Wow, I called for a Non-owners quart, and the secretary was incredibly rude. After explaining to her my situation, she said she would ask her superior and “call me back” except she didn’t even ask for my name or telephone number before she promptly hung up before I could even thank her for her help.

Sue is nice as long as you dont have a question on your insurance. Shes Sales so if you have your first accident and have questions, dont expect assistance. Today I called to try to renew my insurance. I was told Sue was my agent and would need to call me back. I said I didnt want to wait; I havent spoken to Sue in over a year! Why does it matter who renews me so I am covered? They then hee-hawed around and said they were having issues and would need to guess what? Call me back so Sue can get some kind of credit? . That was it for me. I called Geico and instead of paying 190.00 I paid 116.00 for the same coverage. Direct General is not what you are looking for!!!!
