Very Easy to work with and representatives are very knowledgeable. We were with another company for 30 plus years and had no claims but the rates were excessive. Allstate was less expensive and so much easier to reach our agent. Very professional.

Initially Adam very difficult decision. The hurricane/tornado hit our home and did extensive damage. The initial adjusters I felt were very unreasonable and were lowballing my claims. It was a tough time and I reached out to Brad he is agency on three different occasions. On each occasion he personally came to my house spoke with me and in fact became an advocate for fairness. Ultimately Brad got me to an appropriate adjuster in Florida and my claim was fully resolved in my complete satisfaction. I truly believe that even though Brad is an agent of the insurance company that he is an advocate for fairness and protects his customers to the best of his ability and within the bounds of reasonableness

I gave 4 stars because of the ease of having Allstate for both home and auto and the customer service I received when I had a claim. I would have given 5 stars, but when I received my statement for the upcoming year/term, I found that both policies increased dramatically to what my previous insurance company was, and that was only after 1 year. I like the Drivewise app, but it keeps crashing and lost my data so I cant and didnt get a discount on my monthly payment. Just being honest.
