I had a water leak in my kitchen. My insurance company notified Duraclean, and the company immediately responded and brought in blowers and dehumidifiers. The floor needed to be replaced, so Duraclean contracted a flooring company to do the installation. I am more than pleased with all of the repairs and new flooring. All of the repairmen were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and finished in a timely fashion. Always considering my satisfaction with the jobs they performed before they left. I highly recommend Duraclean for any repairs due to damage. They made an unexpected crisis easier to endure, for which I am most grateful.

We called Allan at Duraclean after having called another water mitigation/repair company to come out to do a quote 2 days prior and never follow through. He showed up promptly and did an excellent job throughout the mitigation. He communicated directly with our insurance agent so I never had to deal with that hassle or worry about if something was going to be covered or not or if I was going to be price gouged. The best part was he had one of his workers out there within the hour to begin the work and stop things from getting worse. I highly recommend this company. 10/10

Had Duraclean replace ceiling drywall, including painting, hardwood floor in kitchen, bedroom carpet, closet and bathroom floor and vanity due to damage from water leak. Make sure you get a quote from Duraclean1st & DO NOT allow them to see what your damage has been appeased for by your insurance company they will do as little work possible but expect the whole amount even though they didnt do but 1/4 of what was listed on the appraisal. The contractors did do good work how ever if you have been appeased to have whole windows replaced they will replace the glass only and reuse your frames they didnt replace the whole window and they find other ways to cut costs etc. There was so much listed on my appraisal that wasnt done they only did the bare minimal so it would pass inspection. The electrician they use was a waste of time he would be here 15-20 mins and have to go get a cup of coffee and think about what was wrong if he said he would be back he never would return. On some days he said he would be here at 8am to never show up and other days he would show up unannounced. At this point I was just happy to have my home fixed and back in order I didnt fight anything but if I had it to do over I would definitely do alot of things different. This was my 1st time filling a claim or doing anything like this i learned as i went and it has tought me alot of things to look of for if I ever have to do this again.
