I have been with Priority Insurance for some years now and I always spoke high of their customer service and how helpful they were. Unfortunately, today I had the worse customer service experience by their Office Manager. Instead of helping me, I got some attitude and rejection. Very sad and very disappointed. Not only did you help me get insurance that I could afford but it also helped me get my license back. I really appreciate the compassion yall have shown especially with the pandemic going on and im glad that my price keeps going down every month it really helps. My insurance (when I got it back in May) started off at $410 for the first 2 months then it dropped to $365 for the next 3 months and yall gave me my 6th month free. Like who does that. Now my insurance is below $300 each month I couldnt have found a better place. Thanks for everything yall have done for me.
