I went to EPG in early April after trying to find a job on my own for a couple weeks and coming up empty. I specifically told them what I was looking for (rate, type of job, benefits, etc). I told them that I was flexible on the rate but I HAD to have insurance. The woman I talked to said she had something in mind and would call me the next day when the woman who handles that type of job gets in. I got a call the next day to go to an interview and it was PERFECT! I was super excited because it was exactly the job I wanted. I got to the interview and found out they didn’t have ANY benefits. No insurance, no over time pay, and I may be expected to work weekends. I was willing to do it just to be in the field I wanted to work in so I continued the interview. Afterwards, I was supposed to hear yes or no from EPG…. Nothing. Even if I didn’t hear about that job, I was hoping to hear about other opportunities. NOPE!I had another interview the next day for something I found on my own and got the job a couple days later so I never followed up with EPG. Fast forward to this past Friday, over 2 months since I’ve been at my current job, EPG finally reached out to ask if I was still looking for work. I flat out told them “No I’m not, and that’s no thanks to you.” Unless you want a minimum wage, third shift, factory job, don’t bother using EPG. Just build a good resume and hand deliver them yourself.

I have had multiple problems with this company from years ago to present. They took a contract with the company I already was established with and requested personal medical history leaning into serious HIPPA violations, now the same company I temped with 6 years ago is drafting an insurance premium I never signed up for and said since I did 6 years ago they automatically took it I never got enrolled in any medical, dental, vision etc nor never had anything emailed, mailed, called nothing and was told I have to figure it out with their partner insurance company ... I never enrolled is it BCBS is it Aetna, is it a 100 other companies The Rep from EPG said I Cant Help You Horrible company ....if looking for temp companies GO SOMEWHERE ElSE

The people here are all nice and friendly, but the company has some shoddy practices. After basically being promised a position and jumping through multiple hoops to meet their requirements, purchasing various things such as new clothes for the dress code of the employer and running all over town to acquire documents they asked for, the position I was offered was given to someone else two days before I would have started and the day before my class for the position. On top of that, no one attempted to contact me and notify me of it, and it wasn’t until I contacted them on an unrelated topic that they informed me of it. A lot of time, both mine and other people’s, and money was wasted on an empty promise.

I had nothing but bad incidents with them. The first was once they open. I gave them all my information and they never called me back. I had to call them. The second was just recent. I went in for a test and once again I never got a call back letting me know if I got the job or not. I had to call them. Judy was unprofessional.

I really appreciate this service!! I believe theres some new ladies working there now...but all the ladies are really nice..i prayed on a second job and they called me the next day i was so happy!! I always refer friends and people that is in a need of a job there!!! I was thankful for a opportunity from them!!

I was working through the greenville branch for job placement at ASMO for almost a year ! Never had any issues up until another associate did something that was life threatening to me...i followed my chain of command due to prior incidents that were happening (reporting problems the associate was causing to my team leader) because if you have any issues if you go to the advisors that work for executive they will tell you to talk to the team leaders. Well today i spoke with the branch manager at the greenville office and she was very rude and had a nasty tone as im trying to explain to her what happen in cause of me being terminated. AGAIN i was there for a year no bad documentation no issues or anything all i wanted was to fight to receive my job back which wasnt a fair call as to what my termination consisted of...ive never worked for the most non caring, rude, and most disrespectful company ever until i worked for executive....too each is own but they will reap what they sow !!!!
