I can only assume this place does decent work because its booked out days in advance....which Im sure is great for them, but when your vehicle is having mechanical issues you dont have days to wait. If business is that good hire more people...

This place is the best in town. I did business with them for 20 years, since my first car at 17, until moving to Florida last year. Have had a hard time finding a auto repair shop I can trust where I live in Florida. I miss Jenkins, they always fixed it right the first time, and treated me honestly and fairly. Greenville is lucky to have them.

Ive only been once for a minor repair (broken door handle). I called around and Jenkins Garage gave me the lowest quote for the job. I made an appointment, dropped off the vehicle, and was called when the job was done. On top of that the price was $45 lower than what they quoted me at. They seem professional, efficient, and always have plenty of work so they are obviously very popular locally. They will definitely be my first call for a quote on repair work in the future.

Charge way too much and still didnt fix issue.

Laddh kn the front so u respect full. I take my car there 3 weeks later nothing. Then I get tire every time I call them the lady was screaming. Never get there again also they let a bun h of wire loss on my car

They are fair priced and very knowledgeable. I have had one issue in the 15 or so years Ive taken trucks there and it ended up being minor.

I am thrilled with the quick and friendly service I received. My car was finished on Friday and they had said Monday. The ladies in the office are lovely. Price was very fair. I will be coming back here again.

Ive been here several times with multiple vehicles. I like it. Theyre always straight up with me, and I dont feel like Im getting screwed like I did with pretty much every dealership Ive ever used. Even a mechanic buddy of mine (runs a shop in OK) was surprised how cheaply they put a computer in my pickup a couple of weeks ago. Oh, and if someone answeres the phone and is a little less than cordial, give her a chance. She is just all-business, haha.

My Excursion has an electronic transmission that was acting up a few months ago. Eagle transmission took apart the transmission and found nothing mechanically wrong and recommended Jenkins to inspect the electrical. Jenkins found and fixed the electrical problem and the transmission is still running smoothly.

I brought a truck in for a list of repairs: brake weakness and pulling, idle fault (rough idle/dying), to have an electric fan installed to replace the stock fan (broken/cracked), and to have the electric windows fixed (LH window stuck). They did a good job repairing the brake system and idle system. We had a disagreement over the installation of the fan, but they resolved it politely and quickly. They did not get to the faulty window, but I will just worry about it next time I need something else done. The lady at the front desk seemed grouchy before but I think she had an ailment that was bothering her. She was very nice later.

They were the only ones that were able to figure out what was wrong with our Jeep!
