So easy to book an appointment. The gentlemen got right to work and in such a short amount of time, an hour maybe an hour and a half, as opposed to a whole day doing it myself! Amazing job. Don’t fall for all the internet pokes - go to Stanley Steamer’s web site, which shows you open appointments available, when everyone else was in the distant future, Stanley Steamer had immediate availability and I am ready to show a cleaner house this weekend!

Stanleys bureaucracy was a problem. I first engaged local cleaner (Rons in Greenville, SC), which came out but found that they could not reach our apartment with their standard equip and would have to make new appointment to come out with their special equipment. I called S Steemer (I talked with what sounded like a non-local centralized appointment office)and told her the problem with Rons and she said that would not be a problem with their equip. Stanley came out with their standard equipment and had the same problem that Rons had. So they would have to come back the next day with their portable equip. Out they came with same equipment as before. But their supervisor was able to locate fairly quickly their portable unit that was able to do the job fairly quickly. It was frustrating and took a lot of furniture moving, but thanks to Stanley for hanging in there and making it right.

Showed up on time. Both guys were super nice and friendly. Did a great job explaining what they would be doing and gave pointers on how to get carpet to last longer. Highly recommend

Kaden was on time and easy to work with. He helped me in several small ways, due to my lack of preparation. He was courteous and professional and most importantly, he cleaned our 29 year old carpets well. I would recommend!

I had looked deep into the dense carpet fibers, parting them with my fingers, and saw some debris on the carpet lining. Apparently, near-daily vacuuming and my carpet cleaning machine were not entirely effective.Upon arrival, the staffs overview of their process, products, services and options were explained. I chose the deodorizer and protector options, even though their honest opinion, when asked, was that the basic service would be enough because of my carpets condition.Since the company exceeded my expectations, and my carpet has a new life for awhile, Ill get their duct and vent cleaning soon. I already suggested a 1980s mobile home owner to give them a call.As a side note, Stanley Steemer has various customer perks including military discounts.

I contracted with Stanley Steemer to clean my bathroom tile floors. We have lived in the home about 18 months - new construction. The tile is not much better than before the cleaning. I understood from the tech that potentially they were working with unsealed grout (it had gotten quite dirty in this short time even with my regular maintenance) but it’s hard to believe it could not be made more clean than it was. I felt as though he attempted a cleaning and then said “oh well that’s as good as it will get”. There was no additional effort put into the job. They spent a total of about 30 min on four areas. Even from the beginning I felt like it as an inconvenience for them to even be here. The lead tech started by saying they may not be able to complete the job because it is bigger than they thought - what??! I ended up declining a sealing service I had booked because the tile wasn’t clean and it was going to be four times as expensive as quoted on line due to the small size of the tile. The least satisfactory tile cleaning experience ever! I gave them a 1 star rating just because they showed up and were polite.

I just had a great experience with Zach & Will. They were on time (Amen!) and were extremely pleasant. I showed them areas of concern, and they pre-sprayed and moved furniture as needed. They were super fast and yet very efficient.... The Dynamic Duo! I will definitely use them in the future.

Dan did a FINE JOBof reviving our carpeted rooms and stairs, badly in need of attention, as not professionally cleaned in 2 years; entire areas felt wonderfully refreshed and brighter! There were a couple resistant spots he noted, of which we were aware, almost as old as carpet (10 yrs old!), for which he offered compensatory added service. Results WAY BETTER than prior cleanings withzero res type cleaners used in past. Highly recommend.

The technician was very professional and arrived within the allotted time frame. We had a very sick pet who passed that we thought had completely ruined our carpets, but Jeff quickly removed all signs of pet stains and odors. We will definitely use this company again.

I called to have my duct system cleaned and when i came back home the hvac unit never worked again so i called to explain what was going on and they send a so called technician to look at the unit and he could not find what they did to the unit or a reason of why it stopped working and know im getting a bill from that technician as well and on top of that parts for this unit are 2 months away if a could give a 0 star thats what they deserve

They worked once they eventually showed up. They were in and out in 30 minutes, however my appointment window was between 11am and 3pm...they didn’t show until 4:00pm and it was only after I inquired as to where they were. They did a good job on the carpet, however don’t count on them to be on time.

Stanley Steemer did a terrible job. Ive just called to complain and have them come back to do the job right.Im about to move into this home and wanted the floors cleaned professionally. Stanley Steemer of Greenville came out. Acted all reassuring that the job would get done right. Instead, Im taken advantage of.I came back and theyd already left. I swept my hand over the wood flooring in a corner and a bunch if dog hair and dirt came out! Thats something from the previous owner, and exactly why I wanted the flooring professionally cleaned.Theres standing water on the kitchen floor and debris soaking into it that they left behind.Im so disgusted and disappointed.Shouldnt have called on Stanley Steemer to do the job.Ill complain to BBB and VISA next. Steemer of Greenville is no good! Beware!

Jacob and D came to clean our air ducts and they did an amazing job! They were so friendly and explained everything up front..what they were going to do, how much, etc. Air quality is a big deal to me. We have 4 kids and appreciate them coming out to clean them all out!!! The painters who worked on our house left our AC running full blast while doing dry wall and paint. Needless to say our air was a mess. Thanks to Jacob & D for their great teamwork and hard work!

Service was AWESOME!! the guy was quick and very nice and my rug looks like I just bought it!!

I have used them many times in the past When I scheduled my appt, they gave me a 4 hour time frame and arrived 1/2 hour late. Not happy with the quick job they did either. Called with my 3 complaints and only got an apology. I asked for a reduction of my bill and they denied my request. Very dissatisfied with their services all around this time.

DJ and Hunter were professional but also very nice and always smiled. The grout lines in the laundry/mud rooms cleaned up nicely. My moms bathroom/shower grout lines really whitened up. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism of the two gentlemen that provided exceptional service with shampooing the staircase and bedrooms! They were on time and the whole process didn’t take long. I also loved the online scheduling.

SS overbooked the day, so a crew was sent from Greenville. Guys were young, one was polite, the other rude. I had spent hours moving furniture so that they could clean my bedroom carpet and the tile in our kitchen and laundry room. The last team that was here had really sold me on getting the tile cleaned and I was excited to get it done.The tile looks terrible. I could have done better with bleach and water with a mop. There was a 2” ring around both rooms where the machine never touched the floor. The technician told me that their machine can’t get closer than that without ruining the baseboards and subfloor. I told him it was not ok to leave an untouched dirty ring around the rooms.One guy just went out and sat in the truck. The other came in with a towel and wiped around some of the walls, explaining that this was all they could do. Even though I booked tile clean, that didn’t really get the tile clean, I should have booked an additional service too.It was a complete waste of $239, and our bedroom smells horrible, carpet still wet and it’s 2 full days later. Very disappointed!I did send two negative messages immediately, actually while they were here, but no response from anyone.
