I wouldnt ecennguve this place a one. I dont appreciate people getting in my car. Disconnecting my phone, changing my radio stations, and then not even cleaning my car. I wasted my, and money. I had to come home, and reclean my car. I had asked them to please if they could wipe down my back seats, yeah nope. Nothing.

Newly renovated car wash had me impressed with their quality of service and renovations.

It’s too bad I have to leave one star for this review. I wish I could leave zero. $60 to wash a dually. For that I would have expected them to wipe out the floor mats.Unfortunately after discussing it with several of their team before being rudely talked to by manager I decided just to not use them again.

I have seen the reviews . They get really busy at times and have had to turn customers away . I know I have been turned away . They can only spend so much time on a vehicle specially when they have cars coming from 2 differ directions . The express and a full detail . The thing isthere employees are often people who cant get a job anywhere else or there high-school kids . There only going to put in so much effort . When the weather has been bad for several days get ready for this . I used to work for enterprise detailing cars and we would detail over a 100 cars a day and had to with in 10 minutes . If u want ur car done better go when there not busy I garanty to u it will be better

I was one of three cars in line when I arrived. 7 vehicles came after me and were washed before my car. Will not use them again. Very disappointed.

I had my truck washed Oct 30, 2020. They did such a poor job, I had to clean the rims, wash the windows. I brought this to the attention of GM at the time and he told me to come back in for a free wash, at the time I asked him to give me a rain check. He told me don’t worry I’m here every day I’ll remember. Fast forward to Dec 24, I go there to get it washed, i had my receipt from the previous wash. I guess I talked to the new GM and he would not honor what the previous GM said.No worries your car wash is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend washing a 1979 Pacer at your establishment.

Have my truck detail well you could say looks more better than someplace that do full detail

Always a good job and clean car

For $30, I feel its not unreasonable to have a fully cleaned car. The automatic wash did a good job of getting 98% of the dirt off. Thats where the effort seemed to end. They left cleaner sprayed all over the inside of my windshield, a spray bottle on the floor, and didnt ArmorAll the driver side tires. Ive had better experiences for half as much elsewhere.And they put my radio on a rap station... 🤦‍♂️

Came up here to get my seats cleaned cause my puppy decided to have diarrhea in my new truck. Prompt service and reasonable rates. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Greenville area. Excellent work

HA!!! Kwik is an understatement. The was id good as is the towel dry and such afterwards. You will wait though. And then wait some more. Even on slow days, dont expect to pop in and out.

This place truly sucks, I am absolutely never impressed with their attention to detail. Wish there was something better in this town!

They took 1 1/2 hours to wash my truck. They lost my floor mats and did a poor job cleaning inside of my truck. Told me they will call me if someone brings my mats back. 2 weeks and no call and I stopped in and there saying that they don’t remember even though I went to same guy the manager both times!!!!!Don’t use them!!!!!

The sign said Minty carwash. I went Sunday morning thinking it wouldnt be too busy. I was there for 2.5 hours. The atmosphere is thick with apathy. When I thought they were done, they had to go back and vacuum it again. Then they had to wash the mats I had asked them to wash. If it were possible, Id give negative stars.

Love it, but I had tools taken out of my console, SOCKET AND A COUPLE OF EXTENSIONS. I SHOULD HAVE REMOVED THEM MYSELF. I DONT HOLD IT AGAINST THE OWNER OR MANAGER. I WILL GO BACK, THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. THANK YOU.

Went to leave and realize that all my weather tech pads had been put in the Suburban next to use. They need to be more careful!!!

Supposed to have done a handwash on my Jeep, I had to clean the passenger door AFTER they were done, was not clean, they barely wiped the dash down, I had to go back and clean several areas, wasted $50. Then, I noticed one finger was missing on the Jeep wave sticker on mirror....making it the ugly finger. WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN.

I had my seats washed and car detailed. They did a great job! Of course there were a few spots on my carpet that didnt come off, but my car IS 8 years old! Nonetheless, they were able to get some oil spots out and left my car CLEAN! I am very pleased and satisfied!

They do ok. Customer service is not good at all. And you guys might want to think about who you let pick your music. There were several kids there with their parents while music with cursing and other expletives was playing for everyone to hear. Not exactly a family atmosphere.

Waited forever to get a simple wash. It seemed like the attendants were washing most of the cars my hand before going into the car wash. I found out why. The car wash hardly touched my truck. It completely missed the passenger side and hardly any soap came out. Ive had a better car wash at the touch-free car wash at the Shell gas station on Wesley and 30. I paid for the towel dry but after waiting more than 30 minutes I just drove off. I didnt want them to grind the dirt in or just swirl it around. I went home and re-washed my truck by hand. I should have asked for a refund.

Ive been coming here regularly since I moved here a year ago. Sometimes are better than others, but yesterday was a nightmare. I paid for the best wash like I always do, came thru the wash with bugs and soap still all over my truck. I was hoping the guys on the end would catch it when they dried it....there were only two employees rushing around to dry the cars coming out, while all the other employees were standing around, smoking and watching as a loud and horrifying fight broke out between 2 women. Screaming and cars flying thru parking lot. Needless to say my truck did not get the attention it needed. And clearly the manager and or owner was not present. From now on I will pay my neighbors 10 yr d to wash my truck.. way cleaner and a lot less drama.

After driving through a huge puddle of paint Billy and his staff were able to save my car. Thank all of you for your hardwork. I appreciate each and everyone of you.

The actual service here was great and my car was nice and clean but while sitting in the lobby, some guy started full out yelling at someone in the office with the door wide open. We all could hear it, and it was just awkward to sit there and also bad to think that an employee could be treated that badly but also that if an employee did need anything that the manager would just leave the door open to all to hear. Will not return because of the poor behavior witnessed in the office.

Fast friendly service with a smile reasonable prices and monthly and yearly packages available

Tires did not armor all all the away around, had to finish tires at home, grill and hood and mirrors still had bugs on them that I cleaned off at the car wash while attendant stood there watched me. I dont expect a detail job, but I do expect better than Ive gotten last two times. Ill pay if I want it detailed. I just want a decent wash for 22 bucks.

Took way too long for just a car wash and an interior vacuum. Had to hunt someone down to pay and get started. That should have been a clue to leave. I stuck it out hoping things would get better. They did not. No one speaks to you. Its a guessing game as to when your car gets through the cycle. Other cars after you go first somehow. Not sure the reasoning behind their methods. The interior waiting room is clean, that is their only plus. I go places to see how their service is the first time. I go back and pay more for good service and I tip VERY well for great service. Sorry to say this is not on my list of places to return.

Better when it was Kwik Car . The guys left spots on my seats from the cleaner they used that dripped out the spray bottles. Didnt put the floor mats back in properly,and they just dont seem to care much . Just trying to get to the next vehicle instead of caring for each one. I left a 5 dollar tip but maybe should have left 2 . Outside is clean though . Probably wont come back. Maybe find a place.closer to my work in Rockwall.

I paid for an express car wash and waited at least 30 minutes before being ushered into the line for the wash because attendants showed priority for cars in line for detailing above those who paid for the express service without any indication for how long the wait would be or any acknowledgement of time that I spent waiting. I’m very disappointed in what I consider to be the lack of “express” service.

They did a great job on my car but girl that took my order and payment not only was extremely rude but she tried to short me $10! I gave her 2 $20 bills and she came back with one penny on a $29.99 wash. The receipt shows she entered $30 and not $40. Mistake? Maybe but with her attitude I find that very doubtful! I most likely won’t go back.

The best! If anything is missed just ask and they will do what it takes to meet your expectations. I am very impressed with how they win over my loyalty over the years. What is most important for me is how a company takes care of the customer when something doesnt get done correctly. This car wash is one of the best examples of great customer service.

Showed up at 5:45 to get my car wash all the lanes were blocked. Ask them if they were closed and they said yes. I looked on their website and it shows they open till 6 p.m. . They said oh well we just closed early today at 5:30 just because. If thats the kind of service this place offers I will not use them!

First time coming here, I was looking to get a total interior /exterior wash after a long road trip. I decided on the #3 detail package $54.00, and waited 20-25 minutes. They did a fantastic job, my seats are light coloured and became stained from dark jeans sitting on them and these guys were able to get the blue out. My entire interior was cleaned, polished and vacuumed. The exterior was beautiful until I hit a rain storm immediately after, but still. Their prices are more than fair for what they do for your vehicle and the guys are all very nice.

Used dirty rags to wipe and drive vehicle. Made smears and film on windows and body. Will not return.

I took my wifes car to be washed and vacuumed. It took 2 hours! They ran 1 vehicle completely through the car wash at a time. The guys out front wiping the vehicles down, were just loafing around. And to top it off the car wasnt clean. I had to walk around showing them all the dirt left on it. Wont be going back!

5yrs i have washed my truck once a week. Today will be the last and final trip with this company. The finishing service after wash is a complete failure. After the wash this morning they wiped off the 2 side mirrors and said their done, really. I have complained for the last time. Im done with this carwash and intend to let everyone know what their reputation has become.

I only put a star to be able to type this. I left work came straight over from Commerce only to have a guy say we are closed. It was 5:35 and website states 6 p.m. so now my car is not only still dirty I have to drive back past commerce to home. Not professional at all.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE...unless you like scratched doors and rude managers!! They scratched the hell out of our KIA Sedona! There was a patch where it looked like they used one of the green plastic scouring pads that is used for pots and pans on the sliding passenger door. Not only that, there were long scratches completely across the front passenger and the sliding doors. Needless to say I was a bit upset and the manager kept saying “we didn’t do it.” He looked at “the video” and said he saw swirl marks that were already on it but he couldn’t find them when he came to show us where they were on our van. Because there were NONE! I asked to see the video and he said ok but didn’t take me to see it. We just kept getting the repeated “we didn’t do it” and he had absolutely no intentions of solving the problem, so we asked for our money back. While taking my card to credit it, he yelled from a few feet away he’s giving us the credit but to never come back again...like we ever intended to! We paid $30 for “the best” service and it gets my vehicle damaged, I can’t imagine what they’d do for less!! They actually deserve 0 stars!

This is a wonderful place to go and get your ride looking showroom ready. Every time I have gone here with my multiple cars after a storm or just to have them shine, Auto Spa has never let me down on delivering that top notch service to them. Keep up the awesome job guys and gals!

Good attention to detail in the interior

Took my Jeep in to get detailed and they did an AMAZING job!! Everything looks brand new. Great Job!!

They charge an additional mud fee if you have mud on your car which I didnt mind at first, it was $5 after awhile it went up to $10 dollars I still didnt mind, after they went up to $15 I went out back to watch and they didnt do anything different than they did to the other cars. The mud fee is a RIP off. I will never go back there again. I also always get the wheel deal and I still have to tell them they didnt get the wheels clean.

A great value with the free vacuum! Decent cleaning job, would have been five star if staff didnt act like I should just know what to do. Now that I have been and know how things move I will definitely be coming back!

Best place I have found for car care. You can choose any level you desire from a quick wash to a detailed cleanup. The manager is very courteous and everyone works really hard to do a great job.

They treat their employees terribly and stole money from my car. This car wash went down hill since that blonde haired kid “Matt” left.

I think they do a good job. Takes a little long, but its worth it if the job is on point. The biggest criticism I have is why isnt this place open anytime the sun is shinning? To me that just losing business. But not my business so. There ya go.

This used to be a good place to get a car washed. Now apparently when you pay to get your car dried off that doesnt even include your wheels. We wont be going back.

This place is going downhill. $14 for N exterior wash with tire shine and towel dry. I ask them to not fold in one of the mirrors because the plastic is broke, they fold in the mirrors. One of the revolving washers isn’t even working. They “towel dry” like you would expect a elementary charity car wash to do it. Misses spots all over the place, the hood and top of the truck don’t get dried, and didn’t even fold the mirrors back out or dry them. I point out everything to the guys drying and they look at you like you’re the dumb one for even suggesting they do that.

Incredibly Unprofessional people and business, Paid $45 a month for a membership here and it was not worth the money. They do not pay attention to detail so I have chose to take my business to another location in McKinney which ive used before. I called to cancel my membership yesterday and was told were to busy right now can you call back tomorrow, understandably I agreed with this, called back today 7/3/19 and got the same unprofessional response and I told him No you said that to me yesterday and you need to do it. My bill will be charged on 7/4 so if it comes out I will be going up there.

The front looked good but back seat wasnt vacuumed well and dirt all along the botto. Of seats. Paid 32 dollars not the cheaper wash.

I really dont do reviews on anything but . I really dont like this place. I only gave it two stars because I have the convenience of having free vaccum and a easy pain-free car wash experience. But its the employees thats working there is the problem. Theyre ALWAYS trying to flirt with you! Even if you try to kindly decline it, theyll still flirt. And I dont feel comfortable doing business with them again .

Friendly staff, quick service depending on how busy they are. Have always been careful when cleaning my car. They offer self service or full service.

Outstanding job! Took the time and effort to get the job done even when we asked if they could wipe down the inside door jams.

They used to do a good job, but when you leave the car wash and you have to come home and wash your car again you know theres something wrong... I tried to get a ahold of a manager or something to let them know that their employees are slacking off, but I couldnt get in touch with anybody. They have lost my business and even though I actually recommended this place to people in the past, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone now. I hope they hire people that actually want to work and not just do a half job.

Took my truck in on Friday. Wanted a full detail but was told it would take 2+ hours so opted for detail #2 for $30+. This took 2+ hours. Outside employees were yelling at each other not getting much work done. Didnt even wash floor mats nor did they clean the inside of the windshield. And they didnt even try to clean out the bed of my truck. I left with the same # of acorns that I went in with. Disgusting...appears they have changed hands...I will never be back!

Never a clean car. You always have to show staff where and what was missed. They need to implement some sort of quality check process. Id buy their yearly wash services but Id rather drive to McKinney for a wash.Ive tried them several times over the last year and the results are the same. You know they know they have issues when signs are all over the place saying dont leave unhappy, talk to a manager.

According to Google the hours are until 6pm. I went there at 5:30pm there was one car still there they proceeded to tell me that they were closed and would not take my business. I called the store and it took them forever to answer the phone. They were the rudest people ever. They didnt want to make any money.

Awful, Rude, inefficient, completely lack any customer service skills or orientation. Left my SUV there for 8 hours for detail Went to pickup and they said it was ready. When i saw the SUV, NOTHING had been done. It was not even vacuumed. They offered to do a quick clean, and i said that was fine but want my money back and the quick clean at no charge. The guy in charge was named SBJ was very rude, and refused to give me the name or number to the owner named Mr. Lee. I repeatedly asked for the owner, and he said its me. Another guy named Billie threatened me when i complained to a female employee about the customer service. He said be careful when you talk with her, shes my fiancee. This place is full of people that lack any sense of professionalism, or ethical service. I would never recommend it to anyone in my wildest dreams. I had to have 2 rides setup in AM and PM for this detail from work, and it was being done before a long family vacation so the suv was clean. They completely messed it up and then were rude, offending, and almost threatening to me. I hope Mr Lee reads this and knows this business is NOT in good hands with this character named SBJ and Billie. I cannot believe they ever get any repeat customers with their laziness, and attitude.

I have used this car wash for year, sad the quality is going down and prices are going up. I went today and over half of the vacuums didn’t have enough suction to even stay in their holders.

Now 2 times Ive had stuff missing out of my truck when they are done. 1st time $160 pair of ray bans sunglasses . 2nd time i disnt have ny passenger floor mat. They said I came in with only 1. I havent ever taken my floor mats out since I bought my truck a year ago. The only reason I have 1 star is because of a employee there name Quincy. He has always done a great job. Unfortunately he was off the days both of these incidents happened. Even though Quincy wasnt even working when he found out he offered to buy me new ones. The manager did nothing about either one of my complaints .

I spent ~$150.00 on floor mats. I spent ~$50.00 on car wash package 3. When I left the premises I asked the worker if there were any problems or complications. He said, No. A couple of days later when I went to put coffee in my drink holder something prevented it from seating correctly. I looked in the cup holder and there was a round disk, I knew he had lied to me. A few days later I looked at my floor mats and the drivers side mat had its connecter torn out of place, half of it was missing and the worker had just tossed the other half into the console cup holder. Eldio and I exchanged information today and hopefully he will do the right thing and either fix or replace my mat. I must notify you that I will be very cautious when going to this business because I dont like places where I perceive people that create problems or flat out lie. This review will be updated as the situation is addressed by Eldio.

Does not stand behind their word and very rude and disrespectful when you call them on it. Not impressed at all. Lost a lot of Buisness with my whole family and friends thats from here because of it.

Good for a quick car wash fair service

I went to kwik kar Auto Spa in Greenville Texas. They did a phenomenal job on my car and I will go back again. I did not notice any scratches from the brushes so I will definitely go back.

They put so much tire shine on you have it all over your car by thetime you get to where you are going. Scratch your clear coat with their fingernails.Do not dry all that is seen. Really had no choice today, they are the only full service car wash in town. Got the explanation of the service levels and decided on the full service, everything washed, wiped, and vacuumed for 29.99. For an additional 10.00 could have gotten all coated with Armour All. Passed on the Armour All, fortunately, because they would have just coated over the dirt.Specifically asked about having seats wiped and was told it is included. Well, upon pick up I noted to washer that there were coffee and crumbs on my seats. He wiped down rear driver side seat and told me that seats were not included in the Top of the Line, Do it All. Everything package.There is room for competent competition in Greenville for Full Service Care Wash. Next time I will get it done when in Rockwall at Horizon.BTW, Kwik Car Oil Change gives free car wash coupon with oil change. Free, I see that here you get what you pay for.Barely adequate!!!

Good wash place and vacuums

Got here 40 minutes ago with one car in front of me. Still haven’t seen come through wash. No mud or other . Now going to be late to church . Nobody to ask about timeframe . Not impressed.
