Zach and Blair are amazing! During a business acquisition, Zach had to assist in getting all kinds of documents completed, signed and mailed; that I didnt even know existed. He dove in and consistently followed-up with underwriting to ensure we could meet our closing date. He rocks! He also helped me set up life insurance, which was a huge step that I had been putting off for some time. Overall awesome group of people. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have been with State Farm for decades now. When we moved back to Greenville 5 years ago, we found our “down the street” agent and got set up. We have since moved to the other side of town but still work with this office. They are a great mix of being present and helpful by not over bearing. Answering questions but not pushing. In the past I actually switched away from StateFarm and they were great in getting the paperwork I needed to me quickly and were extremely nice in the process.I’m now back with StateFarm and back in the Darst office and they have again been great and a big help in not trying to oversell me on coverage I didn’t need for my vehicles.Definitely recommend.

Notice that the reviews are all the same, Geoff and his team!!! One member in particular who is no longer there was the only reason I stayed with Geoff and his team for several years. The insurance I had was with my 81 year old mother, who between a personal illness of my own and her hospital stay we were stuck a few times. Luckily the agent that I’m speaking of (who is no longer there and ultimately the reason we do not have Ins with Geoff anymore) would always be there to help us when we needed a reminder call or just plain cared.

Ive been with Geoff Darst / State Farm for years now. Ive had a few curve balls that life has thrown me and when things arent going your way its nice to have a team that works with you while things are being made right. This weekend I recieved a document that was a result of back office processes that concerned me greatly. The kind you read and wonder if you are missing something. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and within 3 min my mind was set at ease and I knew this could be resolved easily when Monday rolled around. I hate working on the weekend if I dont have to but they called me back right away. I would suggest Geoff and his team any day of the week.
