RL Enterprise on Garlington rd. Greenville S.C. will help any black person to get a job. They are very racist color black people who work there. Black women said to myself after interview, the company is looking for culture employee preferably black. I dont have a position for any other race right now, please go to another staffing agency good bye. The FAT colored women smiled the who time.

Ive had nothing but great times with this company.. They are responsible and very thoughtful.. My only negative critique is lack of constant scheduled work placements.. Other than that.. Great company.. I loved the positive attitude of the receptionist

This staffing told me I had to pay $50.00 up front before they give me a job I have a clean background very good work history and lots years of experience. I seen this staffing had a job opening on indeed$11hr and I apply to the job on indeed website and apply on the staffing website as well. I go to staffing the next day about the job the woman name zulema at the front desk told me they dont have that job but the job was posted day before as now job opening so she tell me we dont have that job it was old but indeed website just posted new job just the day before and then she try give a low paying job far out and said you need give $50.00 before starting a job and I told her the staffing cant take it out of my first check she said no need $50 up front.I never known a staffing ask for money and you looking for a job to make and have money thats the hold point you looking for a job.This is one of the worst staffing agencies I been to. So you want work for them you need to already have job to get a job from this staffing agency.👎👎👎👎👎

Worse staffing company ever!!!Very unprofessional and rude.They never call you with jobs that meet your pay requirements or location.They rarely ever have any decent jobs/clients.They waste your time!They had me go do my drug screen and back ground and told me I was going to start at such an such date, when I called to ask about the job, they said the position had been filled.On top of all that, another job became available and they asked if I had steel toed shoes, I said no but I could go buy them ASAP! Zulema is a very rude unprofessional person. When I first walked in and met her i pronounced her name wrong and she got attitude about it and corrected me. She doesnt answer any questions or even tells you the name of the job she called you in for. Instead of doing drug tests / paper work / orientation (which is just her handing you papers to read) she does it when she feels like it and the whole thing in total takes 15 mins to do she will have you come in separate days just to waste time! She will then tell you that you have a start date but she has to call you first to confirm it. She will ignore your calls when you try to follow up since she cant do her job. Its just all a waste of time and a big joke. Theyre not serious and they do not want to help you. They just really try to get you into a job that gets them higher commission. Do not take Zulemas service. Shes very rude. This whole staffing company is a joke. Dont give them your time of day or let them make money off of you even when you dont get a job by them your name and signature in their system is all they need to get their big pay.

I was sent by Job Connection in Simpsonville and they sent me to Ashlee at RL. She welcomed me with the best and most positive attitude! I was a mess that day, and she made my frown turn upside down lol! She ALWAYS keeps Im contact with me to make sure everything is going well, and to see if there is anything she can do for me! I cannot tell you enough what a great place this is and the people are wonderful especially Ashlee who goes above and beyond! 😁

They never answer the phone at the Easley office and never return calls. They should just close that branch altogether cause theyre basically useless. Then when they do send you on a job is a low paying far off job with no future or decent pay. The Greenville office always sends you to the Easley office and you never hear anything back. One of the worst companies Ive ever worked for

I walked in here hesitantly but was referred here and spoke with Ashlee. She was knowledgeable, funny, pleasant, and most of all got me an interview the very next day and hired the next. I started my job search in mid July 2018 and was contacted shortly thereafter. Uma thoroughly explained my options and found the perfect fit. Shes great with keeping you in the loop throughout the hiring process. My first day with the new company is Monday. Im very grateful for all shes done for me and have referred many friends.

This company sucks they lie to get you in the door when it comes to jobs that they say they have listed for you but they never give you full detail on the job at hand. HATE THEM plus the distance in most of the jobs they have is not worth the pay.

Uninformative, unprofessional and deceptive.I waited to give this review to see how they handled themselves fully. And to calm down so as not to sound disgruntled but to give a fair, comprehensive assessment to anyone else looking.First, I was not given an accurate job description, not even close. I am physically unable to handle the job I had applied for. I had directly asked Ashlee if the 50lb lifting requirement was a constant thing and she told me no to my face. I had explained that I could not manage that sort of work. Not only was it lifting constantly, but it was over my head at a very consistent rate. She knew this would be for 12 hours with 1 hour total break time. I was told later by one of the workers that the boxes get up to 70lbs at times. Looking at me one time its clear I do not have that sort of upper body strength.Second, I still have not received my pay for the time I did work and its been over 2 weeks since I had to walk out. Ive heard no word back from them at all. The people at the plant where I went to work gave them NO respect when they heard I had come through them to work there, and they told me they had people go through very often that could not physically handle the job. To quote one gentleman, Thats how they get you. After explaining that the job description was completely false.To reference my tolerance - I worked until I could barely drive the car home, I thought I might have to call someone, I dont quit easy. 6 hours, 1 short break in the 4th. Im familiar with hard, sweaty work as Ive done labor work my whole life, not like this obviously.I hope this helps. If youre looking for a staffing company, move on. I wont go into depth on the general unprofessional atmosphere in their office because its mainly my observation, but if you choose to go, keep it in mind. If you are already staffed through them, consider your situation could be better elsewhere.I tried to post an alert to this job on their facebook page where they advertised it, I explained what the real situation on the job was. What to actually expect. It was removed by the end of the day. There was also no way to tag their facebook account so I couldnt comment in my own account about it and link them. Just saying.**UPDATE** Looking through these reviews just now and I see someone tagged as the owner responding to each except mine? I wonder why not? My time and money was just as thoroughly wasted. I was also ignored so hard by the spectacular Ashle. I should have taken the clue in that moment that I was just a name to add to their list for them. Im astounded by the polarized reviews, its either 1 star (same problems as I had) or 5 stars touting how amazing they are. I refer you to my review title.

This is litarally the worst staffing company i have ever worked with. promised me a job and 3 weeks later after i have already payed for my drug test and background still havent heard anything from them. everytime i call up there, the person i need to talk too is always busy and never responds back to me. if your looking for work i suggest going somewhere else and not wasting your time or money like i did.
