The 2 gentlemen who work there are fantastic. My reason for the 3 star ranking is the truck. We were afraid during the trip because a light came on, it started making noise and we smelled smoke on occasion. This was scary and disappointing.

Rented a budget truck from them .. brought it back in 3 days got charged for a month an over 200 miles. Only drove 50 an charged me for gas saying it was part it had a tank as agreed they are crooks

I would give these guys 7 stars if I could. Franks is one of most trustworthy, efficient, and reasonable shops around, and theyre my first stop for anything auto-related. They are impeccable with their word, quality of work, timeliness, and customer service - probably explains why theyve been in business for 30+ years with repeat customers.

Very helpful staff that are interested in helping people and not just making money. I used them for a Budget Truck rental and their service convinced me that I need to be using them for other things as well. Good honest people doing good honest work.

These Guys are great... Honest and trustworthy. Have used them for years now and have never been disappointed. There have been times when I thought repairs would have to be done but was assured by them that repairs were not necessary... in other words... they have never taken advantage of me or my friends/family when they probably could have done so. When you find people like this, you keep them because you can be confident that you will be treated fairly and that the work will be quality work. I highly recommend them
