Best exterior car wash in Greenville hands down! Great value (I subscribe to unlimited premium washes), vehicle exterior has never been cleaner! After my first wash at Tommys, I had to sit back and admire the shine. That same night I found myself admiring the clean again.Looking at my baby at night like, is she glowing? LOL.Onlyyyy con and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: Sadly the vacuums aren’t very good. The suction is really weak and they don’t have the option of smaller attachments that get into the crevices. Takes a lot more work and time to vaccuum.

Once your a Member you can pull into lane 2 or 3 and the system reads your tag then opens the gate. You drive yourself onto this belt that’s very easy to do, shift into neutral and enjoy the wash. It’s very spacious, bright and the wash is better than anything I have ever had before. From start to finish it took me under 5 minutes. Other than some staff waving at me and smiling I did not have to stop and communicate with anyone which for me is how I want it during these times. The person who is in charge is name is John and he can assist you getting the 30 day free wash promotion.

Tommys Express is a quick and great priced car wash. They are easy to get into, and out of. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. They have vacuums an mat washers as well. The subscription based wash is even quicker to get in as their app lanes check your plate and type of car to let you in.

Have been to a few automated carwashes in greenville and this is definitely my new favorite. Got every detail from brake dust in the wheels to the bugs on the front bumper. The wash choices are fairly priced.

On my first visit I feel like I got a $10 car wash for the actual $10 spent. Well definitely return for future washes.

When they have a free month special you have to download the app and then put in your card info. It will automatically renew each month but they don’t bother to tell you that and the app also doesn’t say anything about an automatic renewal. It makes you think you are putting in the card information so you can just scan the app when you go instead of seeing a cashier. They try to rip people off by making it automatically take money out of your account.

Great app based system. Load your license plate to the app and just drive right through. If washing more than 2x per month it is worth it to do a subscriotion but you can also just pay per wash. Free vacuums as well!

This place was actually pretty cool, it was very high tech and really efficient. I wish they had something like this up north where I live. The fast paced belt though kind of scared me a bit so if theres any way to slow that down just a little bit I might do that LOL.

Great car wash, but doesnt supply spray bottles and cloths for detailing. Charges an extra $3 for 2 wipes and a cloth after wash. Probably wont come back.

This place is really nice in every aspect you could imagine!! I could say so much about this wash but I think the best thing to say is this!! The guy that is in charge name is John who happens to be Scottish and he a super nice guy who really knows what he’s talking about. Go and get you car washed and you won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny and if you have kids bring them as they will love this experience driving through the wash.

Tried this place for the first time because it looked nice from the outside. Way over priced car wash, vacuums didn’t work well and they don’t provide sprays or rags unless you want to purchase a “detail kit” for another $3. Will continue to go to Pirates Cove for $10 and get a great wash with everything included in the price including sprays, rags, floor mat cleaners and great vacuums.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had in Greenville. I bought the $18 package and my car is still dirty. Bugs still on front and side mirrors. The vacuums are not strong at all. I had to leave from there and go somewhere else in order to vacuum my vehicle. I would not recommend this place

Download the app; sign up for your package for the vehicle(s) you want to use; then leave your house and drive up to lane 2 and 3 and bypass the line. No interactions with anyone. Amazing... just for the use of the app to let you deal with monthly billing. All the car washes in town are great; but this is the easiest one to be a customer at.

Great carwash with super nice manager! I purchased the unlimited package when they first opened, had a problem with the cameras recognizing my license tag to let me in, but John worked on it and stayed in touch until the problem got fixed. Love always having a clean car!

The vacuums were awful! No power, even tried another unit. We just left and I went to another carwash the next day to clean my car.

This is quite an interesting set up. Wash quality is better than most washes I have visited but not flawless. Service is fantastic and all the staff I saw projected a really good attitude and professionalism. It took me about 5 minutes from start to finish and I purchased the works wash and received on my receipt a free month of washes promotion. It cost me $18.00!!

I cannot believe how clean my car is! And the best part is, it literally only took a matter of minutes and I was in and out! The entire facility looks so futuristic and completely unlike anything I’ve ever been to! Definitely recommend getting a membership-unlimited car washes!! Consider me a lifelong customer 👍

My brother has been telling me all week to check this place out so I paid them a visit today. Without a doubt this is one of the most unique car washes I have ever used. I was actually caught of guard on how much this place gave me a good feeling. It took me no more than several minutes to exit the wash tunnel and I spent about ten minutes at the vacuum. Loved the mat washers and they really cleaned the stains of my mats which surprised me. The staff are all masked up and do not attack you trying to push specials on you and that was different and really appreciated. I needed help with the mat washing machine and the employee who assisted me was very polite, super professional and helpful. I give this place 9.5 out of 10. I left Tommys today feeling really good and will most definitely be returning. I actually got a code on my receipt today that gives me 30 free days washing so I will check that out for sure!!

It was excellent at first. Then the vacuum was wicked and it did not dry my car off good. What happened?

Tried this car wash since I had 2 coupons for a free car washes that I’d received by mail. The first time, the car wash did a great job. Second time, not as good. Car wash left several spots and soap along my car and front and back windows. I do understand car washes can’t get every area clean due to car models. It was a little inconvenient having to stop and restart the vacuums, however that was still ok. On a positive note, the employees were extremely friendly and pleasant.

Could use better vacuum nozzles. The suction power wasnt as strong as others Ive used. I didnt see any areas setup with cleaning clothes/cleaners for detailing inside of the car.

My jeep was still dirty even after they so called sprayed it down. The vacuum was not what I expected and will not be coming back. Oh also for the floor mat cleaner please add a dryer for the customers that likes to wet them.

All the hype for this place and it actually delivered!! Nothing has been like it in Greenville prior and nothing is like this way of washing currently. I noticed some of the staff used to work for the previous establishment and the main person has been in the business for decades so it’s good to know locals are employed and actually know how this business should run. These guys actually look like they enjoy what they do and that’s a refreshing feeling for paying customers. They have the location, the most updated equipment and experienced employees so this is the only place that will be washing my families vehicles. We all joined the Club Membership and it takes minutes to get in and out. Only knock on them would be get some tunes out at the vacuum area. They did tell me that this was going to happen soon, so I will be looking to see if that occurs.

This wash is super new and it’s like something from the future. The service was very professional and prompt. I left having been acknowledged by John, Brittany and Hunter who all made sure to tell me how grateful they were for my visit. The wash from start to finish took no more than 5 minutes, cost under $20 and I even received a code on my receipt that gives me 30 free days of washing as long as I sign up on the Tommys Ap and use the code. I got this with the special they are currently running with the Works Wash. You drive onto the belt which was very easy and sit in your car as it is being washed. I believe at the end where your car is dried they also have heat blowing on your car to assist in the drying, I have never saw this before. The service is would give 10 /10, The experience 9/10, The cost 9/10 and the end result of the wash 8/10. All in all I enjoyed my visit and only used the wash service and not the vacuum service which you do yourself. This is the best place in town to get your vehicle washed period and I have used the other 4 similar washes here in Greenville many times in the past. This will be my new destination when it comes to keeping my vehicles clean. Great job Tommy’s!!

My first time going through tunnel wash with a belt driven tunnel car wash it was awesome.

Tried this place bcz its new and, but the the air dryer was to harsh. I felt like my windshield wipers were going to come off. To harsh on the roof. The cleaning cloths didnt get all the areas. After I came out to check on my car there was alot of dirt still on and I paid for the most expensive selection I could. Im glad I didnt cancel my subscription at The Shine Factory, and they up graded and always have free cleaning supplies and towels.

I absolutely loved my experience. My car was washed (very clean) in about 5 mins. I used a little towel to make minor finishes but I spent about 30 mins tops. Definitely a time saver compared to where I usually wash my vehicle. Im definitely returning.

Was a good place to get a full body wash with wheels and all.Only bad thing was it pushed back my rear view mirrors but didnt break anything and the vacuum cleaner was not able to have any suction.

The dude literally screamed at me for no reason lol. I have been there plenty of times in the past and know how the wash works but that guy was way out of line.
