Good professional staff. Very informative in diagnostic and explaining work to be preformed.
Awesome customer service Jacob I think that was his name took great care of me
Replaced the rear break lines on my wifes Bluetec ML350 did it a full week before they said it could be scheduled. Thank you
Very detailed, professional, thorough and fast!
The only honest righteous place for automobiles, the regular chains are more expensive for labor
They do great work on all the families vehicles
The mechanic is very friendly and helpful. Theyve very reasonable prices
Food was outstanding!
Havent had service done yet.
They overcharged. They charged me for having a mechanic that didnt know what he was doing I had to pay the hourly rate for an hour while he try to figure out something that should have taken on more than half hour at the most. Then he wanted to charge me $400 for replacing a cylinder that didnt need to be replaced. I have to tell him it was the easy $50 cylinder that need to be replaced and I was right. And then they tried to charge me an hour labor for that for two nuts and one line that I had already broken loose so they werent stuck. its literally a 5-minute job literally. But they only charged in half hour blocks so I had to spend 50 bucks . And then they tried to charge me for taking a quick look at the AC $100. When I didnt ask them to do anything other than check the level of the freon. most shops will take a quick look at something for free if youre already paying them hundreds of dollars especially if its something that should have been but $150 . But not this shop they gotten greedy . And then told me I needed a $400 Ac repair . Then they give the car back to me with no freon in it in, the air condition not working at all. it was at 80% before I brought it to them. I had to take my car to another shop. The man charged me $35 to hook up to the machine instead of a hundred. All we did was put freon in it. And said theres nothing wrong with the AC. He was right its blowing very cold. I would not recommend the shop they did really good for me the first time really inexpensive but the second time I was very unhappy very very unhappy. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of none or one is that they did actually get the hydraulic clutch line bleed. The normal shop I go to who fix the AC said he would have charged me a hundred and fifty bucks at the most I had to pay $100 more than that. And thats after arguing with the guy on three separate occasions over multiple days. At which time I didnt have my car. in the beginning he want to tell me $395. And told me I cant have my car back until I pay it and the bill would have been 800 if I wasnt so mechanically inclined and saw a drip of fluid coming out of the lower piston. I would have just fixed it myself but hydraulic lines are one thing on an entire car I hate doing. I wish I would have just done it myself. I mean I had to tell mechanic what the problem was and I still got charged for his ignorance
Great guys. Super friendly and helpful! Helped with changing a tire and putting on spare all for a thank u. Will definitely go back for service!
Very informative....
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HEREIt only takes one bad experience to ruin a businesss reputation. I have been here three or four times before to service our cars, and the work has been done quickly and a little under expected budget. The guys are knowledgeable and usually pretty quick once they finally get to your car (they are the only import place in town, so everyone goes there). However, we have had 2 bad experiences, both dealing with integrity. Between stolen items out of one car and damaging the other during repair, we will not be returning for further work.Save yourselves the wait and the headache and schedule your service at one of the many import repair shops in Raleigh.
My cars AC was not working right so I brought it to a car repair shop in town. They said the compressor was shot and that I pretty much needed an all new system that would cost me around 1000. Looking for a second opinion I brought it to Eurasian Import Center. I brought the car there looking for an estimate and within an hour I had fully working and COLD AC! The system was overcharged and just needed to be drained and refilled to the proper specifications. After that Ive been going back to a Eurasian Imports for all my repairs. The service is excellent and the technicians are spot on with the repairs. No paying for things I dont need and the prices are very fair. Thanks Eurasian!
It’s so difficult to find reliable and honest European automobile repair shops. This is one of them. Not the cheapest, but they know what they’re doing.
Decent work and prices, but radar detector stolen from my car. Was left under my seat when I dropped car off, gone when I picked up car. Will never go back. Also once drove my car away after a repair and coolant sprayed everywhere because a hose was not reconnected. They promptly towed the car back and fixed it but the above incident sealed the deal.
Did a good job on my Saab. One of the few places I can take it.
I would avoid this shop. My car came out in worse condition that it was when I brought it in. I spent $1800 and none of the work I needed got fixed while they dragged theirheels, jacked up the bill working on my convertible top, which never got fixed. I ended up with a non-functioning convertible top, a new battery and new wipers that were not installed correctly. So I had to redo those, too. The other work I needed done on the engine had to be put off 1) because they just never got to it; 2) because after spending too much money on incomplete work I didnt trust that it would be done well. I have never felt more ripped off by any repair shop. This shop wasted both my money and my time. I will never recommend them to anyone, even if its your only local choice, youre better off going to a more reliable repair shop elsewhere.
Great service; very knowledgeable. Explains the why to any service needed. I highly recommend this business.
Great service. Very nice people! Would recommend to friends and family!
Terrible. so after they kept my car 2-3 weeks misdiagnosed the issue, they gave me a bill for about $560 dollars. the issue it had was not resolved. i called every two days for a status update and the idiots said, they were having trouble getting it into the bay. Do yourself a favor and use your roadside assistance to take your BMW to Kinston or Raleigh. Bimmer Performance Center in Raleigh had my car in a Bay the next morning and ready for pickup in two days. Avoid this place.
Ive been bringing my car to Eurasian Import Center for about 2 years now for everything from tire rotations to the occasional major repair. I first started bringing my car there when I drove through too deep of a puddle and water was sucked into my turbo. Before I went to Eurasian I spoke with a few other shops that wouldnt even look at my car and said that I most definitely needed a new engine. I had the car towed to Eurasian Import Center and at the end of the day my car was running like new. The technician said that I was very lucky but all he had to do was take off the turbo and inter-cooler, pour out the water and let them dry out. Ive been bring my vehicles there ever since. The prices are fair and I trust there work.
Took over two weeks to order hoses for my radiator and to fix my ignition coil. When I got my car back they didnt even bother to put in coolant. I had to buy some in less then a mile.
When I moved to Greenville in 1998, there were only two things I worried about leaving behind and one was the service department at my Volvo dealership. As luck would have it, I saw a late model Volvo in the parking lot in front of TJ Maxx with a New Bern tag. I parked my proud little 1988 Volvo near it and patiently waited for the owner to return. I approached her asking if she lived in Greenville. My heart sank when she said no. I explained how I was trying to find a good Volvo mechanic in town since there was no Volvo dealership. She said that’s why I am in Greenville today. I take my car to Eurasian for service.Since August 3,1999, Eurasian Import Service on Moseley Drive has serviced my 1988, 2000 and 2005 S80 Volvos. Charles “Bucky” Curtis, the owner, and all of his employees, are experts - skilled at their position, most professional, extremely courteous, and proficient. I take my car to Eurasian for all services, major and minor. It is very important for me to be able to trust my mechanic 100 percent and have no worries about my car. After fifteen great years dealing with Eurasian, here’s hoping for another fifteen. One last thing - In April of 2000 my son wanted the 1988 car which was in great mechanical condition and looks. At some point in the next two years, he had a problem. And after two estimates in his city with both telling him to junk the car, I had my son talk by phone to Luther at Eurasian who immediately knew the problem. We had the car transported to Eurasian where it was repaired for under $250 and driven until 2005 when my son sold it for $2350.Thank you Eurasian.
$2900 for a replacement sunroof?? That is just ridiculous.
How does a place named Eurasian not work on Nissans? Asian is literally in the name.
