They were supposed to detail the interior to get rid of smoke and dirt. I was charged $250.00 for this but work was not done. The seats were still dirty as well as the headliner to name a few. Smoke smell just as strong as when they got the car. They do not return calls nor can I catch them open during business hours. I took my car to another detailer for less than half of their price and now my seats are clean and smell is almost gone. Would not recommend this company even though they seem nice.

They did a great job cleaning my business vehicle! Make sure to bring cash or check, though; I had to leave and come back as they dont accept credit/debit cards.

Bought an inexpensive vehicle from them and a few days later it had a leak. After my wife told them about it, they asked us to bring it back in and fixed the vehicle at no cost to us. Car has been running great since and I am quite impressed with how they stood behind there product. You guys get 5 stars from me😀

These guys did a great job cleaning my Ford Flex. It was so filthy!! When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Very nice and professional people. They even walked me out to my car to show it all to me!

Appointment time was 12:00, they called me at 4:00 to tell me that I had pet hair in my car and it would be $150 and said they just pulled my car in, they were having a bad day. I was told it would be $115. I said forget it, ill pick up my car, then was told well we already did the outside. What? Shouldnt you check inside and out before you start on a customers car and give them a call before you start to tell them it would be more money? I ended up having to pay them for the exterior. What is the point in detailing just the outside? Very bad business ethics. I would not recommended them to anyone. There is no place to wait, so I had to walk to McDonalds and wait 4 hours for a half done job:(

They can do good work ive seen it but if there is a problem its not there fault.The interior looked good the outside was dirty took pics messaged the owner and was offered a free wash alot of excuses and in my opinion being told i or my wife was being dishonest about our problem.
