If you decide to stop in person to discuss your application, DO NOT expect to be welcomed or greeted in a warm or professional manner.DO expect to spend more then 15 minutes of your time sitting while the recruiters gossip about their other coworkers who they dislike or their employees who they have to fire.DO expect to experience payroll issues which I observed several employees call and complain about while I sat and waited.DO expect for your phone calls to be taken on speaker phone for other customers such as myself to hear while waiting.This is such an unprofessional company. DO NOT waste your time. I had to walk out of their office. I would not recommend this company to a friend or to a family.These young girls and recruiters are full of themself and you can clearly observe that they do not know what they are doing compared to other local companies who offer similar services.Reporting to the BBB for sure. The phone calls on speaker did it for me especially since personal information was asked out loud. Teeyah or whatever her name is should be ashamed and so should the Manager.

I have had the worst encounter with a local recruiter in the Anderson SC office. Kevin thought it would be a good idea to be rude and get frustrated and speak to me about a matter in the front lobby. He had the audacity to be upset with me because the my son has been working through them for TTI & has not been paid for 4 weeks and one paycheck. He was working 12 hrs for 7 day straight. I have a very extensive accounting back ground and worked closely with CFOs. I know the game how it goes with payroll. There is no way he should be in position and doesnt know basic customer service. He is very unprofessional and I cant believe a company would hire someone that doesnt have common courtesy nor good communication skills. After he realized how he made himself look after speaking to me in a condescending tone. We walked back to his desk for him to put his hands on his head and lay on his desk being super dramatic. The whole office witnessed this even the customers sitting out front. I was even apologized to from other employees bc of his tone and unprofessional ways. Yet, my son has still yet to be paid bc someone is not doing their job! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Also, Amber has been superhelpful and is the only one willing to help.

I spoke to a woman on the phone that they had positions for 3rd shift in my area. I made a appointment for an interview at 11:30 am. I had a text saying to text when i got there. I got there about 11:15. i texted no response. I waited until 11:45 and had to response so i go inside and sit down and the door is locked due to covid and there are other people being helped. I wait until almost an hour past my appointment time just to go in there and be told that there are no positions available in my areas after i had just been told that. I’m furious. I wasted my time on this hiring company. Definitely will not be going back. The office i visited was in Greenville south carolina.

I went in for an interview. They offered me a job on a Monday. Tuesday I had orientation for 2 hours supposedly paid. Wednesday or Thursday they were supposed to schedule tours of the plant and I would start Monday. During orientation they tell us that they havent scheduled the tours yet because they were waiting on information from the plant. I would have started on 2/2/2020 but of course they never scheduled anything. I have called them 3 times and told they would get back with me and of course no one calls me back. They said orientation would be paid once we start so that means if we never start we dont get paid for the time we wasted sitting through it. They know what they are doing. They make you wait and wait knowing you need a job, knowing you will find another job and they wont have to pay you. I am going to call the labor board and the BBB to make sure all of us that didnt get paid for those 2 hours gets our money. I put off 3 interviews that week thinking I had a job and was starting work. So now I am still unemployed and still looking. I talked to Darby, Laura or Lauren and Someone else like Brandi or something like that. All 3 said they would have the recruiter over the Nutra plant jobs to call me back but nope. Hire Dynamics is just like all the other corrupt temp agencies in the upstate.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They do not care if they help you or not.

You can tell that he loves his job and his company as he brings so much positivity with him. He loves the talent that he works with and truly cares about helping them find the right job for them. Everytime its time for payday theres ALWAYS an issue or delay, they tell you you didnt clock in or theres no hours or let me reach out to such and such and never try or get back with you. Ive had this issue more than 2 times! And Ive explained my Bills are due, like everyone else. I Wouldnt recommend anyone to work for hire dynamics. You will not get your money on time, days later and still no deposit. Smh !

Update: I was offered a position at ivc and went through the orientaiton. I just got a txt saying that beacuse I worked at the one off woodruff rd I can not get a start date for the location off of dairy rd and the offer is withdrawn. Upon confronting them about it I was told not to put all of my eggs in one basket. To top it off I was told bc I gave a negative review in the past they will not help me. This agency is unreliable and there are better agencies. Screw you hire dynamics. I advise everyone to try elsewhere. I am so grateful that I put my eggs in other baskets and go to work tomorrow.

The company (Hire Dynamics) is okay, with hiring you out to jobs. But they sent me to the most unprofessional place! SENATOR INTERNATIONAL, please don’t go there! Racists work there and they don’t pay anything!!!!! I had to come in on all my days off just to make ends meet. Even when you get hired on, you will go up to $16 and that takes a year. Not worth it!But get this, I was on time everyday and came in on nearly all my days off. They fired me for no reason! They have a lady there that’s literally been late 13 times, yet she still works there?!🤔This place (Senator International) is the most unprofessional, shame on Hire Dynamics for sending me there.

They are one of the worst I have worked for. No communication. Pay was late more than once when other staffing agencies had already paid other employees days earlier. I Didn’t get paid at all for the Thanksgiving holidays(Black Friday). They do absolutely nothing for there employees who make them there money. I have worked through them for more than 6 months. Once your making money for them, they don’t think about you again. All staffing agency suck, this one more so then normal.
