They came out immediately for an estimate and when I needed to change the appointment times 2 times and they were always understanding and accommodated with our schedule. The price was beyond competitive and their equipment state of the art. Family owned business who have years in the field. I will definitely use them again. IkedaI wanted to add that I used ACC again, to clean my wool rug and i am once again impressed. They picked up and delivered and properly cleaned a large wool rug for a fraction of the price from getting it superficially steamed cleaned. We had flooding in our business today due to our error. Tried to clean up ourselves to no avail. I love small town and local business connections. We had a referral to ACC Cleaning and Restoration. They arrived with their equipment in 10 mins. Cleaned up the water, took care of our facility and were super efficient and friendly. We were given a 24 hour call # and feel very confident that our business was well taken care of. Hope we do not need them for restoration again but will use them for carpet cleaning in the future!

They came out and cleaned our carpets the same week I contacted them. Our carpets smell amazing and look brand new! They were in and out within an hour.

This company is great! My father recently had a stem cell transplant, and I needed to have his home toxic and mold free before his return. I was in a time crunch, but these guys came out very promptly and got the job done! Now we are no longer worried about him being exposed to anything harmful.
