The crew at Elwood are great! They were very friendly and explained all my potential job offers in detail. It is obvious they care a lot about making people feel welcome and want us to feel like we are making a well informed decision when choosing a position. They also had the funniest decorations up for Halloween.

I don’t know why the management has changed but this company is a horrible place to deal with. They will have you come in do all of your on-boarding & drug screen just to say the positions is no longer available to you. I suggest no one deals with these unprofessional people. I’ve been laid off for 3 weeks and had applied at my different sites. I applied for a position with Elwood staffing and was asked to come in for an interview. They were the quickest to respond for an interview out of all the sites. But I was offered a position that I had applied for weeks ago. They were the politely respond with best wishes. Seems like they care even though I wasn’t able to actually meet them. That means a lot.

Really one of the best staffing companies I know! Every time I have come into the office they have went above and beyond for me and always nice, courteous and professional. Haven’t met anyone not friendly there! Shout out to y’all!!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Only leaving one star because it wouldn’t allow zero. Horrible experience with Elwood Staffing in Greenville, SC. Two different times within a few months.. was given the run around, had to call them multiple times a week to get a status update. Then the manager, Travis, ghosted me after having me come in to the office multiple times for interviews, and testing. Giving me false hope for a great position (internally). I do NOT recommend this location.Now I am left with no job as I turned down a job offer because I was fed lie after lie. Such a joke. If you are needing good communication, professionalism, and honesty... do not go to this location.

This is one of the best staffing companies I have ever step foot in. I have not even be offered a job ( yet 0 ! However, compare to the other so called friendly staffing companies, Kyle and all the ladies there made me feel welcomed and the positive energy within a professional setting, is miles above the others. They made me feel like a human being and not just another dollar sign for the company profits. I also witness their zeal to help a couple of girls get the required documentation to go to work. So far this is the staffing company to utilize in the upstate of South Carolina!!!!

The Associates are very nice and show hospitality at the location on butler road however One of their onsite representatives are knowingly placing people on a job assignment they have no chance at becoming a full time employee with the company, I recently worked at Yangfeng, thru Elwood with good attendance working very hard, I was offered a full time position with Yangfeng, they ranned my background and denied me the position and I was terminated immediately, this was the same background I was hired off of and it happened to plenty of others not just me. They just temporarily filling These positions without having the clients longevity interest at hand thus making them selfish and self centered if you can avoid them and work where you will have a fair chance at full time employment then do it, this is unacceptable and inhumane. Theyre just using people and throwing them away like paper towels and replacing them definitely not a good staffing company to work for, Period.

They are great to work with. I wasnt able to work the position I was originally hired for. They placed someplace else. They didnt need temps after 1 week. They found another position for me that is temp to permanent. So far, I have no complaints whatsoever. They even offer benefits.

They were friendly and helpful. I did all the documents and was offered a job. I went to orientation and went to the job site. They told me they would call me with a start date. They didn’t call me so I called them. I was told the guy that hired me was on vacation and would call me with a start date the next week. The next week, nobody called so I called them. They told me there were no longer any positions that I was hired for. He told me they left a voicemail and when I told him I don’t have voicemail he told me another story. Bottom line, they wasted a lot of my time.

I applied online, went to office, took test, had orientation, passed rug test. Went to tour clients workplace where I would be assigned, was give time cards, instruction where to report, Bought safety shoes, Was told to report to work on my assigned shirt on Sunday night. Received a call that the company wanted to wait couple days on my start date and I would be called middle of week. I finally called after waiting a week and was told someone would call me back. Never received a call, Called back and was told by a young lady she would check and call me back about what was going on. 15 days later and still no word. All this is after working a notice at my other job to take this position. As you can tell. communication is not Elwood Staffings strong suit. In my case anyway!

The most ridiculous thing about this staffing company is how long it takes for a background check to come back. Ive applied at jobs and staffing agencies that had my background within a few hours of me applying but here it takes so much longer I couldve applied somewhere else and been working already. The job they most hire for is Yanfeng it seems like an alright place if you dont mind the 6-7 days a week with 12hr shifts but 8 hour shifts are available as well. Its a huge disconnect when it comes to being told the correct pay and hours at the company. Its only one department that starts you at $12 at Yanfeng the rest start at $11.25 or $11.50 I cant remember, and within 60 days you will be at $12 an hour if you stay that long. But yeah its the background check that really makes the whole process aggravating because you cant start work until it comes back and lord forbid it takes any longer than it already has!

This place is a joke, they shouldnt even get a star. I when in to this location the being of July 2017. They was hiring for this company Yan Feng in Fountain Inn. She I I have a position if you want it its your. Sure be I want to give my current job a two week notice. So, I did all that. My last day was the 24th, I call that week before to make sure everything was still good. Anyway on the morning of the 25th I received a text message and a phone call, saying my tour date and orientation has been cancelled. They will call me when they have another tour. So, now am without a job and looking for employment. They still have ads saying they have jobs available. This is so unprofessional.
