When I arrived the two gentlemen greeted me and were ready to begin on my car. It did not take long at all and they are very prompt and PROFESSIONAL! Such a nice establishment! The owner is really friendly and even offered me a soda :) He got me an appointment quickly and worked with my schedule based on my circumstances. The price was great too!! This honestly a class establishment. The work was done fantastically, and it didnt take long at all. I gave him short notice due to circumstances that I was going through and he made time in his schedule to get it done. I already set up a friend of mine to get in contact with them for work and I plan on sending more. Truly a great cost effective local place. I would go back in a heart beat.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!Windshield scratched in multiple places after tinting at Greenville Window Tinting...This is the email that my husband and I sent to the company and they didnt even apologize for scratching the windshield of our brand new F150. NO EMAIL, NO CALL, NO NOTHING!I wish we could give negative 10 stars to this company!06/07/2017Dear Josh,I am writing to you to express our deepest disappointment with the tint job that you and your associate completed on our brand new F-150 on Saturday, May 13th. I was planning to post reviews online but decided to reach out to you so you can make things right.Right after my husband and I left your shop, we called you and left a voice mail about visible scratches on the tint and some of them actually are scratches on the windshield itself. We did not hear from you until later that evening with an explanation that the scratches will bake in with time. Two weeks later, my husband contacted you again with the same concern but you didnt have time to look at the truck until another 2 weeks later. We understand that you are busy but you have to stand by your work and provide past customers with the same attention as new customers.Beside the lack of availability from you, I would like to voice my complaint about the damage that you have caused to our vehicle and not willing to repair it. Not only that the tint you placed is scratched, but so is our windshield. After speaking with my husband Nathan, he told me about your generous offer to pay for the removal of the tint because you refuse to work on our vehicle again. However, we paid you for service that you did not complete and on the top of that you damaged the windshield. We would like to be reimbursed for replacing the windshield and refunded for the tint placed on the windshield. As a owner of a business, you should already know that things happen and performing a job right the first time is cheaper than correcting your mistakes. You can simply file a claim on your business insurance and reimburse us for the damage that you have caused. We are not asking you to write us a check for the time that we spent at your shop while you were working on the truck, nor the time we are going to spend to get the windshield replaced.Once again, we are very frustrated with the situation and expect from you to handle it in a way that resolves all of the above mentioned problems.Please kindly reply to this email by End of Business on June 21st, 2017.We look forward to hearing from you soon!Regards.
