I have been an employee of Greenville House Cleaning for around 5 months now and I have finally found a job that I look forward to attending each morning. John (the owner) is a kind hearted, enthusiastic and fair boss who always puts his clients and employees first. I have worked for companies before where I have had to purchase all my own cleaning supplies and have had my tips taken from me. This caused a financial strain on my family. This is not the case with Greenville House Cleaning. All my supplies are provided and replenished whenever they are needed. The company also ensures that as single ladies going in and out of homes, that we are safe and secure in our work space. He checks in on us regularly and makes sure that we are OK. Many cleaning companies also expect their cleaners to work long hours. This can be hard on our families. John strives to book clients between the hours of 9am and 6pm. As a busy lady, this ensures I have time for my family. Called John up on Wednesday and he was able to set up a deep cleaning of our home on Friday morning. The cleaner (wish I could remember her name) was a ball of fire. She came at around 9:30am and stayed until 8:00pm that evening. She was able to clean up parts of our home that had probably not been touched much in our 21 years at the residence. Company is very professional and a bargain in my opinion. I would not hesitate in using Greenville House Cleaning again in future. Great work by cleaner and great follow up by owner (John). This service and the price were unbeatable! We moved into a house that was not left at all clean and Greenville House Cleaning gave me amazing results. The owner, John, was extremely responsive in all ways, snd Stacey, our cleaner, was 100% dedicated to getting our house spotless. She even cleaned the ceiling molding and the top sides of our many ceiling fans. The job in our house was huge and Stacey got the job done beautifully! I have only superlatives to offer. If I could leave less I would. Unfortunately my experience was terrible. We used this company to have our home cleaned for our open house instead of my husband and I spending our Saturday cleaning. The crew arrived with less than professional cleaning equipment (swifter mops and vinegar and a small Shark vacuum) still trying to give them the benifit of the doubt they did their work while I worked in the yard cleaning up our landscaping. When they were finished I walked in and it was immediately noticeably that the work was not done. Food still stuck on the floor, the vacuum missed things on the carpet, a few windows were skipped. I was charged for a garage that wasn’t done. I told John how unhappy I was and he suggested they come out to fix it. The next morning an hour before they were supposed to show- we were told they wouldn’t be able to come unless it was 3 hours later.This wasn’t going to work - Saturday’s are our family days and we were already on our way to the house to let them in. My husband and I decided we would clean it ( again we had an open house the next day). John suggest a small refund - which I agreed to at the time — only because I didn’t realize how BAD the work really was, once we were in there it was apparent that the VERY bare minimum had been done. This house was NOT clean. The floors were filthy, there were whole sections of cabinets that hadn’t been wiped, drawers weren’t cleaned, baseboards weren’t cleaned, the kitchen sink wasn’t even cleaned. All they did was a light swipe of a few places - absolutely no effort in making the house completely clean. There were spots where food was left crusted on the floor because it would have taken them too much energy to clean it off.I took pictures and videos of everything- thinking this was likely a fluke. Maybe a bad or new employee whatever the case was - I wanted to give the company, John, a chance to make it right. I sent everything over to him and proceded to explain that my husband and I ended up spending over 3 hours on Sunday cleanings house that we paid him to clean.John didn’t acknowledge any of this. Still hasn’t. He gave us back $100 of the $350 we paid and said he just wanted to be done with it. We should have had a full refund — which was our original request vs the “re-clean”.So disappointed in the terrible experience and the total and complete lack of customer service. I am happy to share the images and videos that show what a terrible job this company really did.( mop bucket was after it was mopped the proper way by us with a corded mop)- I have lots of videos google won’t let me upload

The price was more than reasonable, and the quality was beyond my expectations. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They even gave me some tips I can do in between cleanings to keep my house looking as nice as it does after they clean it. I will continue to use Greenville House Cleaning regularly.

They did a very good job under the circumstances. Contractors were supposed to be already done and when Greenville House Cleaning went, contractors were still there working. The house cleaning had to be done working around the contractors. Considering the situation, the house cleaners did a really good job. Unfortunately, the owners were expecting the contractors to be out.

I first tried this company to help us with a move out as we had just purchased a new home. We were very impressed with everything they did. They showed up early and did a walk through with us explaining what they were going to do and asking if we had any other special areas we wanted cleaned or any other instructions we might have for them.
